This is a great hotel in a perfect location for sight seeing Barcelona.
The staff are excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them.
We paid for the breakfast which was very much worth doing.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Nuria, who went above and beyond to give us a very detailed guide on what to see and do in Barcelona - thank you very much Nuria!
The rooms are well decorated and very quiet.
Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel, great location, premium amenities, very clean and nice overall vibe. However, when I entered my room I noticed an interesting device on the wall of the shower. It turns out, this monitors your shower usage and has LED lights counting down to how short your shower should be, and shames you if you exceed the time. Additionally, this information is reported to the room TV which shows shower durations of yourself and previous guests. While I understand the importance and desire to encourage saving water, the last thing I really need while trying to enjoy my stay or clear your head while preparing for the day is to have this gestapo like device turning an otherwise pleasantly warm shower into an intrusive and anxiety inducing rush.

Incredible location. Close to the metro. Walking distance to so many hot spots in Barcelona. Loved all of the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop views!!! The customer service was great all around. We were there for our anniversary and they left us a sweet card with treats, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast was a perfect addition to our stay and had so many options to help start our day! Cappuccino/espresso machine available at all hours of the day. Water bottle refill available. Wine hour was great and we even sat and met other travelers while enjoying sangria!! I also utilized the spa services at the partner hotel next door and as a yurbban guest at either hotel, you’re given time in the water circuit no matter what service you use, which was a nice add on!! Highly recommend this stay and will absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent hotel at the edge of the old town in a very walkable part of Barcelona. In fact, all major sights in Barcelona are easily walkable. The breakfast buffet each day was one of the best ever experienced and they even allowed custom orders of omelets, eggs, etc. The rooftop bar, pool and views are wonderful. The room was on the small end as many are in Europe, but very comfortable.

This hotel was one of the most welcoming hotels i have stayed in around the world. All staff from reception to cleaners were lovely. They offer a nightly complementary happy hour which as a solo traveller allows an easy introduction to others.
The pool is a little small and was always quite occupied when i was on the roof, but a great location to sit and read a book (whilst enjoying a cocktail).
Only downside would be the lack of a restaurant for food, but there are some great locations nearby.
Totally walkable location to the beach and la rambla.
They offer great wifi and tvs that allow you to connect your netflix or other streaming service if you just want a few hours to yourself.

We had a beautiful stay. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need. We stayed in a double with balcony, which was lovely. My room was on the 8th floor, with stunning views. The rooftop terrace was even better!

Hotel is lovely to look at and the rooms are tasteful although VERY small. The rooftop is exceptionally lovely. I was extremely disappointed to find that there was neither a fridge nor a kettle in spite of paying £180 for 1 night. The next size room has both for just a small amount more. Staff seemed unable to lend me a kettle from another unoccupied room for the one night of my stay. I had trouble getting wifi and called reception at 9pm for over 15 minutes and eventually had to go downstairs to report the problem as the phone remained unanswered. They made almost no effort at all to get me onto the wifi so I was left without until at 2am it connected itself again. I asked if maybe as compensation I could take breakfast but they refused, even though the manager was clearly interested in the issues I had had - to improve maybe for other people - but clearly they didn't feel I needed any customer service. On departure they tried to charge me for a drink at the bar which I did not have. The member of staff looked at me as though he didn't believe me until he saw the signature was clearly not mine.

Overall great stay, one disappointing issue.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were simple but we're practical. The only thing that was disappointing is that we left a bottle of wine for another guest we met whilst staying there and specifically asked the reception to give it to them as we were checking out early but they didn't give it to them even though we requested it.

My favorite hotel in all of Europe. Although it was booked full, I was still able to check-in two hours early. I waited for my room comfortably on the roof at the pool after leaving my luggage with the staff. The hotel offers complimentary unlimited purified water. You also have access to free alcohol daily during their happy hour (with snacks). The window in the room didn’t open but the A/C works flawlessly so the heat wasn’t an issue. The location is right by a metro stop so navigating the city was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and I could screenplay video from my phone on the TV so I caught up on shows from home before bed. I slept so good I didn’t even go to the breakfast buffet tbh I woke up after 11 daily. Right around the corner from grocery stores and restaurants. Uber Eats delivered easily as well. I wish I stayed here longer tbh. You can tell this is a VIP Access Hotel for hotels.com; the Quality is evident.

