The staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodating. The two bedroom family bungalow was beautiful. I wish I had known that there were no TVs in the rooms and also that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet. That was a little bit of a turn off.

The resort is very nice and it was like living in a tree house. The rooms are a good size, the water pressure is not bad, but water not overly warm. I would recommend this place for couples, families with older kids as the stairs are steep and it's a little bit secluded. Great staff that were very accommodating and helpful at all times.

Beautiful resort, small and quiet, but amazing staff, so helpful and a short walk from restaurants. Make sure you kayak to the beach next door, white sand, turquoise water, absolute paradise and the best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand, well worth it and hope we can go back soon!!

The transfer by long tail boat (which you have to take to get to the resort) involved a walk of maybe 150m to the boat in low tide, with almost waist height water carrying our luggage. This was fine for us but not suitable if you don’t have great mobility.

If you insist on Kho PhiPhi and have cash to spare
Its worth the boat trip getting there out of Kho Phi Phi main town as thats horrendous, well on its way to rivalling Magaluf for crowds, neon and stink...but the Chalets are pricey, like the rest if Kho Phi Phi, which had my 4 days boat trip not ended there, I would avoid. Its very smart, relaxed and well serviced

A little oasis.
Longboat available at island pier to transfer us to hotel. Staff took bags from boat up steps to reception and then up more steps to superior bungalow. Room was very good, staff attentive when necessary. We throughly enjoy our staff and would recommend it as a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Thai life.

LOVED THIS PLACE! It was far enough to have a beautiful getaway without too many tourists everywhere. Room views were STUNNING! The food amazing (8mins walk to other food locations), staff was so kind and helpful! Pool was incredible. Not much beachfront.

Overall this hotel provides very lovely bungalows on a mountain with amazing views and very comfortable beds . But that is probably where the positives ends. The food was TERRIBLE in the restaurant.The location is okey but quite far from the beach and any facilities. There is a much better hotel which we ended up visiting everyday for both lunch and dinner, called Phi Phi island village.
There was only 2 members of staff who spoke English, which is always a bit tricky because you feel like you are constantly running to the reception to get a hold of them.
If you can afford it, spend it on the other hotel which is located on an absolutely amazing beach and great facilities.
This place is honestly not worth it.

Nice property but stingy
The property is very nice and the location is convenient close to the a small village and loh lah leh beach. My complain was that the food protions were very small I had to order a couple of dishes to satisfy my stomach.
Slso the mini br was not restcocked daily and the water bottles were very expensive it was cheaper to buy a beer that a bottle of water.

Lovely stay for 2 night by a couple
We arrived in low tide so we needed to walk in the sea but it was cool to arrive this way. We were greeted with a drink a kind feet wash. The view is amazing. From the bungalows we had an unobstructed sea view thru a huge glass window. We were waking up for the beautiful sea every morning. Breakfast is a la cart, there are a few choices however after a few days could be boring. There is a little town really 15 min away it’s better to organize your tours there as it is cheaper. Staff speaks English well. Place is highly recommended. Tours around Phi pHi is truly spectacular. However they charge 250 baht for taking you back to the pier per person that I found expensive and 1 or two shuttle should be included in the price. No WiFi in the room but pretty good in the lobby. We met several monkeys on the road...

A hidden gem!
What a beautiful property. We had an amazing time here. Right after our booking was confirmed, we got an ‘instruction’ email from the hotel. We followed it and didn’t have any issues. Although we booked a standard room, we got upgraded to a cottage, with beautiful ocean views and pool views. We had lunch (one of the best seafood curry dishes) and drinks by the pool. Reasonable prices. They do little thoughtful things – flash light in the room, which we used (highly recommend) for our evening stroll into town; umbrellas outside every cottage, pot of water to wash our feet before entering the room etc. Beware of mosquitos and other creepy crawlies in the bathroom, in the patio/in the property etc. Ami took real good care of us. We booked the site-seeing/island hopping tour with the hotel, after which they dropped us back at the pier for departure. Like some other reviewers said – this property is NOT on the beach. During low-tide, I guess, you could call it the beach, but very jagged. The boat docks at this jagged area, from where we need to climb a few steps to get to the property front-office.

its located in the part of Phi Phi where you can't even see a single human being, you are bound to the hotel after 5 PM , as no boat taxi or anything will come there , there are no place to visit near by , a bar near a hotel where no one comes , Hotel is terrible , rooms are very bad for the price paid and at a hill. With no view other than trees. there is no beach nearby and hotel pool is awful.

