Pillows were small but I asked and received a few more pillows to get a better quality of sleep. LK was great at check in.... easy and efficient. The Shuttle to the airport arrived on time and made the trip easy to manage. Missed breakfast as we started to the airport at 5 am. Room was clean but not immaculate. We had a bottom floor and went to sleep early so I expected noise but it was very quiet.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff ware exceptional. Regrettably, the management approached me while in a rather rude manner while he was outside smoking and I was outside on a business call with a client. I ended up having to place my client on hold to be interrogated on rather or not I was legally allowed to be on thebpropert. It's the first time staying at a best Western oporated facility, and honestly my last.

This was a fine place for a quick overnight. There was almost nothing at the breakfast buffet, the air shuttle was just fine. Although if you were at the airport, you should mention you were going to this hotel cause otherwise they are going to go too many parking lot first. The staff was a little less than friendly.

Driving to the place I thought for sure I was gonna die. The neighborhood is TERRIBLE. I think I passed a jail of some sort a few blocks down even. The the property was well lit and set far off the street. Room was small but nice. Things worked as they should, well, the bed, TV , icebox and shower worked fine. Think they just finished a remodel or something, cause it was very nice. So if you go, go now before it gets ruined!

There was no issue during the night spent. However upon returning to PHX the desk wouldnt answer the phone so the shuttle could pick us up. Upon checkout that my credit card was billed $50 for a damaged linen in the room. Ive been trying to contact Mark Ross the GM at the property but he's unresponsive.
Very frustrated to say the least. I would recommend this property to no one ever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went to ask if our room was available (215pm) and was met by a hostile and aggressive man wearing sunglasses behind the desk. Verbatim, he said ‘do you need something?’ UMMMM is that how you greet your guests? I asked if I could check in 45 minutes early and he was blunt with a very direct and cold ‘no’. No other words were spoken. No other options given. After reading their website, they do offer early check-in for $30. This wasn’t offered to me at all.

At the check-in counter, there’s a list of items that you will be charged for if you remove them from the room (towels linens mattress covers) just to put into perspective what type of area this hotel is located in.

The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least. We only needed a one night stay because of an early flight. After the interaction with the man working behind the counter and based solely on this hotel surroundings, we went down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn where we were greeted with kindness and warmth, even without a reservation, letting us check in before their check-in time.

Do yourself a favor, save your money!

This place is good to stay if you have a flight and need.a quick stay. Very clean place. The beds were ok, didnt really have a comforter just like a thin sheet. Breakfast is limited, I wouldn't consider it continental.

Very sketchy location - DO NOT go out at night by yourself (lots of drug use and homelessness). Hotel is a motel which makes this location even less \"safe\". Room is ok. I wouldn't bother with any amenities due to the location. Maybe if you are a man traveling, it would be ok.

However be aware that there are no (0) restaurants in the area you can walk to. Driving only.
Area around the location is a bit sketchy if you go for a walk.
Otherwise a fine place to stay and remain on property.

Sketchy neighborhood with no amenities to walk to. One positive thing, close to the airport.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. We left too early to experience the breakfast, but the dining room appeared to be clean and spacious. The airport shuttle was on time even at 3:00 a.m. It runs every hour 24 hours. There are not too many eating places within walking distance, and the area is not great. But it’s a good and safe hotel at a fine price near the airport for a quick in and out. We would use it again.

The room was fine - you could tell it’s been updated. the bed squeaked every time you moved though. Best perk was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. There’s no gym, just a small pool. The outside does look “sketchy as hell”, as a fellow guest said out loud. There’s a shuttle to the airport that runs on the hour, which was convenient (especially at 4am). If I had to do it again, I’d probably pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

This motor hotel is fresh, bright, CLEAN and the perfect accommodation for travelers into and out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. We left out auto in their secure parking lot for seven days and took a shuttle to and from PHX...each trip about 20 min. ride.

I flew into phoenix, as I am driving towards the property I start to notice the area is a bit sketch. I then see the property and start to question where I had reserved my stay. As I am checking in the young man at reception is not friendly. On the wall behind the reception there are all these signs like; No one within a 45 mile radius will be allowed to check in, no one other than guests in guest rooms and breakfast cannot be taken to rooms, that was amongst other signages. I get checked in. Big mistake! When I first walked into the room, I got some kind of strong scent, like those cheap car air fresheners. I called the front desk and the manager was sent to the room. Manager came, I had asked if they could remove the air freshener that was in the room and said she could not smell anything. The three solutions she offered were having housekeeping mop with just water, spray Febreeze or remove filters from AC unit. I asked if I could open the window, she said yes, that there was an additional lock on the window for safety. That was it. By that time my throat and head started hurting. I left for an event and never went back. I had a medical emergency and would have been far worse if I would’ve had to stay there. While I was elsewhere I reserved at an alternative location about 30 minutes away in Peoria. I do not recommend this place if you have scent sensitivity or allergies. If you are used to more higher class stays, this is not the place for you. Motel not hotel vibe.

We stayed here for one night as a quick stop near the airport, and overall it was a mixed experience.

Right at check-in, there was a sign stating that guests within a 40-mile radius are not allowed to rent a room. That immediately gave us some concern about the area and the type of activity they may be trying to prevent.

We arrived late and didn’t notice the condition of the room until the next morning, but the floors had visible dust and hair throughout, which made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.

The most uncomfortable part of the stay was waking up around midnight to a large unknown bug crawling on my arm. It was big enough that I grabbed it and threw it across the room, but I couldn’t find it afterward, which made it tough to get back to sleep.

There was also quite a bit of noise overnight—car locks beeping and people talking loudly outside (especially around 2 AM), which disrupted sleep.

That said, the staff was a definite highlight. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed willing to accommodate guests’ needs. The airport shuttle service was also a huge bonus and made getting to the airport easy and convenient.

Overall, this place might work if you just need a cheap, quick stay near the airport, but between the cleanliness issues, noise, and overall environment, I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

This property was so unsafe and the room was dirty, I left and went somewhere else and they refused to give me a refund. I felt extremely unsafe to stay here and didn't want to stay overnight. It was extremely loud, the room was on the ground floor, there were drug addicts and loiterers everywhere. Located in an unsafe part of town with no gate blocking outsiders from coming onto property. There were clumps of hair in my bathroom and on the toilet paper roll. DO NOT STAY HERE. As a solo female, I would never stay in a sketchy place like this. The website and Expedia made it look like a \"hotel\" when it is actually a \"motel.\" This is false advertising. And the pictures listed of the outside are misleading as well. HIGHLY UNSAFE AND DIRTY.

the room is clean. the air conditioner kept up well with the 100° heat. I didn't try the breakfast so I'm not sure about that. My only concern was and maybe it's because I misread things. I didn't know it was an outside entrance like the old style motels. My door could have been sealed a little bit better at the bottom and I just didn't quite have the secure feeling that I do in a standard hotel. though there was really nothing going on that made me not feel secure.
I would probably stay at this hotel again if my rate was less expensive.

Just needed a place to sleep for flying out the next morning. Served its purpose. Clean and in good condition. Downside is it’s not a great neighborhood so not a place where you’re going to walk around looking for a place to eat or drive after dark. Seemed safe staying in room. Breakfast was the typical high carb continental breakfast. Not the scrambled eggs, bacon, protein foods which is what I try to go for. So skipped it.

They did not let us into the room because they put us down as a no show for checking in late even though it was never communicated to us that that would be the case if we didn’t let them know ahead of time. The faint desk was not at all helpful in helping us resolve the issue and no refund was issued either. What a waste of $200.
