To begin with the wow factor when we arrived, the views are amazing. Everything was spotless, nothing was too much trouble, service was amazing. Reception were so helpful with organising a boat trip, booking airport transfers etc, generally giving recommendations. Very friendly.
We had the honeymoon room with hot tub and would definitely recommend. We had room 18, it was at the bottom of the steps so had nobody below us and was very private. Uninterrupted views.
Breakfast delivered to the room each morning, you select a time slot and what you would like from a list in reception the night before. Dressing gowns and slippers were a lovely touch to wear to eat breakfast on the balcony. Everything was perfect. We loved it and would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you.

This hotel, our luxury room, and the reception staff were excellent and what you would expect from an expensive, luxury hotel (good tour options suggested, transfers arranged, etc). The room was spacious and very comfortable. Bed comfy. The breakfast - delivered to our balcony each morning, was delicious (there was too much of it!). There is no onsite restaurant. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The bar and pool area were wonderful annd relaxing annd offered gorgeous views. Our private hot tub was appreciated on the hot days (when it seemed cooler) and on cooler mornings (when it seemed warmer). The view incredible. A single bottle of water was provided on day 1. For the price of the hotel there should have been one provided daily as tap water is undrinkable. Towels were replaced daily (even when we hung them for reuse) so not a super eco friendly hotel. Tons of steps which some older folks seemed to struggle with (no elevator).
Imerovigli is a great spot to stay- walkable to Thira but not as busy and overrun with tourists like Thira. We loved our stay and would happily return BUT our sense was that all the hotels in Santorini with a caldera view (which is nearly all the hotels in Santorini!) were a variation of the same. A hotel with a pool and patio area is an absolute must, and the rest is just a question of luxury wants and how much money you want to spend.

We highly recommend Kasimatis. The view was breathtaking from our balcony. The breakfast delivered each morning to our balcony was some of the best food we had on our trip. The walking path from Fira to Oia passes right next to the property. The entire property is clean and beautiful. All staff are friendly and helpful. Our hosts Salome and Nikos couldn’t have been better. They are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions and take care of any needs we had.

We celebrated my wifes 50th birthday here. And it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing! Great Hotel restaurant! The breakfast was delicious, with many options so you don't get tired of eating the same thing wvery day. The location was great for our needs. Not in the most tourist-filled locations, but easily accessible via a quick 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop location. Amazing views of the Caldera! Lastly, Nikos was awesome to work with. He was extremely helpful with anything we needed! As were all the staff. We have a great experience!

Amazing gorgeous hotel in Santorini
The best staff, the most gorgeous views, and the restaurant was top notch. I especially loved that it’s situated far enough from the crowds of Fira and Oía but easy enough to get to by bus or taxi. If you can splurge for the honeymoon suite, do it. The views are incredible. Highly recommend.

The best staff, the most gorgeous views, and the restaurant was top notch. I especially loved that it’s situated far enough from the crowds of Fira and Oía but easy enough to get to by bus or taxi. If you can splurge for the honeymoon suite, do it. The views are incredible.

The staff from the moment that we arrived were wonderful and welcoming. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the caldera as well as a private hot tub connected to us. The hot tub was a little on the cooler side, but it was still doable to enjoy for a little bit. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated, as we were there in April while it was still pretty cool. Our drinks from the pool side bar were delicious as well. The daily breakfast brought to your balcony or inside if you like was delicious and always a delight. They have a restaurant connected to them, that we unfortunately didn't try, but it has good ratings. We ended up walking right outside our resort to a little local spot, that was absolutely delicious with excellent service and still an excellent view of the caldera and sunset. There is also a nearby corner store if you need anything extra that served us well as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and wish we could've stayed longer.

We got offered by the hotel to move to their sister hotel, La Perla in Oia. The overall process is pleasant and with the great service from Helen too! The view from the suites is fantastic and it is well maintained. The breakfast provided were great and we enjoyed in so much. You could have a peace mind over here by just letting Helen knows your request such as transportation arrangements, sunset cruise and etc, and you will definitely satisfy with their services.

We had a fabulous and wonderful stay at Kasimatis. I was in contact with the hotel about their car service pick up from the ferry and departure to the airport and they were always friendly, helpful and fast to communicate! Everyone we encountered was so lovely and kind. Then there is the room. OMG the honeymoon suite was phenomenal!! The bed was super comfortable, the touches of robes and slippers were so nice, breakfast (of your choice) served to your patio each morning and your own plunge pool/jacuzzi overlooking the most beautiful view ever was worth every single penny!!! We hope to return and highly recommend!

We went for our mini moon after our wedding, and couldn’t be happier with the hotel. Weaved the location, the level of communication and continuous support and advice from staff. Especially Salome who works in reception. She had been amazing at booking things in for us and supporting us to do this. We found the food (breakfast and food in the restaurant) to a high standard. We had a few issues in the room we were staying in, but the hotel ensured we were able to move to another room for a while and ensured our room was okay to return to. We were genuinely happy to have stayed at the hotel, and would love to return one day!

The Imerovigli location and (relatively small) room overlooking the caldera was very nice, with vivid sunsets each evening. (Hotels in Oia advertise sunsets, but Oia is mostly south-facing, so few properties there actually have sunset views.) Imerovigli is pedestrian friendly and not overwhelmed by tourist shops. Oia is a nightmare of tourists.
Daily breakfast was served on the apartment’s small terrace, though quite late for us (after 9:00 am). The hotel experienced regular short power outages every afternoon and evening. No explanation was ever provided, and no apologies offered.

