Value for money place in Firastephani, only 5 mins away from Fira if you drive. Just rent a car at airport or ferry and see the whole of Santorini.

Great budget option for 3 friends. Location was good, just a short (uphill) walk to Fira and a 15-20 min walk to the Fira bus station. It was a bit noisy as it was on a busy road. Room was clean and as expected. Pool was small but nice. Front desk staff was excellent: friendly and communicative. Would stay again if looking for a cheaper option

Location was perfect between Thira, Imerovigli and Firostefani. Rooms were clean and good condition, only downside was no window in the bedroom for some fresh air, but there was a window in the living room. Also plumbing can smell a bit in the bathroom once you turn on the shower, but it does eventually subside.

The hotel is overall in ok shape. Room is very basic, the room we stayed had sewer smell from kitchen sink drain. Talked to front desk, was told can't do much except to pour in some liquid. We could not use the kitchen, had to cover all the openings to drainage. Apparently tap water is not safe to drink in the area, we had to buy and carry large bottles of drinking water to the hotel. There isn't a close place to buy water either. Overall the stay was not so pleasant. Location is about 30mins walk from Fira bus station, kind of far with up hill and very narrow roads at several places. Front desk was welcoming.

I was travelling with my brother and we needed separate beds/rooms and this was perfect! We had our own space and the price was appropriate. The pool was super clean and cool with shade. The rooms have air conditioning and are super clean - cleaned daily! The front staff were super helpful and friendly. They really want you to have a great stay. The hotel is a short 5-10 minute walk to Firostefani and Fira where it is busy and loud. It was much quieter a short walk away. We had an awesome stay!

The hotel does not change the sheets and coverts for beds, as I found blood in the covert of my single bed.
In addition, the bed are in bad conditions as the leg of one of the two single was broken. We wait for 30-45 minute at 11pm for the bed to be repaired.
It was a nightmare, people were not friendly to solve the issue and did not give any compensation, not even an apology. I do not recommend to book this apartment, they do not offer a service For the price you pay.

The apartment was huge and had a mezzanine floor with the bed on, giving plenty of room. The small kitchen was useful for preparing breakfasts and the staff kept the room immaculate. Access to the town was only 3 minutes away (but was up a hill!).

Erato apartment is a a bit far from the main center of Fira. The santorini sun can make it hard to make the uphill walk to the hotel. The room itself was quite clean and comfortable. Looking back I would have rather chosen a hotel in either Fira or Oia.

We were in santorini for four days and booked at the erato. Very easy to find. The room was very clean with an ocean view and right beside the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful helping us get a atv delivered to our door and booking tranfers to the airport and back. Location was convenient being just a 15 minute stroll into fira. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

The staff made all the difference, they were so helpful and and friendly. The apartment complex for spotlessly clean. Also having your towels changed and bed made everyday was a real luxury.
The location of the apartment is very good and it's just a short walk to thira.
it is great to have such a nice pool available. It is 2.4metres deep The Sauna is new and a great extra facility.to sooth sore muscles after walking all the hills in Thira. It costs 10euro extra to use

This place is dangerous and two or our three rooms smelled of sewer gas. We stayed only one bight because it was totally useless for our stay in Santorini. The owner would NOT REFUND ANY OF OUR MONEY even when asked by Expedia. The dangerous conditions come from being on a very busy road with no parking or unloading areas. We personally almost saw a small child get run over walking up to the place. .

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

We enjoyed our stay at the Erato Apartments. Our room was nice and they had left us complimentary snacks. Our room was very close to the road, so it was loud when cars drove by, but being from the city it didn’t really bother us. Hotel staff was helpful in arranging transfers to and from the port/airport and navigating us around the island.

Good hotel within walking distance to caldera

Erato Apartments is a good hotel at a moderate price for Santorini. The room was clean and spacious, but we spent more time exploring the island than we did in the hotel. This is a good option if you are looking for a relatively budget-friendly hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. It is about 6-7 minute walk to the Firostefani bus stop and the beautiful caldera views without the high price tag of staying right on the caldera.

We stayed in a beautiful room with an amazing view of the sun rise. Its within a 5 min walk to the center of Fira. The room was clean and extremely spatious. Tonia at the front desk was amazing, polite and very helpful with recommendations and booking tramsport. The cleaning staff also did an excellent job. I would stay here again.

