We stayed at West East Suites in October to celebrate my fiftieth birthday and I have to say that the accommodation really is top quality, the service was great. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with a separate living room, a caldera view balcony and our own private spacious hot tub, also with caldera view. Really loved it!! Great way to celebrate my birthday.
The breakfasts were excellent, with a great choice of hot & cold options along with a variety of fresh breads, freshly-squeezed juices and fresh coffee, including traditional Greek coffee, espresso and any selection you may wish to have each morning. We chose to eat in the room, and it was so great to eat in the balcony with such a nice view.
All staff were superb, very helpful, efficient and happy to help and attend to every need. There was always a sunbed available on the terrace, again with superb caldera view, and the infinity pool was so nice. Being here in October made it a very quiet place and very private, we would highly recommend visiting in late September as it was already getting a bit windy and some times a bit cool even for us being from the harsh winters in the Canadian prairies.

We ate diiner for my birthday at the Flyaway Restaurant and we would highly recommend it. We arrived late after a long day out in a boat tour so having a reservation was not necessary. We both tried fish dishes and they were absolutely great! You must try the restaurant at least once, it is not cheap but you

Walking to town on the walking path is not the easiest but the hotel, restaurant, and all of the staff will know you name and treat you like you are the only guest staying with them. Our stay there was truly an amazing experience and I would recommend this place for years to come.

They will go out of their way to give you the best experience possible

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The service was excellent, the food from the restaurant was fantastic and the view of the caldera was lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Santorini. I think the only improvement that could be made is better ventilation in the bathroom but that is a minor point that would not impact my decision to stay again.

No idea how they got so many 10 ratings. Stayed in a suite with the smallest bathroom and sink i have ever seen. Many things broken or loose. Restart was great food and service. Lastly do not get any recommendations from front desk. They have deals with the transportation company and other providers. I.e. airport with their company $65. Every other transport 35. We stayed here a few weeks ago. We have traveled a lot, but Hotel West East Suites is my favorite I have ever stayed at. This hotel truly blew us away. The staff cannot do enough for you. They truly care and want to make sure you are having a wonderful stay. The service in the hotel is impeccable. Front desk/reception happy to help and arrange anything you need. The chef is beyond reproach and the bartenders are personable and accommodating. Gorgeous pool area which is great for sunset cocktails. The hotel room was unbelievable, really tastefully designed and had an incredible view over the sea. We had a private jacuzzi outside our room. While sitting in the jacuzzi, the views are breathtaking. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Spent two nights and enjoyed every second. Absolutely stunning, It’s so beautiful and luxury hotel. I recommend it for everyone who visit Santorini. Wish we could stay forever. Thank you, Chris and all of the staff.

The infinite pool suite is absolutely stunning, great location, clean, great staff and creative breakfast. Also their fly away restaurant is very elegant and food is delicious. Highly recommended for honeymoon or get away for couples. Suite pool area is not completely private but is definitely more private than any other accomodations around. Enjoy!

West East was a great way to spend our last two days on the island. The welcome was warm and inviting. We were given a tour of the property before settling into our outstanding room. The view was unbelievable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. Words could not express how wonderful this hotel was. The only downside was that the restaurant was maybe a little fufu for us. We will be back.

Fay and Effie were awesome! They arranged transportation to and from airport. They set up and offered excursion options. They made you feel cared for in a foreign country. The property was very clean. The view was amazing! You had to climb stairs to get to your room. The room was either to hot or to cold. Unable to watch American National sports. When we arrived the room was filthy. It also was nothing like described on Expedia. When we contacted the desk to switch rooms, as it was our honeymoon, they offered us a lesser quality room for one night, then switch to her another room for two nights and switch YET again to a lesser room for the last night.
We ended up finding an amazing Airbnb on the Airbnb app, for less the cost and told them we were leaving because they weren’t doing anything for us. They offered us NO credit. And also charged us for a bottle of wine and flowers they put in the room for us since it was our honeymoon. What a joke. What a waste of money. Lost $4000 on this hotel and would never recommend it. I suggest Expedia changes their rating for this hotel and also updates the pictures. I will posting the pictures I took all over social media and trip advisor as well so people are fully aware of what they are getting

Best Hotel in Santorini! Insane Views!

Hotel and rooms were immaculate and spacious! Front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! They are always ready to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They can set up any rentals and tours you want. They rented a Polaris RZR to explore the island and had it waiting at hotel for us. Views of the sunset are unreal. Pool and restaurant quality and service were amazing!

