The most incredible breakfast. Best place we stayed on our honeymoon. Amazing, helpful, and kind staff. They were great! What this hotel had in views and experience it lacked in privacy. So just keep that in mind when booking. The balconies all looked out onto each other, and the hot tub was incredibly cold. It was the hottest they could get it so we couldn't enjoy.

I would recommend, it's still stunning and the best part of the island.

We booked the Cream Suite with a caldera view and a plunge pool for our honeymoon. Our stay was amazing! All of the staff in addition to being attentive to all our needs, provided great recomendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. Every morning, we had breakfast brought out to our balcony table which was an amazing start to the day. The location was fantastic as it’s very close to Imerovigli allowing us to walk to Fira if we were feeling up for it. On several mornings we decided to trek down to Skaros rock since it was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Our stay was during the last week of September and it was not crowded at all. When looking for hotels, we wanted to pick ones with good sunset views and some privacy. The Cream Suite provided both. We were able to view the sunset from the heated plunge pool which was covered from view of other guests. Additionally, this suite has its own private entrance so while you could see other guests over the fence, no one would be walking into your balcony area.

Overall 10/10, you’ll have a great time if you book here!

Got the senior villa and the view was not as good we thought of the caldera. The lack of view of caldera was a huge disappointment for the price. The villa was large and clean. The bathrooms and rooms were large. Full kitchen available except there is no microwave. It is not easy to get around or carry luggage around. There was a restaurant above us and it can get loud. The office is open from 8 am to 5 pm and there is no hokey drop box if you have to catch an early flight. The bus station is about 10 minutes walk and restaurants near by.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

This was the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I cannot recommend White Santorini enough. The view is absolutely amazing from our deck and the breakfast served there every morning was delicious and absolutely beautiful! If you go to Santorini, stay here, no doubt about it! We will be back!

Our reception staff shared misleading the parking guidance when we checked in and we got a parking ticket of 40 euros. What was truly disappointing was that they refused to take responsibility, lied that they had shared correct information, and implied that we are the ones being dishonest. It put a dent in our stay.

There’s no onsite parking, and the free self-parking is more of game with lady luck as you would need to find something in a very busy square shared by many other properties and restaurants. It’s more street parking if anything.

Calling this a 4-star hotel is a big stretch. Facilities were old, as were the beds, pillows, and bathroom towels, although the linens and pool towels were nice. The decor was nice and it fit the surroundings. Service was ok in the mornings, with a good, prompt breakfast and cleaning service, but the afternoon/evening staff was not knowledgeable or very helpful. The room service was fast, but low quality (think, frozen pizza made in the microwave kind of food).

The view will not disappoint and the location is perfect for walking to OIA and Fira. The only problem I would say is there is absolutely not parking which it makes it very stressful when you have rented a car. Air condition did not work which made for a very muggy room. Other than those two items it was great.

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in my life, they should remove the 5 star title that they believe they have.... because the truth is they don't have anything 5 stars. You only supposedly pay for a view, as the gentleman at the reception made it very clear to me. They should teach him a little about customer service because this person does not have even a little bit of education and customer service how to treat people you can get the same view anywhere in the cliff without having to waste your money with these scammers. The room is very small and is next to the bathroom, bathroom that has an unpleasant smell all day long, the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all for a 5 starts Hotel. I booked a room with a private pool which does not exist because the pool is inflatable hahahaha it is an insult to the client that a 5 Starts Hotel that charges an average of €500 per night is ridiculous that they offer this type of services the room has no privacy at all because you share the same patio with the room next door and with the restaurant that is next to the room where people walk all day in front of your face, even the people who stayed next to my room suffered from the same problems that I had were very upset by the facilities and their high cost without having value of what they offer so do yourself a favor don't waste your money staying in White Santorini take your time and you will find something much better for the same money or less you will thank me later.

