We will definitely will be back again! The staff here are wonderful, very helpful, and we had everything we needed. The location is in the heart of the Gothic quarter. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this place to family and friends.

The staff at the H10 Madison were beyoond amazing. Some of our luggage never made it until after we left and they were so kind and helpful when we really needed it! They went above and beyond in so many ways. Because of them and our stay there i will continue to stay at H10 properties. The staff there deserve to be recognized. The room was beautiful and clean. An absolute fantastic stay, made more special by the hotel, its staff, the location and the standard of hotel. Wonderful room, junior suite with all the amenities you would expect, spacious, spotless, wonderful bed, double shower, mini-bar, coffee making etc.

What made the stay wonderful was the politeness, friendliness of the reception staff, super helpful and even more so, it was my partners birthday and the housekeeping staff must have seen the birthday card I had given her on the bedside stand, and that evening there was a knock at the door with a bottle of fizz and chocolates compliments of the staff, an amazing wonderful gesture and example of excellent customer service and communication between departments within the hotel.

The location of hotel is perfect too, within the Gothic Quarter and so convenient to walk around town. Cannot praise this hotel enough.

Staff were all very helpful, spoke excellent English, were patient with our broken Spanish. They were accommodating, interesting sources of local information, and enhanced our amazing stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room was spacious, beds were super comfortable, the room was impeccably clean, quiet and the turn down service was excellent. Location of the hotel is prefect being so close to the metro.

The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were very helpful. We had New Years Eve dinner in the restaurant, and amazingly, the chef cooked vegetarian menu just for us two that night! Eight plates were all very imaginative and delicious! The only thing that could improve was that there was no follow-up of joy up on the roof terrace, not even a countdown! Fun time seemed petered out by then.

Hot breakfast are good. A lot of choices of restaurants around the area and walkable. There’s grocery store across the street for souvenirs to take home. The rooftop is nice to relax in the afternoon. Very center. Thry accommodate us for early check in since our flight arrived very early and our room was already ready so we have time for a power nap after 9 hours flight before we explore the area.

We stayed on 3 separate occasions! The staff were excellent. They were pleasant and very willing to assist with any needs. The roof top bar and dining was literally over the top. The views were phenomenal, service was excellent with a great choice drinks and food items. The hotel is within walking distance of many sites, dining establishments and many shopping opportunities.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were friendly and there seems to be an always available champagne happy hour in the lobby. My favorite part of this hotel was the room temperature. As someone who finds most hotels to be hot, we were able to see the thermostat and use the ceiling fan to keep it just above freezing in our room—-which was much appreciated! I’d stay here again

The staff are courteous but not willing to allow you into the room even one second before the regularly scheduled late afternoon check-in time. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size for European standards but two of our five rooms had a sewer smell with shower drain clogged that led to a flooded bathroom. What’s really wild is their leaving us the towels and robe that we used to soak up the water. We returned to a room with stiff, stinky towels. Yikes! The location is great for walking to all the action. I will not be staying there on my next visit.

The hotel staff provided excellent support. I had been staying in Paris before Barcelona. The Paris hotel was uncomfortable, so I was feeling quite tired. To continue my trip feeling refreshed, I absolutely needed a good night's sleep. I made several requests at H10. The H10 staff did their very best to accommodate my requests. I checked in late at night, but they gave me a warm welcome, and the room was clean and functional, making my stay very comfortable. The bathroom mirror was bright, which made it easy to do my makeup. On the night I arrived, I had a light meal on the rooftop. It was very delicious. The sangria was the best I've ever had. I want to come back again.thank you!

There are many H10 hotels located in Barcelona. H10 Cubik looks more upscale and contemporary but on a busy street, so we chose H10 Madison about 2.5 blocks away. It’s a great location and quieter. We booked 5 rooms. Don’t expect them to accommodate you if you arrive even just a bit before their 3pm check-in. My sister was about to give up and switch hotels when they suddenly had a room available for her. My jet lag was awful due to weather delays, etc but they would not accommodate me with an early check-in, no matter how much I begged for even an hour or two earlier than 3pm. Regarding the rooms: they are spacious as are the bathrooms. Furnishings are average. There are plenty of outlets, hairdryer and large shower. Unfortunately, our shower drain did not function so water overflowed into the bathroom. I attempted to clean out the drain on my first night - which is gross to clean other people’s gunk. But the drain was clear yet it didn’t work because the shower flooded the vanity area even worse the next day. I spread both of the bath towels, robes, and hand towels on the flooded floor & notified the hotel. They fixed the drain but hung up the filthy robes and towels. Gross. The housekeeper left the dirty robes, towels, & also dirty dishes that were on the floor and on the small table. I appreciate that the hotel sent a bottle of champagne with an apology but there were too many negatives to ever return including the rotten egg smell in my nephew’s room and in-law’s shower.

The H10 Madison is well located in the Gothic Quarter, just down the street from the Cathedral of Barcelona. The staff was very friendly, helpful & courteous. Our room had windows that looked out toward the cathedral, and it was quite roomy with a wonderful modern bathroom. The rooftop restaurant and lap pool was a special place to view the city from and enjoy a good drink. As we were there the first week of November, it was quite chilly at night. The hotel indoor restaurant was available in the morning for a large buffet breakfast. There was a wonderful Italian restaurant just 2 doors down.
I would recommend this hotel!

Debora at the front desk was amazing. She gave us dinner recommendation that we would never have found on our own and the food was incredible. The location was perfect. Close to lots of great restaurants, the Gothic quarter, the port, la Rambla. The hotel even surprised my husband on his birthday with sparkling wine and chocolate cake sent to our room. All the staff we dealt with went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The rooftop terrace was also an amazing place. 365 views of the city, great food and drinks plus the staff where great!

The pool was not heated as advertised.
The sofa in the room was horrible and the staff didn’t do anything to rectify the sofa.
When trying sit on the sofa the cushion sank to below the wood frame and made it very uncomfortable to sit.
We did not use the sofa because of this issue.
Very nice location and hotel but the 2 main issues definitely affected our stay.
Mia, Hector, Albert gave great customer service but I wish the two issues would’ve been resolved.

After a horrendous travel experience, we arrived at 2AM. The two gentlemen in the lobby took our bags, offered us a beverage, and checked us in, saying “we’ve been waiting for you”. If that isn’t hospitality, I don’t know what is.

The room was great, the sofa bed was extremely comfortable for our daughter. We only wish we had more time to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Madison. The rooms are small but very nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathroom very elegant. The rooftop terrace has a restaurant where you can enjoy a nice meal and/or glass of wine while overlooking the city. Good location in the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommend!

Very overpriced for a very subpar room interior. No body soap in the shower, floor plank sticking up cut my foot, and bath towel. disintegrated after a single use. Bed moved around on the floor and wasn't very comfortable. Strange and disgusting incident with an off-duty staff member at the rooftop bar. Just not what we expected for a top dollar hotel. You pay for location which was wonderful.
