Nice hotel but very tired, really needs a refresh. A whole bunch of rooms just look straight onto a wall of a carpark, so if views are your thing then this one might not be for you. Is super close to the airport though which is a huge plus.

Overall the property itself and the rooms were nice...nothing fantastic. I would have rated this place higher except for the staff. I went down to the desk to ask a question and even with a line forming behind me, two receptionists ignored the line to keep answering the phone and help one guest at the register. Wouldn't even look our way or acknowledge us. I understand being busy but they either need to staff more people or provide better training on how to handle busy situations. It does not take 2 people to help one guest. I did like that this property was close to the airport and the skyway line so that made it super easy for returning our rental car. They also provide a shuttle to and from the airport which was very helpful.

Yes, this hotel could use a facelift but our room was clean, beds comfy and everything was functional. It was really nice to hop on the shuttle and get to the hotel after getting in on a late flight. Would stay again.

Floors and rugs dirty , couch stained, intermittent air conditioning. First you were cold. Then you sweat. Half an hour at the desk to check in. No breakfast. Grill was down.
Looked like you had a bouncer manning the person at the desk. Felt uncomfortable.
The bed was clean and bedding was nice. You need to upgrade this hotel.

Pillos were awesome, area was safe and conveinient to all. My wife and I liked the fact that this hotel was next to the airport and the air train, as it was a stop over for part of a larger trip. Aisha was very welcoming and helpfel. Great customer service was provided by her.

We had a 9 hour layover so we did not spend much time at the hotel. They were very helpful in explaining over the phone where to go for the shuttle from the airport to the Hotel. Room was very nice, bed and bedding super comfortable. We hoped on the Shuttle back to the airport at 5:30am so did not have breakfast.

My husband and I arrived early so asked if we could store our luggage. The concierge told us if we had IGH club numbers, we could check in early.
We also noted the excellent location, close to a light rail station and access across the street to an enclosed hall leading to PHX Sky Train.

We loved our stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and breakfast was delicious! I love that the lobby has lawn games and a foosball table, and that you need a room key to access the elevators. Parking is an extra expense, but it’s cheap and worth it to park in the garage.

The rooms were clean, but the toilet and tub were slow to drain. When reported to the front desk, they had someone out within 15 minutes to address the problem.

The slow drain in the tub was resolved, but the toilet was still slow.

Airport shuttle drivers are great… people telling you where to go to get the shuttle not so great.
Hotel lobby is the best thing there, the halls are dark & feel dirty.
Rooms were good, nothing special.
2 restaurants are a bit misleading. A bar with food service, limited seating. & a breakfast ( which was still closed due to early flight)
Pretty expensive but it is expected since it’s Phoenix & next to hotel.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG was terrible. We were charged for parking and breakfast which we did not expect to based on our reservation and previous visits. There was construction going on in rooms around us and the water was turned off of several hours. But the worst thing was that we were embarrassingly accused of smoking, which we absolutely did not do, and charged an exorbitant fee of $250 dollars. When we talked with the staff about that they were very rude and combative. We will never stay there again nor at any other IHG facility. Note: there were other staff members that we interfaced with who were very polite and helpful. BTW the dates shown in the photo at the left is incorrect. Our stay was from Sun., Mar 08 - Tue., Mar 10.

The hotel was noisy. There was a couple arguing loudly in the entryway. The hotel stunk of food cooking including our room which was on the second floor. The room was poorly lit and I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no bottled water in the room. Based on other hotel stays, I expected this. It was disappointing and I would not stay there again.

I was only there for a short stay and I get it's not in the greatest area. In the short time I has some free time I was hoping to get outside and enjoy some warm weather. The pool was getting cleaned and the pool area really was not that inviting. And while there was some outside space in front of the entrance it also was not that inviting. Maybe somehow isolating it with some plants or whatever from the vehicle noise and people waiting for rides would help. Just seemed like a smoking area to me.

There was no water in the room. We arrived after midnight and for the $300+ per night I would expect a bottle of water. The hotel room had a view in the parking lot (wall of parking). The room was not updated. No common place to sit inside or outside(very minimal). I would not recommend this hotel.

1)On the first night, we complained about sink not draining. Guest service said they will repair next day but they never came to fit it.

2) my wife had bed bug bites and pictures taken in the morning we were checking out.

The second issue is a big concern because this was a health hazard.

This was the worse experience we had ever had. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