A good choice for Santorini

Clean and efficient place to stay away from the crowds and high prices of the caldera -you can visit there and take pictures! Easy walk into Fira and close to bus stop if you want to visi Oia. Basic kitchen items for breakfast/lunch, no coffee maker. Pool is a nice option.

Did not live up to the photo and parcore video. The stAff was great but 15 minute walk to town along busy roads with cars wizzing by in the hot sun. Oh and you can’t flush toilet paper. Needs to go in the garbage can.

Lovely clean apartments on arrival and cleaned daily to a great standard. Pool was lovely for a bit of quiet time and great location for going out in the evening or down to the bus station to jump on a bus and see the island cheaply. A fair amount of walking required to get down to Fira but worth it. Would highly recommend.

Room was alright, clean and comfortable beds, however you could hear noise from neighboring rooms. The location was not good, could not get a taxi from the hotel but only a 15min walk to Fira. The walk seemed unsafe to do at night but was alright during the day.
There isn’t anyone to take your luggage for you so it needs to be carried down around 20 steps to get to the room which is quite difficult
The pool area was beautiful, as was the view.
Water wasn’t included and though there was a full kitchen no tea/coffee was provided

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk to Fira. The front desk staff was wonderful. She booked the taxi from the airport and was in constant connection with us once our flight got delayed to reschedule the taxi and ensure we got to the hotel without having to deal with any more frustration. She also helped us rent an ATV during our stay which was convenient for us to see the island. The wifi worked great. The view from the room was fantastic. Highly recommend that place.

Lovely hotel with great staff and great location.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The staff was super friendly and helped us book excursions, told us about the annual fireworks, and recommended best time & places to watch. The room itself had a small kitchen, AC, TV with an english channel, an amazing shower with one of those rainfall shower heads. The location is in a quieter area with views of the sea but only a 10 minute walk to the busy Fira. So it was a short walk to all the nice restaurants/bars and then we were able to have a few drinks and stumble back after. We rented a car so it was convenient that the hotel was just a 1 minute downhill walk from a free pubic car park with lots of parking spaces. From the hotel, it was about a 20 minute drive max to every end of the island so we were able to explore the entire island. It was also about a half hour walk to Skaros Rock. Again, we absolutely loved the location and everything else was just a bonus perk for us.

Great hotel and value! Good location with everything in Fira within a walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, helped us with booking a taxi early in the morning for our departure. The room was very clean, the bed confortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower was very nice with a \"rain head\". The pool is nice and bigger than I expected from the pictures. There was nothing to complain about, just don't expect too much luxury which is normal considering the price.

Wouldn't stay here, find another better location.

Our trip was not amazing at this location. The WIFI was a major issue. We asked about it the minute we checked in and was told it worked. We got to our room and it was not working in the entire room only closest to the door. We brought it to the front desks attention the next morning and it was a battle for the next 2 days to get it serviced and working the way we should expect from the first day. Lack of concern for the customer. Too far of a walk to Fira and streets are dangerous to work in with the crazy drivers. Hotel is loud due to travel from road right outside your room. I would not recommend.

Cheap but not exactly tranquil

This is a perfectly nice if basic apartment block situated a little way out of Firostefani and about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Fira, Cleanliness was good, with towels changed every day although only soap was supplied (also changed every day). I was lucky in having a balcony with a distant sea view but do not expect a sea view or a private balcony, especially if you are on your own. On my last day there was a blazing row between a guest who had been expecting a sea view and the receptionist, who insisted the view was for everybody, rather incomprehensibly. You could end up only with a view of the main road that loops around the building, creating an amount of noise. Furniture was rather basic - the bed was comfortable but there were only stools in the room although there were sun chairs on the balcony, with a table.
My only gripe, about which I have made a complaint, is that the management took payment from my debit card without asking me. I wanted to pay with my cheaper prepaid cash card (which I obviously couldn't use to guarantee the reservation). I would have paid at the start of the stay if I had known this was going to happen.

The apartment is located in Firostefani where is close to Fira, less crowded and having great eateries. The apartment itself is close to the bus stop, clean and having a big space. Our room is also with ocean view and watching sunrise everyday is a bonus. Staff (Tonia) is nice and offers great services. We have had a great experience of staying in the apartment and would highly recommend to you visitors.

