The location and architecture of the hotel was special,the view from my room was awesome,everything was working,they provided free transport to the capital city Fira and the iconic Oia which saved us a lot of money, Staff were really helpful, Breakfast n food was great,I have nothing bad about the hotel.

The only downside is that it's a little out from Oia, so you'd have to travel there in some way. Only 10 mins though by car.

Everything was perfect.Our room/suite was very clean and nice with a great view and a hot tub. The breakfast was excellent very tasty and quality food. They have free shuttles to 2 large towns in Santorini. Free parking and large swimming pool and nice outdoor.Staff and the manager were very nice/polite and caring . We got a free airport drop off. I have stayed at Aurora Luxury Suites with my daughter and it was the best holiday experience I have ever experienced. The hotel is so clean and welcoming. The pools are clean and beautiful. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Nicole for her support and dedication to make our stay a holiday to remember. The team made my birthday celebration a special surprise! The food at the hotel is so good and the prices are reasonable. The shuttle bus service is great and made our trips to Apia and Fira very easy. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return again soon.

Aurora is a fantastic place to spend few days in Santorini.
Everybody was really nice with us and we enjoyed to spend time close to the pools between to excursions.
The pick up service to the airport was perfect and the possibility to go to Fira and Oia for free is wonderfull, but a rental vehicule is necessary to be free of your days, because the place is far from all, but we appreciated the calm. Many possibilities to rent with drop off at the parking, quad is very fun.
The big black point for me was the gym, we choose this place because I need to maintain a physical level for my job, and all is to change, broken or inusable.

What surprised me the most was that my flight was early. They had my breakfast in bags for me to take on the plane. Excellent service in everything.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Aurora Luxury Suits for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied with our overall experience. Firstly, the service and hospitality we were met with was incredible. Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming towards us, and everyone felt like our friend. Nicole, Pavos, Panos and the other staff whose names I weren’t able to get were all excellent and joyful to be around. It made our stay in Santorini feel much more cozy. We also enjoyed the food and Poree restaurant located within the hotel - the free breakfasts were great with lots of variety, and then the lunches and dinners were all very satisfying with good portion sizes. We also really enjoyed the bar, which will make off-menu drinks upon request! The pool is great and quite big for Santorini standards, with lots of lounge chairs and places to relax nearby. We found the entire property to be quite serene and beautiful also, with our room even offering a beautiful sunrise view along with the sea. Lastly, the rooms were homey and the beds were comfortable, and we throughly enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. Overall, very satisfied and happy with our experience, it made our trip much much better! The free transfers to some of the major cities also saved us a lot of hassle, time and money, as well as the hotel being able to book the best activities for us!

Nicole, one of the waitresses went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with the food, all around great service. As well as Freedom, she made me a drink because I was indecisive and came back to make sure I liked it. They also have free transportation which is super nice. The food was great. This property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is amazing, especially the mixologist Panos.!!!!! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of everyone, but service is definitely top-tier!! Location is very clean, very picturesque and accommodating. Will return!!!!!

The hospitality is top-notch. From the Hotel Manager to the room service staff, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home.

We flew in all the way from Toronto and chose this hotel for two main reasons:

1. Convenient Transportation
Getting around Santorini can be pricey—taxis often cost €25–35 one way, and buses can mean long waits. Aurora provides a scheduled shuttle service to both Fira and Oia, making exploring the island far more convenient and budget-friendly.

2. Incredible Breakfast
Breakfast is included, but this isn’t your average hotel fare. The newly appointed Chef Dimitris crafts sensational meals using fresh, local ingredients. His farm-to-table approach makes each dish feel like it came from a high-end downtown restaurant—you’d easily pay $50+ per person elsewhere for this quality.

My wife and I travel 2–3 times a year and have stayed at numerous hotels around the world. This is by far one of the best-run establishments we’ve experienced, thanks in large part to its private ownership. If you're looking for very cozy and private place this hotel is perfect choice for you. From beginning to end the whole experience was perfect. Property is not in the middle of busy tourist area, it's in very private and quite area, near the sea, beautiful, clean, cozy , but it's in the middle of Oia and Fira centers, 15 minutes away. Hotel provides you free ride to these main cities, also ride from and back to airport. The whole experience would be just a nice hotel experience, if people who work there didn't make our vacation unforgettable. Hotel staff was great, every single person was working hard to make guests feel special, they're helpful, very welcoming. Special thank you to few people , who made our vacation so special and unforgettable, Panos works at reception, is very professional, takes care of all the questions and helps with any problem you have , George works at the bar, intelligent young man, who treats everyone to feel special, Nick is the driver , very nice person, who tells you everything about Santorini on his way to and back to hotel. On top of their professional service they became our friends, Panos and George made us feel home, every evening we came back tired from the trips. So much warm memories, because of these nice people. Also other stuff members like Nickol(reception), Nikolas (bar), Angeliki (bar) are so nice and helpful.
Love you guys, thanks for making our vacation so full of love, fun and happiness.

