By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The tub/shower was so bad we stood on a towel to shower, mold/mildew on the ceiling and walls, hair in the sink, tub and on the floor, stained sheets. We put our shoes on to walk back and forth from the bed to the bathroom. Under the bed had never been cleaned I’m sure. The continental breakfast was out of items and coffee was a 20 min wait. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk seemed like we were a bother to him. We were only there for about 10 hours and that was to long!

This is a cheap stay so if you aren't looking to shower and just need a bed for the night for a low price this allows for that. There was a dead cockroach in the rooms shower and the main desk people were really confusing to deal with when I was trying to figure out the shuttle. Overall a not great hotel. Amenities were mediocre particularly the complimentary breakfast.

For the price, we will stay here whenever we fly through PhX. The shuttle comes to pick up right away at the airport. The staff is very nice, the pool is clean. Beds are comfy. My kids love the “vintage” shower. If you are looking for luxury, keep looking. If you want a clean place to crash in between flights, this spot is great.

The staff was great but the room was horrible. When I walked in, the window was wide open with no screen. I tried to close it but it would not lock. The staff had to add a window lock that did not look too safe or secure. The toilet was backed up and did not flush. The lights did not work in the lamps and the carpet was filthy.

The room was disgusting. Reviews on Expedia were inaccurate. Walked in and someone hadn’t flushed the toilet. The room wreaked of air freshener and had a musty smell. The wall on other side of bathroom showed signs of water damage which is where the musty smell most likely came from. Basically walked in and said NOPE and walked right back out and booked a new room outside of Expedia at the Marriott across the street for triple the price. I do not trust Expedia reviews after that experience. Disgusting. Another Expedia member checking in before me also said nope and requested to cancel her stay. Gross

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were especially helpful. My flight out was late in the day; they gave me a free late checkout, and stored my bags until it was time to get the airport shuttle. Would stay there again in a similar circumstance.

The staff were excellent! They were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can tell that they work hard. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean. The carpets are worn and dingy, some are secured with visible tape. The caulking around the shower was badly patched and cracked. The furniture was of particle board and of such poor quality. A dog barked most of the night.

I liked how close the property was to PHX and the price. I got a room on the third floor, and upon trying my key in the door, found out the room was already occupied! Never had that happen before, and thankfully the next room I was set up with was unoccupied. It was however, not the cleanest room I’ve stayed in - I’m not sure it had been vacuumed, or wiped down, etc.. I won’t be back.

The staff was really nice at least the ones from the night. The hotel’s condition should not reflect on the staff. Even though they changed my room because my previous room had stains, bathroom door didn’t close and the stains in the carpet made it feel like a really old and dirty hotel. They moved me to another room but had the same feeling but at least the bathroom door was working. The lights didn’t turned on and the smell was still in the rooms. My sister staying next door had a cockroach in her bedroom. Sadly I would avoid staying here as they need to re-do everything. The staff was lovely though.

Airport shuttle service is good. Motel staff helpful and friendly. Good location. Room was very old. First room offered smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Second room only slightly. Shower door handle broken with sharp edges and would not close fully. Comfortable bed. Inexpensive room but only good in our opinion to shower and sleep and leave.

I booked on Expedia with a car rental package deal..Quite honestly, I didn’t know what to expect being close by the airport. upon my arrival, the lobby looked clean neat and inviting… the front desk employee was very polite.. upon entering my room. I was very pleased. It was a good size. It was everything that was advertised and it was very clean and I say that because I wiped it down myself. Breakfast was a hit for me… when I thought I would grab something and go back to my room. I ended up staying conversing with other guests and watching the news or ESPN. The food was fresh and replenished

Hotel is very runner down and not well maintained. The bathroom had a disgusting old shower that none of us wanted to use. I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it to others. I will say the staff was helpful and even brought us something to the airport that we left (medicine) so I won’t give them 1 star because of that.

The Sky Harbor Airport Inn was exactly as described, and my stay was good.
My room looked exactly like the photos, and everything worked properly. I was able to use the shuttle to and from the airport, which was really convenient and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The employees at the front desk helped me with this, and it was easy and fast.
The only negative is that the sheets smelled odd. Not bad, just had a weird smell. Otherwise, my stay was great, and I had no complaints!

Key wouldn't work. Staff kept sending us back with a new key that wouldn't work. We had to ask them to come check out the door lock to let us in after several attempts.
Bathroom sink faucet leaked when cold water was turned on. TV screen wigged out made it hard to watch. We did not try the breakfast.

This is not a brand new Hilton or Marriott. But it is clean and decent, and less than 1/2 the price of the adjacent Hilton and Marriott properties. Everything that was important to me was good...Clean, new sheets, good pillows, microwave oven and fridge in each room, hot shower with great pressure, cold A/C,clean room, smelled good, quiet hotel. Continental breakfast was a joke unless you subsist on bread and waffles and coffee (no eggs, oatmeal, cereal, milk, etc.) They have paid attention to the important details of a hotel stay without any frills and can therefore offer a great nightly rate. For the price, this is hard to beat!

Would definitely not recommend. After one hour in the room, we had to leave and ended up staying at another hotel in the area. The horrible dog excrement smell that they attempted to cover with copious amounts of carpet deodorizer were just overwhelming. It made us all sick at our stomachs and suffering with headaches as well. No refund was offered and had to pay an additional charge at a different hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The rest was a short lived horrible experience.