The property was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet was in a separate, narrow room and there was a damp smell that I’d get a whiff of at times. The two rainforest showers was my favorite. But the living room and bedroom were well maintained, nicely decorated and kept clean. They give you a 1 liter water bottle every morning during cleaning and put it in your fridge. The complementary breakfast is really nothing to rave about- very bland selections. The champagne breakfast is also not worth it- they just add two champagne bottles and give you salmon. They have great restaurants nearby- I’d recommend exploring restaurants and cafes outside of the property. The guy who brings in the breakfast is super sweet but customer service overall is subpar. They wrote down the front desk number on a pamphlet which is like 8 digits and scribbled down the wifi info. Not very organized as far as giving you any copies of anything or any printed material with important info. I also didn’t get a tour of the property as far as where I can go to lounge- very confusing to be able to tell which properties are with Santorini vs other hotels/resorts as they are all mixed together. If you opt in for the spa, please make sure to ask questions about the service because they don’t break anything down for you. I thought my massage was supposed to start at 12 but I ended up waiting an hr because I was expected to use the facilities first which was never explained online or via email.

One of the best, in a very good area.
Away from the busy cities of Fira and Oia. The most amazing view with private deck and pool, where you get to enjoy your breakfast every morning.

Stunning views, with the right room

Small hotel in a very good location with amazing views. However it really depends on what room you get. The deluxe suites are the ones with the best views, premium are very squeezed in and not private at all. The rooms are cute. Not much services offered through and a very small pool. Some of the rooms come with a jacuzzi however would have preferred them not to be heated in the summer as it's so hot anyway.

Absolutely amazing staff! Super friendly and helpful. We decided to do a wine tasting last minute and they arranged everything including our wishes about the wine tasting being paired with a lunch!
The property is conveniently located and provides one of the best views of the full caldera. One of our favorite sunset spots was on the property itself!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at White Santorini Suites & SPA. We were there over Easter weekend; so my review is quite tardy. To partake in the Easter Celebration is wonderful. The view is absolutely spectacular. Having breakfast served right on the edge of the caldera was something to behold. A dip in our pool after a long hike was bliss. Sunsets were breathtaking. No need to be in the mass crowds at Oia for the sunset as this was breathtaking. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with all our arrangements. The room was spectacular and the bathroom is huge. ALL absolutely wonderful. 5 STAR for sure. In my books 6! I was sad to leave. My 2nd time to the Greek Islands . We were there 32 years ago for our honeymoon and now. It was a perfect start to our 3 week island hopping adventure. Trip of a lifetime. Sorry for the late review.

An Unforgettable Babymoon

We had an amazing stay for our first bucket list trip to Santorini. We were greeted so warmly by the entire staff, and treated even better the rest of our stay. My wife was 6 months pregnant at the time, and everyone went out of their way to accommodate her. The view and the location of the hotel could not be beat, as you are right along the path to hike from Fira to Oia. The breakfast every morning did not disappoint either, as it was delivered to your room after filling out your selections the night before. If we make it back to Santorini, we’d definitely stay at the White again.

We loved everything. We could not find the place, we rented a car and got lost at night. I called the receptionist of the suits and said that I cannot orient myself in small streets, he came to pick us up from where we were and took a ride in our car to show us the way. He fed us in a middle of the night, even so the kitchen was closed, offered us Home made wine, coffee and tea. He brought all of it complementary to our room. The service was fantastic, the view from the room and the terrace is unbeatable. Our stay was pleasant and we felt cared for, pampered and welcomed. Spa was cute, cozy and homey. Complementary breakfast was tasty and very enjoyable and served to your room anytime you choose. They call you before they bring it and you can ask them to bring it later or call and ask to bring it earlier. Everything from the kitchen comes fresh and on time. Receptionists helped us to find good restaurants and places to see. I cannot find anything I did not like about the place. Rooms are clean and authentic.

It’s very nice hotel with perfect sunset view from our private terrace (better than Oia). Hotel breakfast is very delicious and served to your room/terrace based on your preferred timing and choices. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s minimart and some nice restaurants nearby. It’s along the trekking path from Fira to Oia. Everything was good and we totally enjoyed our 4 nights stay at White!

Best Vacation EVER!