From the moment we arrived! It felt like a warm family welcome. The staff are truly wonderful and make you feel at home. Our room was second floor with a hot tub on the balcony. Clean and spacious. The pool area is perfect and the bar staff are amazing. The great thing about this hotel. It’s not to big, so personal service really is key. The knowledge of the staff is great too. Free daily shuttle to Oia is a HUGE bonus on Santorini.

Upon arriving we were greeted with a refreshing and delicious glass of lemonade. Staff immediately welcomed us to the hotel and provided a snapshot of everything there is to do on the island, providing suggestions of things for us to do during our holiday. Truthfully the reception we received from staff was the highlight of our stay, but the hotel itself is beautiful.

Situated in a quieter part of the island, Aurora Luxury Suites truly is a hidden gem. The room we were assigned to was perfect for our stay - a comfortable bed, air conditioning, space to relax, and plenty of amenities that all helped to make our holiday that much better. Plus, it was only a few steps away from the pool which was very convenient!

The pools were a great way to cool down in the heat and the sun loungers were very comfortable. Accompanied by a complimentary towel from the poolside bar, we spent much of our holiday lounging around and basking in the sun. We also took full advantage of the hotel restaurant and complimentary shuttle buses to Fira and Oia, which allowed us to see so much of the island without having to pay for any additional transport. For this we are so thankful.

All in all, Aurora Luxury Suites is an amazing place to stay if you’re visiting Santorini, and I could not recommend it enough!

We had a very pleasant stay at Aurora Suites. The staff could not do enough for their guests, they was very accommodating. My only negative which is why I am dropping one star, is the food during the day, A snack menu is operated, which is adequate for sitting sitting by the pool. But in the evening they run the same menu, which is contrary to their website. It describe the food as gastronomic with extremely misleading pictures. Either the website needs amending or they need to adjust the menu for the evening. This was disappointing for us which meant we used the free shuttle to Oia to eat out. In the grand scale of things and the rest of of the facilities they offer it’s not a major issue. But I think they are missing a trick because if they updated their menu for the evening, for a more sit fine dinning experience it would capitalise on their guest staying there to eat. It does not need to be a large menu just some key Greek dishes done well.

The complimentary breakfast was a real treat ! The only downside was the property wasn’t walking distance to either Oia or Thira and seemed a bit isolated. However they combat this with offering free shuttle which was amazing! We had free transfers from the port and to the airport which was also so good! Great recommendations from the driver too. I would recommend staying at this place 100 times!! They were very communicative about flight details & had someone waiting at the airport to take my bag & transport me straight to the hotel. He was very knowledgeable about the island and super friendly. I was welcomed with a drink & check in was uneventful. The room was right off from the pool, which was nice. Pretty spacious & clean. The cleaning woman came every morning, was quick, efficient & so sweet! I love that the complimentary, air conditioned shuttle runs every day with drop off & pick up routes into Fira & Oía, which save TONS on transportation cost. Nick, the driver was so AMAZING!! The entire staff are like family & will help you with anything that they can. I met great people & had the best time here!

What an AMAZING experience! The staff were all fantastic. Particularly, Nicholas, George and Angelina were accommodating, attentive, talkative, welcoming and provided superlative customer experience. I cannot fault them at all.

The resort is quite remote, which I found to be quite nice for relaxing and getting away from the noise of a more busy area of the island. While it is remote, the resorts free shuttle bus service to Fira and Oia provided excellent opportunities to go to shops and explore the rest of the island. They also provide free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

With the resort being quite remote, unless you were in Fira or Oia the only food options is the hotel kitchen. This isn’t a problem as the food is great quality with variety. I would recommend eating out in Fira or Oia sometimes though to get a wider experience.

Would I come here again? Absolutely. It’s luxury without the heinous price tag.

The property is in a great private location with a very relaxing pool area which is perfect for the day before heading into the centre in the evening.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, Oia and Fira therefore saving you a lot of taxi fares which is on average 25-30 eur one way.

The hotel is in a great location where everything is a 15 minute drive away.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and the rooms and public areas are very clean.

The breakfast has good options from fried eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, cereal, toast, pastries, cakes and fruit.

A very new and contemporary facility which which charming and spacious! Staffed with an accommodating and friendly team. The shuttle service was exemplary and our driver Ivan was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Nicoletta at the front desk was very warm and sweet!

Absolutely amazing in all aspects! The staff were extremely accomodating, kind and respectful, going above and beyond with each request. You’re welcomed with a signature drink as you arrive, which is delicious!! The hotel offers free transport to and from the airport as well as the main areas; Fira and Oia. The rooms are beautiful with daily cleaning. The pool area is breathtaking and so relaxing. The location is quite secluded although this is actually a positive because you will notice the peace and privacy compared to the busy areas. Breakfast was beautiful. Overall, I cannot recommend enough and will definitely be staying here when I visit Santorini again. Thank you again to the reception staff for being amazing.

