The overall property and size of room was as expected and mostly enjoyed the stay. The room was clean The pool and hot tub were nice. Asked staff at front desk for extra sheet and blanket they never brought it or said we could pick up at front desk. The beds were too soft more like sunk in. The beds were king size but sunk-in the middle of the mattress.

I wish my experience lived up to my expectations. I did appreciate being given an earlier room and the staff giving a discount, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the overall quality of the room, which was disappointing for the price.

Additionally, our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay, even though we made sure to leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign off. I was also under the impression there would be an airport shuttle available, but it didn’t start running until 5am—and we needed to leave earlier—so we had to spend extra money on a Lyft. That was a major reason I chose this hotel.

To add to the frustration, even basic amenities like coffee were not complimentary. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set, especially given the cost.

Room 121, room was clean when we arrived. Although, during some time we had noticed ants in the room. They were all over the counter and on the floor. Called from desk to inform. Call did take awhile to go through, Phone was also not working in the room. Had to utilize cell phone to make the call to front desk.

I have no real complaints about this property. My bed was comfortable. The room was definitely clean. My balcony was outdated in the seats were dirty so I didn’t sit on them. My balcony door handle from the inside was broken and kept coming off if I tried to go in and out of the balcony door, my door to the entrance of the room was difficult to get into when I put my car to the reader. It was also difficult to close once I got in I closed it one time thinking that it was shut just to find out that it was still open during the middle of the night. The latch doesn’t latch all the way and that is a serious safety Issue. The last thing that I would say is, the bathroom tub was definitely outdated. The pressure of the water could be better, but other than that, my bed was comfortable. The TV worked. The bed was clean. The room itself was clean which I like a lot and it had a lot of space in there.

Just overall a sad, mediocre hotel chain. No continental breakfast but even the restaurant had no staff, no one eating there, looked closed down. Rooms are decently clean but I did see a roach and have to clean it. We were there for 5 days and they don’t clean your room dailyZ. They only cleaned once despite me asking several times and them agreeing. Shuttle service was good though.

Just overall a 6/10 which is exactly essentially what their rating is. It was affordable but I would’ve preferred to spend a little more money and be in a little cleaner, newer, better energy and staff, hotel. Just felt kinda depressing being there lol.

I booked 2 beds for 2 nights and the downgraded my family and I into a 1 king bed with a twin roll out bed. Extremely disappointing after tracking all day as well as calling earlier in the day to confirm my booking no notification or update on my reservation stay. Will not be staying at any Wyndham property going forward.

I would really like a refund for my stay. I booked this hotel because amenities included shuttle and restaurant. The shuttle was unable to be used because one it was after 9pm and the other we were the only guests who needed it so they couldn’t run it. Nowhere when I initially booked it it states that there were only available to be used within it a certain timeframe or a minimum capacity. The restaurant was not open due to low customers so I had to uber food only to then be told by someone else that it was open. Overall terrible experience. The pool was dirty. And I’m pretty the ac filters need to be changed. I was waking up with dry bloody nose.

We waited an hour for the shuttle after traveling for several hours. The staff were okay, not super friendly. We checked into our room and went down to the pool. The pool was not clean and it was too hot for the hot tub. I waited 30 minutes to be waited at the Hotel restaurant and then left. When we went back to our room it smelled like sewer. It made me feel so sick. I closed the bathroom door.

Great location for our travels. Booked last minute so paid for that, however, the room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive and the property felt safe and was well kept.

The amenities with the pool, hot tub, patio area and laundry are fabulous. The fitness center needs some serious cleaning, but is nice they have one available onsite.

The restaurant is convenient, however, we ended up leaving for all of our meals as the food is mediocre.

Overall I would book with Wyndham Phoenix Airport/Tempe for my next visit.

Hotel is not like it seems we had a water leak we asked them to change our sheets ans bring us towels while we were gone and whenn we got back later that night they didnt so we called no one could help us so they brought towels and gave us sheets tonchange them our selfs the first night we had two beers each at the bar it cost us 40 dollars and then the next morning we had breakfast it was cold and nasty i ordered oatmeal it was pure water i couldnt eat it and because evrything else was cold i wasnt ordering anything else the young girl helping breakfast had no customer service skills was completely rude when i showedd her the oatmeal her response was ok ill take it off the bill extremely rude like i was an inconvenience to her.

The room was in good condition. The staff was busy but not exceptionally friendly considering several people checked in to the hotel due to being stranded by the storm that cancelled many flights, including myself. Hospitality means helping people, empathizing, and over achieving with customer service in situations unexpected. The bartender worked at one speed. One order at a time. One client at the bar seemed to be “helping” but only caused more pain for the bartender making the situation worse. The hotel appeared in great condition. The staff took it down a notch. I was a very patient traveler during a difficult time for hundreds of people and was very kind and understanding. Times like this create a make or break results. Thank you for requesting my opinion.

I tried to call from the room phone to the front desk to ask for fresh sheets the next morning then I called from my phone and still no answer. Talked the person cleaning the rooms on our floor asked her to clean the room for me. She said I had to tell them at the front desk, went down to the front desk came back later on that day my room has not been touched at all. But the room was nice. The service was not.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was a mixed bag. The bed was ok comfortable, the sound from the road and highway were horrible, and there was a lot of light coming from under the door.
I wouldn't tell someone to not stay here, but I couldn't highly recommend it either. As long as you can get a room as a reasonable rate, it is fine.
Also, be advised the menu in the restaurant is pretty limited. This was our 2nd time to eat here (once when we stayed across the street) and there were items missing from our meals. The 1st time, my husband had the tacos that were supposed to come with beans. There were no beans and they didn't swap them for something else (like french fries or chips). Only after I asked about it did they say \"Oh, we are out of beans\". This time I had chicken wings that were supposed to come with jicama, celery, and carrot sticks. I only got the carrot sticks (2 of them).

The shuttle didn’t respond pickup after several calls and even front desk tried calling. The bed was dirty and ac was noisy heat stunk both weee addressed the ac was noisy again after being looked . The refrigerator defrosted and leaked all over the floor and I slipped on the floor. Was very noisy being on lower floor and hot tub didn’t work.

Most dishonest hotel brand there ever was specifically their hotel in Tempe, Arizona. Prepaid for a two nights stay and my check-in was delayed because of weather. When I got to the hotel to check in for the second night, they told me that they were unable to check me in because I didn’t check in for the first night which is completely irrelevant, considering that I prepaid for two nights. They also refused to refund me the second night as well because I didn’t get there for the first night checkin. Absolute nonsense. They were incredibly rude and Hotels.com did nothing to help except take my money.

I really expected more from a Wyndham property, especially one marketed as an “airport hotel.” Unfortunately, my stay was full of avoidable issues.

First, the breakfast prices are about the same as buying food at the airport—definitely not what you expect from a hotel that’s supposed to be convenient and traveler-friendly. Speaking of convenience, the Expedia listing is misleading about the airport shuttle. Yes, there is a shuttle, but it only runs from 5:00am to 9:00pm, which is useless for anyone with early morning or late-night flights. To make it worse, the shuttle is only for guests who are actually flying; if you need to get back to the airport to catch an inter-city shuttle, don’t count on it.

Inside the room, it didn’t get any better. They provide one water bottle—just one. The shower didn’t even have cold water, which made it impossible to take a comfortable shower. The AC unit wouldn’t turn off unless I literally unplugged it. And yes, there were flying bugs in the room. Coffee in the lobby? Sure, if you want to pay $4 for it.

Overall, the experience felt poorly maintained, poorly communicated, and definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for a reliable airport hotel.