Exceptional is the key word to describe my experience!!!!! From the shuttle ride (that they arranged) to check out, the experience was to die for! While the pictures on the internet are breathtaking, they really do not do this hotel justice - you have to experience it first hand. The room decor was amazing and was in keeping with the island. Breakfast was included but it never imaged that it would be room service with an wide variety of item to choose. The food was great and you had the option of having it served outside so you can experience the sights and sound of the Aegean Sea. Employees were so nice and friendly. Especially the front desk: Kostas (afternoon shift), Sandy( Morning shift) and Marina (hotel manager). They went over and above to make our experience one that we would share for a lifetime. We were having difficult time with getting another hotel that were going after we left White to respond to our request for a shuttle but Sandy called and got the situation taken care in 30 minutes. She did not have to do that but that is the kind professional people that White employ!!! I can not say another GREAT thing about this resort. We had reserved 6 days in Athens after we left White but wish had more time at White Resort and less time in Athens. I didn't not want to leave....

One of the best views in Santorini

We stayed in the Pearl Honeymoon suite, which has the most amazing views of Oia and the caldera, high up in the town of Imerovigli. We went in early October and while mostly sunny, the wind was cold and this hotel faces the NNW and so directly facing the wind. While the private patio and plunge pool were an exclusive highlight, much time was spent around the island on activities and roaming the lovely islands.

Very nice hotel, if pricey!! Great location for the sunsets. Like others have said, beware of the rooms on the bottom floor as they are not very private as the cliff side walkway to Fira goes right past the hotel. Personally didn't bother me but might others. Tempted by the rooms / suites with private plunge pools - beware they are cold!!
No restaurant but the snacks and breakfast were very good indeed.

The hotel staff was great, we had a Jr suite, but the room view was partially obstructed. Breakfast was made to order daily, choices were good. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and about 30 minutes walk to Fira. The sunset view from the terrace outside the rooms was amazing. There's no restaurant on site.

Small boutique hotel, amazing view, great location

We were staying at the White as a kickoff to my 60th birthday celebration in Greece. We arrived at White tired and frazzled, after traveling 14 hours from NY and without my luggage which was lost by the airlines. Marina instantly made us feel that all would be well. We were in paradise, She encouraged us to relax and settle in and trust that the luggage would arrive soon. Marina and Constantine did everything possible to help locate my luggage, contacting the airlines and the claim center at the airport until it was finally located the next day.

Marina recommended several wonderful restaurants, and even sent a birthday cake to the restaurant on our last night! It is truly a special spot, with special hosts.

Can't beat the view! The staff was amazing.

From the minute we got there the staff wanted to make or stay wonderful. The view is amazing. You can see an amazing sunset from your terrace at the hotel. You can walk to Fira to find restaurants and shops, but it is located near a few very nice restaurants if you don't want to walk ro Fira.

White, the perfect location for a romantic holiday

Our stay at White was phenomenal!!! Service was great from time of booking to departure. They really went over and beyond the call of duty to provide a wonderful experience for us.

The location was perfect, not too far from the happenings and not too close. Don't be fooled by others telling you that the best sunsets are in Oia, our view was Amazing at White from the comfort of our own suite.

The food should receive five stars alone!!!!! Everything was served fresh and very tasty. On our last day they even agreed to bring us an early breakfast before we departed.

The room was nice and comfortable but would benefit from updated decor and furniture. Private terrace was spacious and nicely equipped with a huge chaise lounge type of chair and hot tub. Views were to die for.

I cannot say enough great things about this place and the service we received, therefore I'll definitely recommend it to others.

A perfect santorini experience

we picked the hotel because we wanted something romantic and the photos looked amazing.
we were surprised upon arrival to see that the reality exceeds the pictures.
the honeymoon suit was great, and although the bathroom was a bet off for the rest of the room, it didn't stop us from enjoying every second.
the terrace is breathtaking, and the view from it and from the private hot tub is beyond magical.
Breakfast is nice yet can be improved.
the service on the other hand, especially the lady at the reception were phenomenal. it was like having my personal assistant with me on vacation.