Wonderful & great extras in the best location

Wonderful hotel, small room as expected but set up is great. AC is cold & walk in shower is a good size. Amenities are top notch from wine hour to plenty of guidance from the team at check in & throughout the stay. Refillable water available for your room in a glass jug or bring your own container is so convenient. Walkable to most attractions & help booking tours or restaurants is easily available. Breakfast in the sister hotel is delicious with lots of variety, eggs & avocado toast to order, cold cuts, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, but no American traditional items like bacon, pancakes, etc. Will return!

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona. Close to 2 metro stations and walkable to Barrí Gotic and other sights. The hotel is clean, helpful English speaking staff, and good amenities including a gym, rooftop pool and lounge areas. The hotel has thought of customer needs including access to drinking water via refillable bottles, coffee/tea in room. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby in 15-20 minute walking distance. Loved the quirky signs around the hotel.

On a business trip, so needed access to ironing my shirts, which is basically not possible. You have to wait for availability on one iron table for the whole hotel. And the iron and iron table was located in a smal room at the 1st floor, so you have to go back and forth or stand in line and wait .

A good part of town for transport and shopping if you want.
Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door but it’s just like it being in the same hotel because of its close proximity.
The hotel has a happy hour when wine and drinks are available to help yourself to from taps in the wall.
I’d stay at the hotel again and would recommend it.

I highly recommend this quaint, modern yet cozy hotel. The staff, every single one of them were above and beyond excellent. They spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful with dinner suggestions and reservations. If we ever are blessed with the opportunity of visiting Barcelona again, we will definitely stay here. Location, location location! Away from the tourist traps of Las Rumblas and steps away from beautiful ElBorn dinning, shopping and touring. If you choose this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed room 802, double with terrace, following our Med cruise last week. It had everything we needed and an amazing view. The check in staff were so helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for a little relaxation during our wait. There is a nightly “social/happy” hour with wine and cheeses, and it was all delicious!

The location is perfect and easily walkable and accessible to public transportation. It’s clean and updated, spacious enough and the pool, although small, was a welcome oasis after long days of sightseeing (as was the wine and cheese hour)!

But what really stands out is the staff; they were so welcoming and helpful- I can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice and breakfast staff were also very nice.
Very clean and modern hotel, eco friendly. We had a room with a terrace. Room was a good size and very quiet given superb location. Would highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Barcelona.

Very friendly staff, helpful with suggestions. They provide umbrellas, WiFi hot spots to take with you on local tours. Breakfast spread is amazing. And they provide a complementary bottle of wine with unlimited refills!! Social hour in the evening is also nice with variety of cheeses and wines.

A perfect stay. Arrived early and got checked in by 12:30pm. Great local tips from receptionist about where to go and mentioning finer details like best stop for Park Güell to limit stair climb etc.

Lovely room which fitted bill and clean. Could also airplay Netflix or YouTube via phone / tablet to tv if you want to one evening too. Two lifts so never need to wait too long.

Location is good. Five mins walk from Plaza Catalunya and next door to a big Lidl. Quiet street so no issues sleeping but plenty to do a short walk away.

Rooftop is outstanding. Small splash pool and loungers / chairs which overlook Barcelona.

Wine and cheese night is a real bonus. Help yourself to as much as you’d like. Also free water / coffee 24/7.

Our stay was excellent, really friendly helpful staff, gave help in choosing where to eat and where to visit, booked tickets.

The hotel is at a great location and close to everything. The room is quiet and the staff is nice. They offer portable WiFi and free wine every day which is awesome. The room is tiny though. And the breakfast buffet is never changed during the 9 days of our stay which is very boring. The food quality is excellent but the choice is limited considering they never bothered to change the option of the food.
