I stayed at the location for roughly 8 days with my girlfriend, the room was excellently cleaned and the location is great for tourism. The young woman at the front desk gave us recommendations for food that were delicious and was able to provide and assist us with anything we needed. I would return to this location on my next visit to Barcelona.

Highly recommend Yurbban Passage for staying in Barcelona. Highly central and convenient without being in the thick of it. Rooms are well appointed and have comfortable beds. Amazing rooftop pool with a view of the city. They have a spa in the hotel that has a sauna and steam room with a warm pool. Hotel guests can book it for 30 min each day. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast is good and well worth it if you’re hungry and plan to do the buffet.

I really liked the service. Sara who worked the front desk was very informative. She took the time to google map and show me different locations. Restaurants, bars, beaches etc. She also recommended a local festival that was so much fun.

Really one of the best hotels I or my girlfriend have stayed in. First off the location is perfect: so close to Born and close to good food, sights, walkable to everything. Next the staff. I believe Alejandro was who checked us in and we talked about how helpful he was for 2 weeks and used his recommendations the entire 2 week trip in Spain. So polite, so helpful. The room was very nice. Clean, comfortable. The rooftop was great, pool was nice, can’t say enough about how great this place was and I would stay here 1000/1000 times

I had a fantastic experience at Yurbban Hotel in Barcelona. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with a view after a day exploring the city. The breakfast was incredibly good, with a great variety and quality that made mornings something to look forward to.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Truly the best I’ve ever encountered—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The only area for improvement would be the gym, which could use a bit more equipment or space. But overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Rooftop has Zero vibe, bar doesn't open until 4pm most days. The space lacks any creativity. I will say that all staff were great. The room. We had was ok, the sinks was outside the bathroom, very annoying. Room service not available in the day time. Location was great, food was decent, for the most part as expected. Spa, you have to book, which is understandable it's small, however the steam room was unbearably hot and the sauna not hot enough, badly managed spa. We would not return

Amazing hotel! Fabulous location near great cafes and restaurants. Hotel very comfortable and staff super nice. Loved the spa pool, sauna and steam. Used them everday after tons of walking. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

We love waking up to delicious breakfast buffet. Special mention and thanks to the friendly breakfast team Rose, Romelyn, Wendy, Valeri and Mareki. They never fail to greet you with their warm smiles and courteous service. We enjoyed the complimentary spa (steam, sauna and cold shower rooms). The hotel is walking distance to many nice restaurants. Its also about a 5 minute walk to the hop on off bus. We used the taxi service recommended by the hotel and drivers were on time and gave us a safe ride to and from the airport. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Barcelona

We stayed 5 nights at this property, it is in a great location to all the sites of Barcelona, and within walking distance to countless great restaurants. It was also handy to have a Supermarket right next door. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent.
The only negative thing for us was we found the bed a bit too firm for our liking, other than that everything was fantastic.

This is an incredible property. The location is convenient, the staff is professional and friendly, and the rooms are beautiful. In addition, the breakfast option offers delicious hot and cold items. I had some of the best eggs and pastries while staying at Yurbban. Everyone speaks good English and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Property was very nice and clean. The room was well designed, spacious, and very quiet. Bathroom was nice and the shower may possibly be the best in all of Europe! The staff was extremely courteous and professional. Location is in El Born neighborhood so it is a little quieter than some areas but still had dozens of places to eat within walking distance. For dining outside the area, taxis can usually be hailed within 4-5 minutes. Only complaint is the bed was quite firm. Overall was a great place to stay. Would definitely choose Yurbban Passage for another family vacation.

The perfect place to relax and unwind

We had been travelling across Europe from Portugal, Madrid, Ibiza and ended it here at the Yurrban. It was the perfect place to end our tour. The place smelt absolutely amazing. The service was friendly, helpful and always available. The amenities are so clean and relaxing. Roof top pool with bar and lounge area. Therapeutic spa in the basement that feels like a catacomb with sauna, steam room, pool and beds to lounge. Massage therapy available as well. 360 views of this gorgeous city from the rooftop. The rooms are modern but cozy with a cottage feel. Again, the hallways and rooms smelt amazing. Even the elevators. It’s located 20 minutes from everything walking. Perfect location. I absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to be back.

Excellent property with staff that truly want you to enjoy your time in Barcelona. They are helpful and engaging. They are full of recommendations and will facilitate your plans even if you haven’t yet committed to a specific agenda. The hotel has so many ammenities that you will make time to have a drink on the roof and use your 30 minutes in the spa’s water circuit. And you will come to know the “passage” intimately as it is a “wormhole” from the hotel’s luxury directly into the medieval heart of Catalunyia. And be sure to say hello to the dashing gentleman in residence who looks like the late Edward VIII, the Duke of Windsor. We have only positive feelings about this hotel and especially our favorite concierge, Hannah.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Everything is within such close proximity, it's walkable and if you want to get public transport, that's also very easy to do.

We were disappointed with the hotel overall. We had told them it was our honeymoon when booking, and this was never even acknowledged during our stay. One day our room was left with the door wide open for several hours after the room had been cleaned, thankfully nothing was taken. There were very limited options at breakfast for my husband who is gluten intolerant.

We were excited to enjoy the wine and cheese hour, but this was actually happening at the hotel next door in the ground floor restaurant. We had thought this would be on the roof terrace and this was very disappointing given the lovely weather. Also, only when we got to the hotel were we told our roof terrace did not have a bar open until 4pm and if we wanted to sit by the pool during the day, we couldn't get food or drink. This was a real shame as one of the main reasons for us booking this hotel was the rooftop pool and terrace.

The room was nice, but for the price of the hotel we didn't think it was anything special.

Overall, just a bit of a shame because we had really hoped for a wonderful trip for our honeymoon and this just didn't live up to our expectations at all given the reviews we had read.

Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. The hotel was generous with all of their enemies. We receive a bottle of wine and in the evening we received a bottle of foot balm to ease our feet from walking around Barcelona. They even have a washer dryer to use for free. Breakfast was awesome. Everything was fresh, especially the fresh juices. Upon check out, we had to go to Vilanova i la Geltrú and wanted to take the train. Sara wrote down the instructions including the train station, which train to take, and the nane of the train stop. We got to our destination easily. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Sara!
