I had an overall terrible experience. I travel for work, and I had become terribly ill and needed a place to stay in Greensboro for a few days to recuperate. I booked a room online using Expedia for Saturday February 28th to Monday March 2nd. When I arrived to the hotel, the manager checked me in. I had a pet, so I was to be charged one fee of $75, as well as the customary $50 incidental deposit. Well, I was charged twice for the pet fee. The manager didn’t know how to fix this and struggled with the check-in overall, so she called support. Support told her the second pet fee charge would clear. As of March 19th, I have seen neither the double charge nor the incidental refunded.

The room was clean. Minor repairs needed to shower door as it didn’t close properly and toilet didn’t flush well. The staff was friendly and breakfast was yummy, several options available. They're in the process of a remodel, which I hope includes elevators as flooring in elevator was torn. Thank you.

The customer service at this property was top tier! The really deserve 10 stars. The manager, Ty' Asia and her team were Amazing. From the time i walked in she had a welcoming smile and very positive energy. I called earlier to notify them i was checking in late and when i walked in i was surprised she remembered my name. This property is pet friendly. One of my dogs has anxiety and afraid of the elevator. Ty'Asia offered to change my room from the 6th floor to the first floor which was so much better. The hotel was very organized and CLEAN. No bed bugs because i checked. The continental breakfast was great! The food was fresh( even the apples were individually wrapped!!! I almost forgot we missed dinner with family that day but had cooked food with us but no utensils, of course they gave us some plates, forks and spoons. This was the first time I have stayed at the Sleep Inn Greensboro Airport and it exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy and the front desk employee was polite and efficient. The room was very clean and spacious(Standard King Room). The room had a microwave and that always is a plus. The bed was comfortable and it had plenty of comfy pillows. I did not have the breakfast as I was sleeping so well i woke up late. Good job Sleep Inn!

The fridge was not working properly the bathroom the shower door was leaking all the water on the floor so every time we took a shower, we had to mop it up, cause the rubber was falling off the door, so it was not closing how it should. The air condition was falling apart. The pillows had no support for your neck. There was construction going on so we couldn’t sleep in because there was always banging in the morning.The only good thing about that place was the staff.

I stayed here for 1 night, for traveling reasons. The hotel was very clean, the staff were professional, friendly and all of them had service with a smile. Even the bed was very comfy. I stayed on the 6th floor. The only thing I was not happy about were the other guest. They had no courtesy for others. At 1am I could hear a man in the hallway on speaker phone cursing the other person. I could hear their whole argument. Then about 2 hours later I heard more ppl in the hallway around 3-4am laughing and carrying on. Just being very loud. But that's not the hotel's fault. The hotel itself I would stay at again, that's why I gave them 5/5 stars!

The first room was nice and clean, but I had asked to be on the same floor as my family member whose room I had also reserved and paid for. The staff gave me another room on the second day and they were very gracious. The food was great on the breakfast bar. The rooms were clean.
I paid in advance for both rooms and asked for a receipt. I saw that the charge for my room was about $130 less than Expedia quoted and what I had already paid. If I had not paid up front, I could have saved $260 or more.

Check in was easy. Front staff very friendly. Accommodated a lower level room without me having to ask since my autistic son is afraid of elevators. Beds clean and very comfortable sleep. Quiet. BUT 94 sanitation rate posted. Floors in room and bathroom didn’t seem cleaned. Hairs and funk on tiles. Crumbs on carpet. Sticky stuff on night stand.

Only issue was parking.. Im guessing somewhere they are doing some renovations but have 2 very large construction containers taking up about 12-15 parking spaces causing an issue w parking. Had to be creative on where to park.

All in all the stay was good. The property is not the most well maintained. For anyone reading this, just remember that you get what you pay for. When you do your search this will be one of the cheaper hotels so just make sure your expectations are not too high. They are trying to update the property. The bed was great. That was the best part. They have 7 floors and one ice machine that didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask for ice from the kitchen and they said they didn't have any.
The room was dusty. We stayed for 4 nights . 3 of the 4 the room smelled so bad from the paint fumes from the other floors that we had to freeze with the air on full blast to keep the air moving so we didn't get sick from the fumes. When I questioned the smell the front desk just said yeah we are painting.
2 am every night other guests were yelling and talking like it was the middle of the day and slamming doors. The front desk did nothing about it.
The general area around the property is sketchy at best.
I would not stay here again and regret staying here now