Beautiful resort for a luxurious, quiet getaway
Loved absolutely everything about the phu chalet. It was about a 30 min boat ride from pier so if your looking for more party locations where you'll meet lots of travelers i wouldn't recommend. It's good for a peaceful, romantic getaway with amazing views. No wifi in the rooms either, just public area. Also food was quite expensive and not the greatest. It's about 15 min walk to several nice, local restruants and bars though! Overall loved it.

This place is just absolutely heavenly! We were there for three days with my sister and our husbands. We got a two bedroom chalet. The property is very new and hence everything is really nice and Phi Phi-Lux for a great price. All the chalets overlook the blue ocean. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked great (Air con, hot water etc.).
The staff is really lovely, especially Emmy and Biya. They helped us out with many recommendations as well as organized a half day boat trip around the nearby sights (Maya Bay, Monkey Bay etc.). In the late afternoon, the pool is a pleasure to hang out in.
The food was good, but comes in small quantities, so you'll be better off eating in the nearby village, as you'll typically be quite hungry from all the beaching.
The staff helped us out with laundry - you'll go through your clothes very quickly in Phi Phi, so it helped that they were willing to negotiate a per kilo price which does not include ironing, but is significantly more affordable than the laundry list price.

Best kept secret, hotel staff went above and beyond there work,hotel staff helped my friend recover from an accident, rooms where amazing with great beach views, nice and slow quite piecefull place away from everything and could walk 10 min to town. Booked an extra night because we loved it so much. I would come back to this same hotel any time.

We had a fantastic stay, this part of Phi Phi for us was so much nicer than Tonsai Bay. The hotel is in a quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants, bars etc. The service in the hotel was superb, the staff were very attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and would definitely be willing to stay here again. The food we ordered was very good and they make beautifully presented Mai Tai cocktails!!

Wij zijn in hotel phi phi phu 2 nachten verbleven. Dit was meer dan genoeg omdat er in de omgeving niet veel te doen was. Vanuit het hotel waren er 3 tours welke je kon boeken. Deze waren aan de prijzige kant. Wat ook jammer was is dat je 500 bath moet betalen om weer terug naar de pier gebracht te worden. Wat wij ook minder vonden is dat het personeel erg opdringerig is en constant achter je staat te wachten. Bij het uitchecken om 11.00 stond de schoonmaakster al voor de deur te wachten voordat we de kamer uit waren. Verder is het een mooi nieuw hotel met mooi zwembad.

Vi fik et værelse øverst oppe med en skøn udsigt til havet og overdækket terrasse. Selve værelset/indretningen var skønt, - dog manglede der en TV oversigt på værelset, da vi ikke kunne finde én eneste engelsk kanal. Wi-Fi’en svigtede, så snart man nåede sit værelse, hvilket var rigtig øv. Servicen var fantastisk på alle fronter, lige fra bartenderen til de fantastisk søde tjenere og housekeeping. Vi manglede dog lidt informationer i form af nærområdet (f.eks de små butikker lige rundt om hjørnet) og prisen for sejlturen i long tail boat til havnen efter check ud. Poolområdet var rent og hyggeligt, og der lå altid rene håndklæder klar til brug. Maden smagte dejligt og til en overkommelig pris. Vil helt klart anbefale dette skønne hotel til andre og besøge det igen! :)

Alles top nur leider keln eigener Hotelsanstrand. Das hätten wir besser lesen müssen. Aber der nächste Traumstrand (allerdings ohne Liegen/Schirme) ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ebenso wie ein kleiner Ort, wo es Essensmöglichkeiten, Bars, Massagen jedoch keinen Geldautomaten gibt. Frühstück war a la Carte und sehr lecker sowie flexibler als in der Karte genannt gestaltbar. Der Rücktransport zum Hafen ist kostenpflichtig was etwas komisch ist weil man ja zurück MUSS. Die Hnreise ist kostenfrei.

Es gibt keinen direkten Strand. Def nöchste ist ca 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Frühstück ist durschnittlich. Gutes Essen bekommt man ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Für einen wirklichen Strand Urlaub nicht geeigent. Wer etwas Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht ist hier richtig.

