A truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Spent 5 nights enjoying the hotel's top-tier amenities. The view from the room was breathtaking. The spa experience was excellent. Ground transportation was available whenever we wanted to visit somewhere else on the island, and pickups were easily coordinated via WhatsApp. Loved hiking to Fira and Oia following the path outside the front door. The food was excellent. I only have good things to say about the staff, the grounds and the overall experience. Truly a stay I will remember forever.

Five star reviews all around. The staff, the property, the pool, the food and of course the best view ever. All rooms have a great view of the Caldera as well as the dining room. Loved that the dining room was a total glass particulars that could open or close as needed. Best of both worlds got any type of weather. Very relaxing atmosphere and we could not have enjoyed our 9 days here any more.

I like the fact that the resort was located approximately in the middle of Santorini. It was easy for Transportation to go where we wanted to go to dinner to go yachting or to go shopping.
The staff at the reception were so helpful and helping us plan all of our excursions. The restaurant went above and beyond any special request. Our rooms were always clean and tidy.

Great place. Excellent service. The ladies at the reception are always there to help and provide very good activities to do whilst visiting this magnificent island. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has solid food and has gorgeous views of the Caldera. The pool area is clean and pristine. Review: “Five stars? Maybe just on the hotel’s flag…”

The only things that truly deserve five stars here are the view and the friendliness of the staff – and for that, full credit. The rest feels more like a creative interpretation of what four stars (or less) should be.

Breakfast? Basic, bland, and far from what you’d expect at a hotel claiming to be luxurious. The pool? More like a large bathtub by a busy road – relaxing to the sounds of motorbikes and the aroma of diesel fumes is a unique experience that really no one should pay luxury rates for.

Rooms and bathrooms clearly haven’t been updated in years – the decor is tired, and time has left its mark in every corner. Comfort? More budget than boutique.

Yes, the price was lower than actual five-star hotels – and that’s a relief, because otherwise someone might feel truly ripped off. The conclusion? As always: there’s no such thing as a free lunch. And if someone tries to convince you this is a luxury hotel – let them spend their own vacation there, souvenir motorcycle muffler in hand.

We had the best stay here for my husband’s birthday. The staff were very knowledgeable and couldn’t help enough, they were all so lovely.
The hotel is in a perfect location being away from all the hustle and bustle but it is still a quick drive to Fira and Oia.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely beautiful, the views were amazing with a nice sized balcony with table and sun beds.
We hired a car and drove around the island but the hotel offers transfers at a reasonable price.
There’s a spa in the hotel with lots of treatments available which we used on our last day, lovely end to the perfect break.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera that you could never tire of. The service is on a whole other level—attentive, genuine, and full of delightful surprises throughout our stay.

If every hotel operated like the Santorini Princess, reviews would be unnecessary. It’s that good.

Tip: If you plan to use transportation during your stay, go with the hotel’s service. We took a taxi from Oia to the hotel one evening and ended up paying €10 more than the hotel’s rate.

This hotel was situated in the most breath taking place-right on the caldera where beautiful sunsets were seen nightly. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. The restaurant offered a nice selection of local dishes and the service was excellent. There's wonderful walking paths available without too much stress. We've had a very enjoyable 5-day stay at the Santorini Princess. Everyone we met was very welcoming and helpful. There were little gifts left in our room every day which was a nice touch. All rooms have sea view. We had rented a car for the duration of our stay. Parking was no problem with sufficient parking space available in front of the hotel.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Santorini.

I think this is my first review. I really wanted to post this because I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff was hospitable, service level amazing. The quadruple occupancy room with a bathroom for each individual room was great! Location on the caldera very good. Not as busy vs being in Oia or Fira. We rented a car and were able to park in front of the hotel no problem. That is a big plus. Many hotels in Santorini do not have this. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have the option for fresh cooked eggs, pancakes to complement the buffet offering. Overall recommend this hotel strongly.

When we left our room to enjoy a leisurely breakfast we returned to find the room cleaned every day. The restaurant serves an unbelievable breakfast buffet and the dinner we had at the hotel was top notch. The sunset view is also hard to beat! Santorini Princess Spa & Hotel- Heaven on Earth

Our experience at Santorini Princess was an 11/10. Beginning with the beauty of this property and can’t say enough about the entire staff.
Wonderful welcoming & farewell by all the Reception Staff. Even the General Manager was present as well as interacting with us to assure we were having a wonderful stay.
The staff in their restaurant was beyond comparison to any 5 Star Hotel. Ms Friday was especially attentive even bringing breakfast to me one day when I was busily working & attempting to reschedule a cancelled ferry to Sifnos due to weather. Reception staff made sure they secured another hotel for the extra evening since the hotel was fully booked & we were “stranded” in Santorini - even inviting us back for breakfast the next morning before we left for Sifnos.
I highly recommend the Santorini Princess
Highly & well trained staff and seemed hand-picked to genuinely anticipate each guest’s needs, desires or wants and always assuring each guest feels like they are in their own home with a full time group of genuinely caring individuals
I can’t wait to return to the Santorini Princess ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent location for the money and very clean property.
The only downside is of course they don’t let guests to stay an extra hour or two by saying very politely that there is another guest is arriving in the same room. This is totally business decision that simply doesn’t want to make it a practice. We all travel and we all know that there is no room assigned for any guest before they arrive the property. So it’s simply a lie that they got used and repeat everyday to every guest who try to ask them if they can stay an extra hour or two. Very rarely we get OK from hotels or resorts to stay an extra hour or two.
