The hotel is top notch. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We have the honeymoon suite with jetted hot tub and I like the privacy. I also like the area where it's located as I like a quiet place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Room is spacious, stylish and clean. The breakfast is very good too. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing in every aspect. Panos personally ensures that everything including transfers, baggage and breakfast are amazing.
The view was breathtaking and personalized breakfast is served daily at the time of your choice on your balcony. Several higher end and inexpensive dinner options are within a few minutes walk, including a 24 hour variety store and 24 hour restaurant. Well connected on the route to Fira (walkable via the trail) in 15 minutes and Oia. Clean and quiet. There are only a few stairs to the room. Note that the hot-tub room with view with balcony is not private people are walking past your room. We loved our stay.

We are still reeling … this place is an absolutely dream! We didn’t want to leave the villa because it had the absolute best views. We curled up on the day bed on our patio or sat in the spa and watched the ethereal Santorini sunset every evening. The villa was perfectly designed, spacious, clean, and magical. 10/10 on the luxury villa suite!

This place is amazing! The views cannot be beat! The room is gorgeous, incredibly spacious, and super clean. We spent each evening watching the sunset while soaking in our outdoor private pool. The breakfasts were delicious. And the last morning we had to leave very early for our flight, so they made us food the night before to take with us. Very kind, just like the staff. It was a luxurious stay and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again.

Amazing stay at Villa Lukas. I can’t recommend this place more! The stay was beautiful with a view of the caldera and an amazing jacuzzi. The staff was amazing as well making sure we were always comfortable and happy. They also served breakfast every morning and it was to die for. Several options and all were delicious. If we had any questions the host Gregory would be more than thrilled to help you. He assisted us with several forms of transportation throughout the island. Location of the villa I believe to be amazing. In a smaller quieter village with access to the larger villages either via walking, bus, taxi, or quad. Several things to do around the area too. Overall amazing stay, I’ll be sending all of my friends and family here!

We travelled with two young kids aged 7 and 4 years old and enjoyed a truly memorable stay here. The customer care, communication and attention to detail from booking to departure was exceptional. Greg and his whole team should be proud of their establishment.

The property itself was located in a lovely quiet area of Imerovigli with truly stunning views of the sea and caldera. It was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. We stayed in the two bedroom villa so the kids had their own space and the jet pool was a lovely bonus.

Getting into Fira (the capital) was a short (15-20min) bus ride and when we needed to go further into areas of the island such as Oia, Perissa, Perivolos etc, taxi’s were booked for us without any fuss.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied and brought to us every morning at the selected times. This meant that we did not have to worry about that. There was a small supermarket across from the Villa which meant that any additional items we wanted for ourselves was easily accessible. There were lots of other restaurants scattered across Imerovigli so lots of choices were available. We did enjoy an exceptional meal at the Five Senses restaurant. We were also provided by Greg with the opportunity to order in when we didn’t fancy going out.

If you want to stay in a beautifully presented property close to amenities and suitable for kids, with all the luxuries of a 5 star property, then stop scrolling and book! God willing we will be back again!

Gregory was exceptional in welcoming us, arranging transportation for us transportation to and from the airport, getting our laundry done amazingly fast once we arrived, etc. The view from our room was unbelievable. Imerovigli is a great place to stay in Santorini.

A wonderful place! We got a suite with hot tab outside with amazing view of the caldera. The room was spacious and cozy with dining area, living room area and a bedroom only for two of us and our stay was very comfortable. The host, Greg, was super helpful with any questions and always available to meet us within several minutes! Our delicious breakfast was punctually served daily at a requested time, and the room was cleaned perfectly. We will definitely go back to Villa Lukas whenever we go to Santorini!

The view is amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately after the first day we came down with the flu. The host was able to get us a doctor to come to the space. We have never had that kind of support before.
The room is very sweet and comfortable plus an easy walk to most everything.
The host arranged transportation for us and informed us anything that had a cost before booking it.
This is by far one of the best overall places to stay!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Villa Lukas. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The amenities were really nice and the view, especially during sunset, was amazing! We had breakfast brought to our room whenever we could and they were very generous portions and very delicious!

