Our stay here was okay. For the price I expected a little more. The cleanliness in the room was low maintenance the refrigerator was a bit old the blinds had stains on them. The borders of the walls were rusty.

The pool was well maintained. The gym was pretty clean and the laundry room only has one washer and three dryers. So it was hard to be a load in. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We end up leaving the property and not even staying the night. The area is very rundown, homeless hanging out everywhere, room access is outside. As a female traveler with 2 teenage girls with me, I didn’t feel comfortable staying so we drove back to Tucson after the concert . Better places to stay for the price.

Parking was easy, hotel was nice but service was slow. Felt bad they only had one person working the front desk and she was busy doing a bunch of things. Got to the hotel at the 2:30 and decided to hang out by the pool so we were going to have them hold our bags. The bag check guy saw us standing there with our bags and didn’t say anything, ignored us and left to go drop off someone at the airport. The front desk worked had to get keys to help us. Went to the bar to get ice and stood there for 5 mins and was ignored by the 2 workers. Tv in room didn’t work. Pool had garbage on the bottom.

This place was quiet, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were very accommodating. My favourite part was check-in, when they offered us warm cookies. I only took 3 of the 4 offered, and when he kept insisting, I mentioned I have celiac disease, and they even had a gluten-free option for me, which I really appreciated. There was lots of parking, the pool was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, and the courtyard was a perfect, clean place to relax and hang out.

Staff was amazing and the property grounds are very safe and clean. It’s conveniently located near Phoenix Skyharbor Airport and surprisingly quiet. Other than the ice machine not working on my floor, I have no other complaints. I highly recommend!

Was a nice property close to the airport. I only stayed a night but work in the industry. Staff was ok but could improve a bit in hospitality. They offer complimentary airport transfers but could be more hospitable. Rooms were ok, but heard a lot of outside noise from my room.

I would try another hotel you’re looking for one to stay at the airport. This was dirty, not well maintained, and did I mention very dirty. Killed two bugs in our room. Black smudges on the sheets. Kind staff but wow.

The hotel is relatively run down. It looks like a cosmetic renovation was done but there were a lot of things not working. The mattress of the sofa bed had a stain, one handle in the bathoom sink didn't work, the sink took forever to drain, the toilet took a while to flush, and the shower took a lot of messing with to make the water warm.

Water pressure was sucky, water got luke warm, the other elevator was down, the elevator I was on started screeching and wasn’t displaying their last elevator safety check. Then the emergency light started flashing at the bottom and all.

Staff member bar the front desk was completely disrespectful and rude also the driver both worked Friday morning around 8am were terrible with there service, I was calm and respectful trying to see if I could get accommodations because I got there early but after 8 hours in the airport because they told me to keep calling back which I did around 7:30am that’s when my trip reached its worst point I was scared to drop off my luggage because of the disrespect I received I was hung up on multiple times and no one even wanted to hear me out, my room was prepaid before I got there with no refund option so this kind of disrespect made me fear having to go through with my stay, I’ve never had this type of experience before so it was mentally draining and frustrating, the supervisor tried to fix things after the 14hours I had been there but the emotional damage was already done I wouldn’t recommend staying their for any guest, I was told I wouldn’t get my money back and I had no choice but to wait til 4pm check in time and hung up on repeatedly before ever getting a word in this was the worst experience ever

We loved this location! The building’s setup reminded me of being in Hawaii. Very welcoming staff armed with cookies (including going out of their way to make sure I got allergen free), and great tips for brunch. I would love to stay here again!

The room was fairly clean. The microwave was dirty and my blanket. Nakeyla at the front desk was extremely pleasant and made me feel welcomed. I was not pleased with the appearance of the property. It looked dated and I expected more. The buttons for the elevator do not illuminate. The outdoor furniture looks worn out. The amenities were nice however. I was told that I would get a $15 dollar daily credit that was not honored because I booked the stay through a third party. I did not like that. I am a diamond member. The breakfast was disappointing. I ate a sausage and I could tell it was sitting for a long time or likely cooked and reused from the day. The hotel was quiet and I appreciated seeing security.

Elevators are constantly broken, I run into some customers there are usual in that property, and they also mentioned that they had it this constant lack of repair for both elevators. It is unacceptable especially if you’re using the Hilton brand.

I will be very honest with you. I was very disappointed.

The room itself was the best part, so if you don’t care about anything outside of your room, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but the breakfast buffet was overpriced and the quality of the food and beverages couldn’t have been worse! Someone needs to find a new restaurant manager. Also, when I called for an airport shuttle pickup, nobody answered for at least 15 minutes, leaving me to wonder if they even offered a shuttle pickup. Could it be that there is a management/organization problem? The building itself was also old and tired looking. Old slow elevator with a broken button inside. Not leaving a good impression. Won’t be back.

We checked in Friday night and the water was like warm. We tried calling the lobby but our phone didn’t work so we text customer service to bring extra pillows and advise about the water . Pillows were brought up we asked for maintenance in the morning as it was late.

Detect Saturday morning asking for maintenance to come and check the water . Returned to the room 13 hours later , our keys did not work and nobody checks the water . We were exhausted after a long day

The AC of room 321 was problem and the room temperature was alway 65-66 ℉ . My family feel so cold in the room. The hotel engineer came to fix but negative. We requestd for heater but they said there is no more . Front dest said there is no other room to swich.Finally hotel gave us 04 blankets for sure that's more warm when we sleep.

Enjoyed my stay and from desk staff + security were amazing! Blackout curtains were amazing, staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful, and it was conveniently located. My only complaints are that housekeeping never gave us a trash can liner for our trash can throughout our entire week stay, and the pull out couch bed had stains on it. The stains appeared orange/brown/reddish so I opted to sleep on the couch in its normal position which wasn’t nearly as comfortable. Other than that enjoyed my stay!

Great price for a Hilton. Love the lobby and restaurant. The front desk staff was exceptional. It was too cold for the pool, but it was beautiful. Rooms could use a remodel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I wish they had a full service restaurant onsite but that was my only complaint. They had a breakfast Buffett available and then a dinner option from 5 to 10. It is very close to the airport and the shuttle service was great. We arrived around 1:30 and there wasn’t anything that close for lunch

I also thought it was kind of deceptive when I booked on line that it was stated buffet breakfast available. It should have been clear that you had to pay for it.