We chose this property because of the airport shuttle. The room was clean but lacked a desk and chair. Just the bare minimum. My husband had to call twice from the airport for the shuttle. The pool only has 8 chairs and the hot tub was green.

The airport shuttle was free and timely. That was great. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but the door allowing access to them would lock behind me and not allow me back inside. The A/C in my room worked great during very hot days, so that was great. The bathroom was extremely small with just a sliding door. The toilet would not fully flush making it unusable. That really lessened the quality of my experience there.

I have no issues with the staff, they were nice enough. The property was disguising and poorly kept. Carpets were filthy, there was a bad odor, bathroom door was broken and would not close properly, I felt like I was staying in the projects. To top it all off there were prostitutes leaving as I was checking in. Luckily I had a sleeping bag to sleep in on top of the bed covers. I got out of there as fast as I possibly could.

The room was decent. It desperately needs a facelift, as the walls were falling apart and the shower frame was in terrible condition. The airport shuttle driver was supposed to bring us to the airport at 8AM, but he took his time eating a bagel and walking around behind the lobby while we waited by the door to leave. He ended up loading us up at 8:05, which was frustrating because we were in a hurry to catch a flight. We felt it was unprofessional and that he valued his own time more than ours.
The breakfast selection was decent. There were muffins, DIY waffles, hardboiled eggs, breads and bagels, cereal, coffee, and juices available to guests.

The hotel itself is knock down condition. But was clean andcthe staff were helpful. We were told it was about to be remodeled. The breakfast was adequate and the staff kept the area clean. The best feature was the free shuttle to the airport.

We had a quick overnight for an early flight out at the airport, so we needed something close and reasonably priced.

It seems the property is under new management and in the midst of transition. Lots of poorly posted signage in the hallways, odd smells in common areas, and pictures missing from room walls with visible hardware remaining.
The bathrooms are in dire need of upgrades, renovations, and deep cleaning.

We checked into our room, and the door was wide open apparently to dry out a very wet carpet. The bathroom sliding door wouldn’t close, nor would the sliding glass window. It would have nice to have printed guidance for the tv, as we had to phone maintenance to reboot it. The staff was professional & attentive

On top of the room rate there's a $100 incidental, refundable. $25 non refundable for the dog. Upon entering the fragrant aroma of marijuana fills the Halls. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member Gala, I believe.
After retrieving keys, I drove around to a side door where my room would be located next to stairs. No problem. The hallways and carpet showed seasons of better wear. Also not a big problem. After opening the weighted door I was A little embarrassed to walk in the room.
For the price per night it was somewhat fair. The AC worked great! The beds are not the most comfortable hard mattresses await your tired back. If you're looking for a dust-free zone, this is not it. Trash was located in the armoire. The top of the armoire distributed a very fine cloud of dust after one bag disrupted it.
Turning on the TV. You will be disappointed that DirecTV does not direct anything in that hotel, especially TV. We were lucky to find a few channels that weren't unpaid for, waiting for programming, or in a different language all together than English.
The evening time relented a new smell in the corner of the room. Mold. As a person with health issues. I would not recommend this to be your first choice.
Pool is okay. Jacuzzi way over chlorinated. The hotel is pet friendly but lacks anywhere with reprieve from the heat for pets.
The staff did try and accommodate my pet as he was noisy. Basic self-serve breakfast was lacking.
1 night? Ok. More? 😑 Hampton next time!!!!!!

Gayla at the Front Desk is the absolute best part of this facility. Friendly, efficient, helpful, the best.
However, the room was filthy. Toilet seat actually had dried feces on it which I cleaned off myself. Rug filled with crumbs. One lamp totally unfunctional. Since it was a short overnight stay with an early airport departure, I chose not to contact desk or change rooms.

It’s very very bad and I did not choose to stay that night. I booked it with Expedia and when I arrived I waited for so long because the reception cannot find the booking for the family before me. I got the room card then found the room so dirty and with the bad lock, without basic safety how could you stay there? The front desk offered to change room but I refused and contacted Expedia for refund, but hotel refused to do refund.

This hotel is awful! Very dirty and run down. The whole place needs to be refurbished/remodeled or just knock it down completely. Found a condom wrapper behind the nightstand! The listing said there would be a fridge and microwave and neither were in the room. Couldn’t get any local channels on the tv. The door to the room was a mess. Could barely open and close it and the dead bolt needs repaired. The front desk was nice but that was literally the only positive. I will never stay here again!

For $65 a night, you get a decently clean room with a door that locks. Booked two rooms for 6 people and had no issues. The hotel is definitely a bit run down and there signs of wear in the rooms, such as stained walls, water stains on the ceiling, and bathroom doors that screech when pulled open. But if you temper your expectations to a 2-star hotel, you get what you pay for. This isn’t the Ritz, but it’s a secure room and a clean bed.

For my stay it did the trick. This could be a really great hotel but it surely needs a lot of upgrades. Our room had a microwave with a dial-very old (but it did work)The staff however, were amazing, They were caring and
accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very clean but again the rooms need some attention. Overall though it was a good stay and due to the area I would stay again. I needed to be fairly close to Banner Hospital and the airport.
With all said it cannot get 5 stars probably between 3 and 4 closer to 4. They do have a continental breakfast.