The location was great, with restaurants and small markets around the area and there was also a bus stop nearby if we wanted to take the bus to Fira. It is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which we liked. We would love to come back again someday!

Imerovigili was our favorite area after exploring the rest of the island - a beautiful area with fantastic views, wonderful restaurants / bars, and much less of a crowd. This hotel is in a great spot right by a market, atm and numerous restaurants. Our favorite sunset view was from our balcony, and the jetted tub at night was a nice perk.

Came here for my birthday trip back in May—they didn’t know it was my birthday but when we checked in, we got the bulla upgrade with the hottub overlooking the best view EVER. SUNSET IS AMAZING. BOOK here guys! I can go on and on about how amazing and unforgettable the memories I have in Santorini and the fact that this was the first place we stayed in— the staff are amazing! Our first night, we got the welcome wine and some snacks— for breakfast omg, the best breakfast with the gorgeous view! Im booking this place again for my parents’ anniversary and have recommended this place to all of my friends. The location is so great! By sunset every restaurant was booked because they want to get that picture right but we got our hot tub overlooking the Sea, so our sunset experience was so amazing I dont know what else to say— you will never have regrets! You do have to get down flights of stairs though to get to the room so prepare yourselves to carry all your belongings down.

Lovely accommodation with fabulous views

The room was lovely and the furnishings very comfortable. The service too was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. I had some difficulty figuring out the shower controls, but that was not the fault of the accommodation. Srprisingly, the TV did not seem able to receive any English-speaking channels, though frankly we had seen enough UK news lately so did not mind a couple of days off, TV-wise. The decor and overall look is very lovely, in a \"designer\" sort of way, though one practical improvement would be the installation of a proper handrail down all the steps, which is the only way to access the roms. This year my mobility has gone downhill quite fast, so any support when literally going downhill (or up) is always appreciated.

Beautiful little hotel with absolutely stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, in a fantastic location on Santorini. We loved everything about Villa Lukas. Our room was immaculate and modern, we enjoyed our private hot tub, and breakfast was great each morning. One of the things that's tough to tell when you book a hotel in Santorini is whether you're directly on the main walking path or more secluded. (IMHO, you do *not* want your room to face right onto the walking path.) Villa Lukas is one level down from the main road and one level up from the pedestrian path, so it's super quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Loved it!

One place I would visit again and again

It was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Our room had a fantastic view of the sunset, volcano and Aegean Sea. The service was exceptional, including a made to order breakfast delivered to the room. So much value for the price. Close to top-rated restaurants. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a plunge pool on the side of a cliff which was clean and affordable in comparison to other hotels. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. I’m very cost-conscious when planning vacations and probably looked at 20+ hotels. The great reviews were spot-on. Caution you will need to climb up and down steps so not ideal for the mobility challenged.

I never go above and beyond to write reviews of places I stay at but I HAD to for this property. The service from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave is absolutely incredible. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout your entire stay. They are very safe when it comes to COVID protocols and try to reduce as much in-person interaction as possible. The room we had was absolutely stunning and probably the best room out of any other hotel in Santorini. We walked through most of Santorini comparing the views and the outdoor areas from other hotels and none of them compared to ours. The view is breathtaking and we got to view the sunset from our balcony and outdoor jacuzzi every day. I can't say enough great things about this place. If you're looking for a decently priced property with amazing service along with beautiful rooms, this is the one!

This is one of the very few hotels in santorini where outdoor jacuzi has good privacy. You wont see people walking around your terrace like other places in santorini. 1 min walking distance to delicious avocado restaurant and many other good bars and Confetti. Its on the highest point of altitude in santorini so you get best sea view and sunset. Greg was also super helpful and went above and behond to make sure all our needs were taken care of.