Hotel was very comfortable with friendly environment. The staff was very nice and provide excellet service as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel is great. Easy access to fira town which is only 10 mins walk. Bus stop to Oia is also 5 mins walk. And the very famous three bells are just 5 mins away on foot as well.

Good location. You can easily walk (west) to Fira to see the sunset and visit all the shops and restaurants. Some of the rooms look like they have an amazing view to the other side of the island (east) but my room had no view and I could not get the air condition to work well. They do not have 24 hour desk service, which meant check out was a bit of a hassle. It was clean.

The hotel is located on a very noisy street.

My wife and I travelled with a friend couple to Santorini. However, I took the beach front apartment and my friends took the street view studio.
They could not sleep as the apartments are located on a very noisy street with a lot of quads, motorcycles and cars passing by.
All the time that we went to talk to the person in charge of reception, there was a blond skinny lady, who was ALL THE TIME IN A BAD MOOD, with little cooperation to our questions.
At the end, we were better off asking anyone but this lady for information on places to visit.
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Erato en Santorini ha sido maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos gracias a la amabilidad del personal. Un detalle que nos encantó fue el servicio de cortesía, con agua, té y café a nuestra disposición, lo que hizo la estancia aún más cómoda. En general, todo estuvo cuidado al detalle y conseguimos disfrutar de unos días súper agradables.
La ubicacion es perfecta a pocos minutos caminando encuentras parada de bus, restaurantes y comercios .
Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable

Sono stata a giugno 2023 , personale gentilissimo . All’arrivo in camera ci hanno fatto trovare acqua fresca, caffè e tea. Camera pulita , bagno con doccia comodissima, materasso (due singoli uniti) comodo.
Strada molto trafficata e rumorosa.

Vue imprenable sur la mer!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant le Check-in, malgré cela le personnel a accepté de nous accueillir plus tôt, et nous avons été conduit jusqu’a notre chambre avec vue imprenable sur la mer ! (nous l’avions spécifié dans nos demandes lors de la réservation) Si vous vous levez tôt vous pourrez même profiter du levé du soleil depuis le balcon, chambre très confortable, personnel très respectueux des règles d’hygiène, très bon souvenir.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement géographique proche de Fira, l'appartement spacieux et propre et la gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner simple mais avec de bons produits frais.
Dommage que l'hotel n'est pas un endroit où stationner un vehicule, pas de stationnement aux alentours.

Notre appartement était superbe. La dame à l'accueil toujours très souriante et agréable. Notre appartement etait comme neuf,les femmes de chambre travaillent tres bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet d'être à mi trajet de toutes les villes a visité. L'hôtel propose directement la location de quad et vous fait la livraison. (Il semblerait que le tarif soit dans la norme, mais a vérifier 33€/jour le petit quad)

Chambre en bord de route : quand les fenetres sont fermes c'est supportable. Parcontre sur la terasse c'est horrible...

Les femmes de chambre passe à 14heures faire le menage, d'après moi il faudrait passer le matin,plus pratique pour nous.

La posizione è comoda per muoversi un po' ovunque, peccato non ci sia un parcheggio privato.
L'appartamento era pulito e confortevole, un solo canale italiano e la televisione purtroppo spesso saltava. Punti a favore di sicuro il condizionatore incluso, il wi-fi ed il bagno molto carino con arredamento particolare, il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Kamer voor 4 personen was groot en netjes. Verblijf als prettig ervaren. Het enige minpuntje was dat het appartement langs een drukke weg zat en het 15 minuten lopen was naar het centrum. Voor de rest prima.

Inizio con il dire che ho prenotato questo hotel perché mi erano piaciute molto le camere che davano la vista sulla piscina. Arriviamo e ci hanno assegnato una camera che dava sulla strada... la prima notte non abbiamo potuto dormire per il rumore delle macchine che passavano e non solo, non ho avuto nemmeno la possibilità di aprire la finestra senza farmi guardare dentro dalle persone che parlavano davanti la mia stanza. Inoltre, non potete credere la puzza di fogna che usciva dallo scarico del bagno che non aveva nemmeno una finestra per far circolare l’aria. Poi, un’altra cosa che voglio puntualizzare è il fatto che venivano cambiate solo le tovaglie...senza rifornirci di shampoo o altro, infatti abbiamo dovuto comprarli. Bella la piscina ma peccato sia molto sporca... mi sono fidato di expedia ma sono rimasto profondamente deluso.