Highly Recommend Staying at Kasimatis in Santorini
I can’t recommend this hotel enough! First, the service was impeccable. Christina, who works at the front desk and was our main contact, was so helpful with every request and question we had, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us book a few activities, ride transfers around the island, and made sure we got to and from the ferry port upon arrival and departure on time. Second, the rooms were beautiful, unique, comfortable and clean. Everything we could ask for in a hotel stay. We had the pleasure of staying in two different rooms because we extended our trip at the last minute, and they were very accommodating! The first room looked like the inside of a cave, with an outdoor private hot tub, close to the pool. The second was a honeymoon suite with a balcony hot tub and gorgeous views of the island. We loved getting to experience the variety and honestly loved both rooms equally. Lastly, the breakfast is the best complimentary breakfast we’ve had in Greece! You are given many options to customize your selection so you can try many different things, and the breakfast is delivered to your room at your requested time every morning.
Additionally, after visiting the more popular towns of Oia and Thera, we couldn’t have been happier with the location of our hotel. Imerovigli is much less congested, conveniently located between the two, has stunning views of the island, great restaurants, and an awesome ambiance!

A really beautiful location with extremely friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but lacking in a few areas. First, the staff is so kind. They go above and beyond and provide excellent service. They have a wonderful breakfast- maybe the best we had in Santorini. The pool is very nice and they have decently priced cocktails there as well. Unfortunately a few things put a damper on our stay, and they are things that I’m not sure can be helped. First, if you’ve never been to Greece, you may not know that you cannot flush toilet paper. Despite that, people clearly do. Our room smelled of sewage, and so did the people we were traveling with. I think the pipes are just backed up because the place was very clean. It’s unfortunate but was really unpleasant when in the room. We had to keep the toilet lid and bathroom door closed at all times. The hot tubs also aren’t hot. You can have them turn them up, but it’s still just warm. We booked for this amenity so it was disappointing that we didn’t have that benefit. Ultimately it’s a friendly place with great staff and breakfast and fantastic views, but there are a few minor things that would lead me to try somewhere else next time.

We stayed at Honeymoon rooms. Though the room is little bit small, it is clean and comfort. The most like is the private hot tub outside the room and fantastic sea view. You can enjoy sea view With your breakfast and sunset time too. Besides they have a welcome wine for you. Parking is easy near the hotel. The porter will carry your luggage to your room.

I stayed in the honeymoon suite for 3 nights and it was great! The room was located below the main pedestrian footpath leading from Fira to Oia so it was more private compared to some of the rooms above. The room had a private balcony and a hot tub with amazing sunset views. The room itself was clean and a good size. Not huge, but big enough. Also, there was a safe inside for keeping passports which is always a plus. Service here was great as check-in was quick, the cleaning staff left the space spotless daily, and breakfast was always on time. The breakfast itself was good, nothing amazing, but they definitely give you enough food to power you for the entire morning.
That being said, I do have a few complaints about the room. The mositure buildup in the room was insane. As I went in early April, the temperature was around 14 celcius each day and got quite chilly during the nights, so we had closed the windows in the room. As a result, the room's walls would eventually weep with water and even our clothes in our bags always felt damp. I would definitely recommend this hotel invest in some dehumidifiers for their rooms. My second complaint is that the hot tub really wasn't that hot. Again, as it was chillier out during my visit, I guess I expected the outdoor tub to be hotter. I guess this isn't so much an issue during the summer though.

We had a superior double room. Which there were no pictures of online. The shower was sub par and the room seemed to be the only non renovated room at the hotel. The breakfast was nice and housekeeping was good but let down by the room compared to what we thought it would be. The views are very beautiful and sunsets are amazing though.

Great view. Half hour walk to Fira, which is busier. I liked that being in Imerovogli, it was quiet, but close enough to walk to the restaurants. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Once we checked in, the guy at reception helped us book the catamaran cruise for us. We also asked them to call for a ride to the airport. The wifi wasn't the best, but it seems like that everywhere we went. The only other thing that I wasn't thrilled about was the water in the shower, which can go from cold to steaming hot. But I didn't mind that too much, might be like that all over he island.

The hotel has been renovated, so everything is new. We thought it was really nice to have breakfast in our room (their standard) overlooking the caldera. Kasimatis was absolutely perfect. From check in to check out, we have no complaints. The staff is incredible, providing excellent service when needed. Lovely rustic hotel near one end (quiet, peaceful and more private side) of Imerovigli (but only 5 min walk to center of Imerovigli). Lots of restaurants and shops around. Rooms lower down the cliff are nice as they are more private and have lovely views of caldera. The outdoor jacuzzis and terraces overlooking caldera are nice. Breakfast on room terrace is nice. Beautiful sunset (you can’t see the sunset from all parts of Imerovigli but you can from this hotel). Fira is a breathtakingly beautiful 30 minute walk along the caldera. Great way to spend a few days!

Amazing time here, beautiful location with a view! The staff were so kind and helpful to us, the only thing that went wrong was that we were upgraded then our toilet flooded and we went down to a basic room and didn’t have soap, hair dryer, or other basic necessities from our other room. We had a great experience overall though and we’ve recommended this hotel to 3 other friends! It’s very romantic!

We loved every minute in Kasimatis Suites. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony and never wanted to leave the room.