Das Häuschen ist wirklich wunderschön und riesig und sieht genau so aus wie sie dem Fotos. Betten sehr gut und täglich wurde sauber gereinigt.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Englisch könnte etwas besser sein.
WLAN hat in unserem Haus ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Sehr ruhige Anlage, absolut zum Entspannen.
Frühstück : entweder Thai Reissuppe oder Amerikanisch (Rührei/Omelett, Pancakes/Obst/Müsli, Saft, Kaffee) wird serviert, aber sehr gut und ausreichend!
Einziges Manko, kein direkter Strand, nur mit großen Steinen (unbedingt Wasserschuhe), bei Ebbe ist auch der Sandstrand zu sehen. Aber der Pool mit Liegen reicht. Der Pool ist sehr schattig, also nichts für Sonnenanbeter.
Loh Lana Beach fußläufig in 15-20min erreichbar und von dort nochmal 20min auch die sehr schöne Nui Bay (ein Stück führt durch das Wasser oder etwas über die Felsen, je nachdem ob Flut / Ebbe). Beides aber absolut empfehlenswert.
Am Loh Lana Beach sind auch Longtail Boote zu mieten.
Der 'Ort' zu Fuß in 10min einfach erreichbar. Dort gibt's einige Bars, Restaurants, Massage, Ausflüge, Supermarkt...
Checkout Transfer nach tonsai ist um 12 Uhr und kostet 250 baht pro Person. Wenn Ebbe ist muss man leider sehr weit rausgehen um in das Boot steigen zu können. Es gibt keinen Steg.

Frühstück : entweder Thai Reissuppe oder Amerikanisch (Rührei/Omelett, Pancakes/Obst/Müsli, Saft, Kaffee) wird serviert, aber sehr gut und ausreichend!
Einziges Manko, kein direkter Strand, nur mit großen Steinen (unbedingt Wasserschuhe), bei Ebbe ist auch der Sandstrand zu sehen. Aber der Pool mit Liegen reicht. Der Pool ist sehr schattig, also nichts für Sonnenanbeter.
Loh Lana Beach fußläufig in 15-20min erreichbar und von dort nochmal 20min auch die sehr schöne Nui Bay (ein Stück führt durch das Wasser oder etwas über die Felsen, je nachdem ob Flut / Ebbe). Beides aber absolut empfehlenswert.
Am Loh Lana Beach sind auch Longtail Boote zu mieten.
Der 'Ort' zu Fuß in 10min einfach erreichbar. Dort gibt's einige Bars, Restaurants, Massage, Ausflüge, Supermarkt...
Checkout Transfer nach tonsai ist um 12 Uhr und kostet 250 baht pro Person. Wenn Ebbe ist muss man leider sehr weit rausgehen um in das Boot steigen zu können. Es gibt keinen Steg.

Nous avons attendu 1h30 sans vraiment savoir si le taxi boat allait arriver.Une fois sur place. ...tout était très bien: gentillesse du personnel, piscine très agréable, très beau cadre.
Un petit chemin passe devant l'hôtel et vous permet de Joindre une plage.
Le pb des plages est qu'elles sont très sales.

Peu mieux faire....
Je suis venue pour 3 nuits avec mes 3 enfants adultes et ado. Nous avions un chalet pour nous 4 très confortable et très beau face à la mer. Les lits sont très confortables (chose très appréciable et rare en Thailande), le chalet est spacieux. il est cependant regrettable que dans les salles de bain il n y ai pas d eclairage au niveau des miroirs car on ne voit rien et qu il n y ai pas de prise.
La piscine est très belle face à la mer (dommage pour les câbles électriques qui gâchent un peu la vue). Il est regrettable que les transats n est pas de matelas. Il est à noter que l'hôtel n a pas réellement de plage, on ne peut donc pas profiter beaucoup de la mer.
Je regrette d avoir été réveillée tôt tous les matins à cause de travaux en cours et de ne pas avoir pu profiter de ma terrasse tranquillement, pour la même raison.

It was wonderful moments for my friends and me while we'd stayed this hotel for 3days :) Hotel's staff so nice and kind. food so great for me! the only disadvantage is the location and light of room. It is located so far away from phi phi downtown so it was very peaceful but we had to hang out only swimming pool .. and also the room's light so dark..
Ah! the best thing is hotel's islands tour program! it is possible to rent a long boat in private at cheap price (you can get discount if you tell the staff nicely).
lastly, beach is close to the hotel, so you can swim in the morning :)

Perfect for a quiet romantic getaway in phi phi island. Their villas are with huge windows for a great view of a horizon and brand new. The best is their staff. Everybody are so sweet and fun, very caring with true kindness, i felt.
