A truly wonderful stay. The hotel is just ideal, the pool refreshing, the view breathtaking and the staff lovely and friendly, especially Poppy! We knew we were onto a winner when we got picked up for a boat trip and the minibus driver got out to take a photo. He said if he were to stay anywhere on the island it would be here! If we have any constructive criticism it would be to have proper coffee at breakfast - the machine cappuccinos were not nice. Also, staff could be a little more proactive offering drinks by the pool, fruit would be a fabulous touch too ;). But, this does not take away from the vibe of the place - relaxing, quiet luxury. A true gem!!!

Calliope was an outstanding hostess, catering to our every need and request. The hotel rooms were excellent, renovated, and had everything needed. The outdoor space was phenomenal, living up to expectations and beyond.
Highly recommend the breakfast there. 25 euros per couple was good for the quality of the food and the view!
Biggest pro of the hotel was its location, although not I. The downtown area of Firas and Oia, it was absolutely quiet and relaxing throughout the day. Great nights of sleep guaranteed!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The views cannot be beat…simply stunning! There are lots of hotels within walking distance (good shoes are recommended as many are up the walking path which you may have to do in the dark). Tasos tavern is the closest and offers authentic Greek cuisine and a welcoming owner. Breakfast was excellent - you order what you want the day before from a wide selection and it is served in a panoramic view room protected from the elements.
They have a deal with local businesses where they can deliver for one euro. We ate lunch on our balcony a couple of days soaking up the view. There is a fridge in the room if you purchase drinks at a local market but we loved that you could easily order from a beer/wine list at the hotel. Sunsets are fabulous…and the welcome bottle of champagne was used to watch it from the pool area.
The staff were amazing…kind and looking to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
My one and only caution is that we were in an upstairs room and even though we are both very mobile, I didn’t love doing the stairs at night to go to the bathroom. I would book a downstairs room next time.
If we are able to return to Santorini, we will look nowhere else. This is the most fabulous place on the island. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to reach it when you want.

The property is absolutley beautiful, sunsets from your liunge bed or in the pool where everything you cam imagine. Staff, expecially Kallopi were so friendly and helpful, made a great experience. However, the hotel doesnt have a bar only breakfasts so you have to either go out to Fira or local town for a drink or the hotel.next door (or supermarket). There is also no shade from mid afternoon which can make the heat intense. Recommend a little car or atv to get around and recommend you go to the many beaches on the island, its a great alternative to the very busy Fira and Oia

WOW!!!! 5 star resort.. don’t look at any other spot and book this place! You can get a shuttle van for about €15 pp to drive you to the town of Imerovigli and you arrive at the doorstep of this amazing mountain top view of the caldera overlooking the infinity edge swimming pool and think you have died and gone to heaven.
Choose the honeymoon suite for a two story private bungalow with windows galore overlooking your own private balcony and the sea beyond. Views of the sea from every spot at this wonderful hotel stay. Comfortable stay in a beautiful friendly hotel
We spent 5 nights here in late September early October. Very friendly staff. Beautiful setting on the cliff top. Very quiet surroundings and always room around the pool. You will need warmer clothes for the evening at this time of year, but was warm by day.

A lovely peaceful little hotel if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Santorini. Just be aware that although it’s not far from Imerovigli, it is a steep walk up the hill so not something you’d want to do in the heat of the day - but as long as you know that, it has great rooms, lovely views and very helpful staff.

We booked this hotel for the sunset view and it didn’t disappoint - we enjoyed a sunset from the poolside without any crowds. The hotel rooms and pool are also very private compared to others you see in Santorini. Service is impeccable. This hotel is definitely a 4+ star hotel. Great value for money

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at anywhere in the world. First of all, it has one of the most magnificent views I have ever seen. Secondly, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They helped arrange transportation for us, with anything else we needed such as finding local laundry services. The hotel is in Imerovigli, which is in between Fira and Oia. This was perfect for exploring Fira one day and Oia the next day by walking along the path that goes right by the hotel. Since the walking path is down below the hotel, it is very quiet unlike many of the other hotels that have the path running through their properties with people walking by night and day. We could sit by the pool enjoying the view in peace and quiet. There is also a great local place immediately next door called Taso’s Tavern. The pool area was fantastic to relax by, and the jacuzzi view at sunset with a bottle of wine was epic. The honeymoon suite is absolutely worth the cost! The breakfast each morning was phenomenal. A great experience!

Beautiful modern hotel with stunning views. Breakfast was also very good with excellent service from the staff. About 10 min walk on an uneven path to get to Imerovigli so not suitable for people with walking difficulties as only one bus route (in one direction) goes past the hotel

We were completely impressed with everything at Caldera Memories. The staff, Yiannis and Loukos, went out of their way to help us with restaurant recommendations, reservations, transportation to the airport and neighboring towns, and much more. We were extremely fortunate to experience the hotel and area in June, just before the return of tourism and high season.
The view is indeed breathtaking, and Imergovigli was the perfect choice, away from all the people of Fira and Oia. However, it perhaps is not for people who don't want to walk a bit. The path into town is uphill and a bit rough to walk on without solid-soled shoes. At night, the only light to guide you is your own flashlight, so be sure to bring your own or a cellphone that has enough battery. It's difficult to negotiate it both downhill in the dark and uphill in the heat of the day. We found it worth it in both cases, to find affordable dining.
The swimming pool was wonderful and I used it alone every day of our stay. We had several hours between check-out and our return flight, and we were able to relax in and at the pool, then shower and change in the public area before leaving. This place has done it right!

This should be a 4-star hotel. It was completely renovated in 2018. Everything is up to date and very clean. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, away from the crowd but also near all major Santorini attractions, this is IT.

Caldera Memories was the perfect location for a three night stay in Santorini. It is just a short walk from Imerovigli which allows more space and more space for luxury.
All of the staff were wonderful and really did their best to make our stay that extra bit more special. A highlight was definitely the hot tub in the windmill at sunset- something I will always remember!

I spent a lot of time looking at different hotels in Santorini, as I wasn't sure what part of the island I wanted to stay at and found the limitless hotels overwhelming. After staying at Caldera Memories for two nights, I can say I'm very happy with my decision and you should stop looking elsewhere and book this property immediately. I found the location to be ideal, as it was away from the crowds of Oia and Thera. It was about a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli, where there are plenty of restaurant options and a mini-market. You won't want to leave the hotel much because the view is just incredible. The sunsets were incredible right from the hotel; no need to battle the crowds in Oia. The breakfast was delicious in the morning and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend Caldera Memories!

Loved staying at this hotel! The rooms are recently renovated, the view is amazing, the poolside atmosphere overlooking the Caldera is tranquil. Top notch service and amenities made us feel pampered. The location is excellent, right on the trail, private, yet easy access to other parts of the island. Plenty of free and secure parking available.