This hotel was beyond our expectations. We had been in Greece for almost three weeks at many different hotels and this really blew us away. From the extraordinary service to the amazing views. Every single moment here was like a dream! We didn’t even want to leave our room. There was really no need to. We had amazing food at the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Be Aware! Save your money! Find another hotel

I advise other couples who want to stay in Santorini to save your money and pick another place, you will get so much more for your money. Arriving at the hotel, I heard another couple complaining with the staff (Inna the reservation manager) and I figured it was something wrong with the couple but no something wrong with the Inna. Initially, getting from port/airport to the hotel.. they will require a fee of 30 euro for shared and 45 euro for private. When you get there... the reservation manger quickly runs through ton of stuff that they will hold you accountable, including that the private pool is FREEZING cold... and you will NEVER get to use it... You might have as well spend money on a room without private pool with same view. You will get an e-mail after booking saying privatepool is non-heated and \"we told you so\" in your face when you get there. Terrible hospitality! Then you get to your room and you have a greek guy looking into your room every morning \"pretending to clean the pool\". No privacy and creepy. You might as well close the curtains and sleep with windows closed. The cleaning personal are awesome and friendly. Still they are conservative on replenishing supplies. The resturant has good food but WAY over priced.
The only good thing about this hotel is the view.
I usually don't write reviews, since I forgive and forget. I am a physician by trait so I have good people skills, but non of that could help the garbage hospitality at this hotel.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights in room 5E which is the loft suite with indoor hot tub (temperature was perfect and the window beside it opened right up so it was like being outside). I have stayed in some lovely hotels but this was the best I have ever stayed in. The room was spectacular, the view was breathtaking and the staff (Costas the restaurant manager and George the waiter in particular- although all were excellent) were the best I have ever encountered- genuinely friendly and willing to help. A truly 5 star experience and in my opinion the most beautiful hotel in the world. Would highly recommend!

We came to west east hotel in santorini for our honeymoon.
West east staff made sure that everything we needed we got. The room was amazing, service was excellent, and very nice staff and very helpful, breakfast was served in our room and to be very honest it’s delicious and always on time. they truly made our honeymoon very enjoyable! Thank you very much for the 7- star service and for having us. Definitely worth every dollar I spent! All the pictures that was posted is exactly how they look in real life. The view is absolutely unbelievable. I liked the location of the hotel because it was a bit quieter than being right in thira and oia, but it was still on the walking path to both towns. The walk to thira is stunning and worth every minute. Too far a walk to oia. I definitely recommend renting an ATV because it is easy to get around the whole island with it and the hotel will have it delivered to you, so it is really convenient. The staff is the best. They are so kind, accommodating and genuinely interested and helpful in your stay in santorini. I would definitely recommend it and go back.

Exceptional staff and friendly. Same staff for the entire stay so they are familiar with you and your request . Front desk pleasant and helped with accommodations for excursions and taxi to town. They communicated promptly via email weeks before my arrival to the hotel. The staff speaks good English and makes great recommendations.The concierge assisted with atv service .They made my stay feel individual catered and special. Good distance from town away from crowd yet short 2-5 drove to nearest town. Breakfast free and really good . Will definitely return and highly recommend others.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Beautiful entrance/reception area, it really set it apart from all other hotels. Staff would do anything to make sure you had the time of your life. Be prepared to get scolded (haha) for even lifting your own bag. Perfect views of the Santorini sunset! Wine/mini bar in room was fairly priced. The hike to Oia was 2 hours long leaving from the hotel. Will be longer if you start from Fira. Start early and bring water. The in house restaurant was perfect, make a reservation! Dinner for two will run you between 150 to 200 euros with a moderate priced bottle of wine. The room was cleaned everytime we left it felt like, bed was made, new towels.

Very nice hotel, very relaxing. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite facing west towards Oia. We were welcomed and handed drinks and check- in was very easy. We were given a tour of the property and had welcoming champagne and snacks upon arrival in our room. We wanted a hotel that was a little out of the town but close enough to walk to. There's a path right outside the hotel along the cliff where you can walk to Imerogvili, Thera, and Oia. Breakfast was included with fresh juice which we loved the most. The restaurant is a bit expensive however it was a nice experience. I recommend making reservations and eating there one evening. Honeymoon paradise

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days for our honeymoon. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Best of all is the views. Sunrise or sunset, with the layout of the suites you can have it all.

Best Santorini Hotel

We stayed in one of the Executive Suites with a loft and an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the Caldera. The grounds are impeccably kept. The hotel is clean, quiet, easy to get to, and has it's own parking. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