Hands Down a Fantastic Stay

My wife and I came to Santorini for our honeymoon and stayed here and Villa Lukas. Unfortunately after only a night into our trip we were involved in an accident that left me hospitalized for 3 nights. Well in the hospital the manager of Villa Lukas, Greg, went out of his way to consistently check in on us and ask if there was anything he could do to help; even the owner of the properties Babis visited the hospital to ask if there was anything he could do to help. When we weren’t going to be able to make our trip to Crete, Greg did his best to extend our stay and offered to aid us in finding another resort when Villa Lukas had no more vacancy. I can hands down say this is the best hospitality we have experienced from any hotel or resort we have stayed at. As for the rooms, we stayed in two different suits because of our extended stay. Both were incredibly spacious, clean, and had amazing views overlooking the caldera and other parts of the island. The quality of stay you receive at Villa Lukas is an absolute steal compared the prices of other resorts on the island. My wife and I will be back to Santorini since we obviously didn’t get to enjoy it the fullest, and when we return we definitely will be staying at Villa Lukas.

Amazing view and nicely appointed boutique hotel. Location is great and central if you want to get around the island. Our only disappointment was the strong sewer smell that emitted from the restroom plumbing. Could be an infrastructure issue since building on the side of a hill is not easy but the hotel should look into how to resolve the issue because for the price of the room, this should not be an issue.

AMAZING! So happy I found this great gem. We stayed in the suite and the room was gorgeous and super clean. We were told it had just been recently renovated. I was kinda worried since there wasn't a recent picture so I was unsure of the room we would get, but it ended up being perfect. The view from our balcony was beautifulllll. The staff goes above and beyond, I'm so thankful. Breakfast was good and you can eat in the room our out on the balcony. Although the property doesn't have a pool, you can use a neighboring hotel's pool (which was also very nice) for free! It had 3 pools if I recall correctly. Location was also perfect. Away from the crowds of Oia, yet close enough to get to Fira and Oia with a quick drive. Also a small convenience store located right across the entrance was nice to have. First time in Greece and I'm so happy we got lucky with such an amazing stay.

Villa Lukas is amazing!The staff is so friendly and will help you plan anything you need!Greg was really great to us!We ended up wanting to stay and extra day and he was able to book us the extra day,we wanted to rent an atv and he had it out and ready for us in 5 mins and when we needed a taxi to the port early in the morning if had it all set up for us the day before!
The room was beautiful,it had perfect sunset views and the breakfast was lovely!
Don’t consider any other place and this is the perfect place for your vacation!

Incredible view of the Caldera. Breakfast served to our balcony daily.
Our room had just been redone and was beautiful however there was not one drawer in the whole place. Made unpacking challenging! Also the room safe was just sitting on the floor, not too difficult to simply carry it out in the event of a robbery.
The water in the rooms is not drinkable and we were given a large bottle of water at check in. We were guests for 4 days and really felt that a new bottle should be given daily. Bottom line, it’s a beautiful place but with the price you’re paying to stay there, they could add a few little things to make it a much better experience.

Villa Lucas, I would like to give them a 10 star review.

An amazing place to stay. A family owned hotel.

Front Desk:
Wonderful people, Elena and Greg run the front desk office. They are both very nice and very helpful. Just ask if you need help, they will go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable.

Communication:
About a week before our trip we receive an email from Elena offering to arrange our transportation to the hotel. We emailed them with questions about the hotel, she and Greg responded to our emails in reasonable manner.

Transportation:
They were helpful in booking our rides from and to the port. We recommend you do that since it is hard to get on a bus or taxi from the port to your hotel.
The port is very busy and the road is steep.

Booking:
We rented a car that they recommended and we got a brand new car. They also helped us book a boat tour around Santorini.

Staff:
The rest of the staff were very helpful too, always ready to help with a smile.

Hotel:
Our sea-view room was modern, roomy and clean with a private balcony. We enjoyed our breakfast there and at night we enjoyed the beautiful sunset.
We will stay at Villa Lucas again.

If you want a perfect Santorini holiday without breaking the bank this hotel is the one. From checkin to checkout was perfect, Greg the manager was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of local advice and was extremely helpful in everything. Out suitcase was carriers by the staff and breakfast was perfect. Our view from the belcony was million dollars, just like the views from those more expensive hotels. I will go back to villa Lukas in a flash. It is a true Santorini treasure