There is not a lot of places to eat around. You need transportation to move around if you want to visit more than Oia and Fira as they provide shuttle for those. Besides that hotel is really nice and the staff was so nice. Breakfast was a plus. The views are spectacular,

An excellent choice for a relaxing vacation

Aurora luxury suites involves many things in its total expirience that seperate it from other hotels we have been to. Its fine breakfest bufet, the relxing music and bar by the pool,The opretunity to have a relaxing massage, the great and diversed room service and the availability of a beach that is walking distance. Its overall expirience was freeing and an overall 10/10. We enjoyed it very much and we belive that everyone who stays there can have a great vacation too.

We loved our stay. Close to the airport. Free shuttle to/ from airport and port as well as Fira and Oia made it even better. We liked the fact that we were not in the middle of either town and only a short drive away. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating and did everything to make the stay comfortable. Last, but not least, cannot say enough about our bartender, George. His drinks are a work of art! Next time we are in Santorini, we will definitely be staying here again.

What a lovely relaxing Hotel, with only 22 rooms you really are looked after amazingly well! With George and each member of the restaurant and pool bar staff going out of their way to make you feel extremely welcome and looked after. Plus the hotel lays on free transport into Oia & Fira. The Lady cleaning the room was excellent too, she’d clean the room to a really great standard every day whilst we had breakfast so it was always clean & tidy. If you’re looking for a Santorini Hotel slightly out of the busy towns that really genuinely looks after you then you can’t go wrong at Aurora!

Perfect place if you either drive OR don't mind starting the day later and ending it earlier. Also stunning sunrise view!
Service was outstanding, truly attentive staff in all areas (recep, driver, restaurant, housekeeping etc). Esp the lady at the reception was so amazing to sort out my pickup with a shared transit booking (the organizer were not responsive on email). Transit service always responsive on whatsapp.
Facilities - great pool (sadly not 24/7), little complaints about the room and shower except the bed was harder than I usually prefer and blanket a little thin. Zero issues getting hot water, just never drink the tap water by accident its very salty. Charging port just by the bed. Drinking water provided in room. Loved the private jacuzzi - its outside the room in your little balcony space for reference but only accessible by hotel guests/staff (unlike some along the cliffside Oia/Imerovigli where its basically walkin for everyone) - I'll deeply miss it everyday its an amazing way to end the night. If you washed anything try to put it outside to dry instead.
Food - good spread of options for breakfast and they rotate some items. I had a decent dinner here.
Location is its only downside - there is nothing within walking distance, so they make up for it with free shuttle service daily to/from Fira & Oia (do check the latest schedule with them in advance to plan). My case they also kindly arranged for my dropoff to my second hotel instead.

Property was absolutely beautiful and staff was amazing, helpful, and accommodating. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, Oia, and Thera. The woman at the front desk was so so amazing and helpful! Helpful with booking a winery tour/tasting and helping with coordinating overall pickups and drop offs. She was also so thoughtful and kind. George, the bartender supervisor was also amazing and friendly! I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Our room was impeccable and we were able to enjoy our private hot tub. I normally don’t write reviews but this property deserved a detailed one sharing all of the amazing things they had to offer. Would recommend and stay here 200x over again!

Best customer service! Everyone is so nice and accommodating so it’s hard to single any one person out. Room 203 honeymoon suite had AMAZING sunrise views! The free shuttle to OIA was perfect with convenient pickup and dropoff. Breakfast was very good as well.

I have stayed in several of 4 and 5 star hotels. As a general rule the rooms are nice and spacious with plenty of amenities. The Aurora was all this and more. I have NEVER met a hotel staff that is here. They have been extremely helpful, gracious and courteous. I can't say enough positive about this hotel. They meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel and back to the airport all (free) included in the hotel fee. They even run shuttles to and from town and/or the beach, this saving a 30-35 Euro fee each way. They also run shuttles to and from town to watch the magnificent sunset. Breakfast is included and they put out a great spread.
Again, I can't praise the staff enough enough to do them justice. Also their prices were very competive. The hotel is located close to the ocean (but no swimming here, too rocky and steep but a GREAT view at sunrise. It has a great pool and a poolside bar. So come here, kick off your shoes and relax in a fantastic and picturesque.

Luxurious stay at Aurora, truly majestic!
Free pick and drop off to airport service was impressive. Its located opposite side of caldera, very quiet and pleasant stay and free from busy streets. Spacious rooms and nice pool to dip in hot weather. Need a car to commute.

The service at this resort is AMAZING! The staff was on top of everything! They didn’t want you to lift a finger and if they saw you doing such they would come running to help you! We spent our honeymoon here and it was the perfect location to relax! Our air stopped working in our room on the last night and they quickly moved us to another room that had air! The food was delicious! And we can’t get over how nice the driver George was, he is very helpful when visiting Fira and Oia! We will definitely be back!
