Close to the ocean, and close to town. our room had a view of the back parking lot and the ocean. Waters hot.

A few cool arcade games like marvel vs capcom. Ping pong table. Foosball.

Swimming pool goes from 3 to 5 to 8ft.

Clean room. Staff were great. Two parking lots one in front of the resort and one in the back. Front desk snack prices were normal prices not upcharged.

Less than 10 minutes away from twin harbor state park to go razor clamming.

Great place altogether would stay again. Family and adult friendly.

My reasoning for such a low star rating is because of the issues we ran into. The first night we arrive at 4pm. Get to our room, our tv does not work. Front desk told us, yeah we had issues with that tv last time also and she was hoping they would just get a new tv, she gave us some batteries and said that she would have maintenance look at it tomorrow.

We had an early outing the next day at 6am so we thought they would just go in and fix it because the front desk person is not in that early. They did not, we called during the day and she told us maintenance was not there and couldn’t get a hold of them so we had to stop during our day and go to the hotel, where they had my husband go move the tv from our room to a different room and move another tv into our room because maintenance was not around!!!!

We also, had our daughter and grandkids come rent a room here as well because of the heated pool. Well the heated pool is only heated to like 55 degrees. Our grandkids wouldn’t even get in it was so cold.

On the last night we found ants in our bathroom and kitchenette area but front desk was already gone for the night. When we checked out, there was no front desk person, just a note saying drop keys in key box. So nobody around to tell about this.

It is a nice area, quick walk to the beach and love the wood burning fireplace.

The check in lady was super friendly and helpful. I really liked her. One reason why we stayed there was because of the pool but it was shut down because they were waiting on a part or something but it wasn’t noted on their site. The rooms are super small. We have dogs and that was the main reason for staying there. The noise insulation was pretty bad too.

Love this little cottage feel to the room had a wood-burning fireplace that you could burn wrapped Presto logs in and they supply you with one every evening, extremely clean, perfect little kitchen, very roomy balcony, and staff was very welcoming! The only thing I did not like is Expedia said it was 14 minutes away from Ocean Shores, and it was an hour away. But that was on Expedia and not the motel.

Was supposed to have a pool. the pool was closed for whatever reason and the remote in the room didnt work. i asked for new batteries and they didnt work either, so they just brushed it off and said it was fine. i didnt get to watch TV . they had a old sponge and it was too small to even use in the sink. and next door there was screaming and yelling.

There was no daily housekeeping which was not a big problem except for emptying the trash. My television did not work because of the internet connection. Unfortunately it was after 8 pm so no one was at the desk. I called the after hours number but they were unable to fix it.

Walls are paper thin leading to zero privacy, hotel was almost empty but everyone was put into rooms in the same wing/floor so we heard everything. Outlet with CO detector didn’t work, fire alarm in the hallway beeped nonstop, front desk person was rarely there, and we were charged a $19.95 per night resort fee even though the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and we had no extra amenities.

The bed and pillows were horrible.
The one staff member i interacted with was GREAT.
The noise in the hotel as well in the parking lot did last longer than it should've. With no staff around to help with this, it went on and on.
I would not recommend this place to friends or family. They would not feel rested at all. Which is the point getting out of town for vacations or getaways

The power was out .there was a tree fallen in the road so we could hardly drive in. No power and a noce hig hotel like that cant even get a generator to keep the place with heat and minimal lights. That was awful. Andntotally unsafe. So cold at night i was afraid my onfant was going to get seriously ill and sick. Thhat olace was horrible . No body was at the front desk at 8 am the next day even. It was pathetic. The whole rest of the town had power by then and they couldnt even go at 8am to turn on the power for everyone when i was told from the gas station the power had come back at 3 am

The hotel is huge and beautiful. Rooms are clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. We did have couple of plug ins that didn't work , so we couldn't do coffee or use bathroom wall plug. We had a fire place in our room. Real wood. Very different but gives you a step back in time feel that I love. Our bed was extremely firm and I questioned if it was a queen. Just seems on smaller side. But that might be just me. Had a balcony with some views of the oceans. Was able to watch sunset. Close to beach and town so best of both worlds there. Our room was near the elevator, not overly noisy but not a room you want. People do stand and talk right out of your room at times all hours so if your a light sleeper this room would not work for you.

Property is very dated. Paid for an ocean view room and the extra I paid was not worth the very limited view we had. Out of 5 different hotels we stayed in on our trip last week this was by far the worst. Red Roof SeaTac was way better as well as Ocean Star Inn in Sequim. The shower felt dirty but the room did have hot water.

Absolutely love the front desk, lady. She was so sweet and so accommodating and was 100 percent hospitality expert. Every time we walked in, she greeted us asked us how we were doing if we needed anything answered any questions. the pool was warm, Loved it! little sad that the hot tub wasn’t working. The game area was so cute.

I liked the fussball and pingpong tables near the lobby but the pool had no hot tub. The frisbee course outside was crawling with mosquitoes and unfortunately my son and i had a half dozen bites. There should have been a large sign warning of heavy mosquito presence. Also there was mold on the ceiling and the beds had no headboards. We wanted to use the 🔥 pits but there was a burn ban in effect and previous times we weren't allowed either. However the very next day in Seaside Oregon south of Westport we could have as many beach fires we wanted. So from now on Seaside Oregon will be our preferred destination.

We stayed for just the night. We did not use the amenities lime the pool, ping pong, etc. The room was a good size and clean with a comfy bed. It is near the ocean and very secluded. There was a resort fee of $20, which after charging $200 for the room, seemed a bit excessive.

upgrade most of the facilities, space in the room is bigger compared with other motels around with tiny kitchen. Location wise , it is a little bit far from westport downtown if you just want to “ walk” to the shops and eat out.
in addition , their mattress are a excellent change for this place, I can say it is a plus !!

My family has been staying here for over a decade. Through ownership and staff changes, we have almost always enjoyed our stay here. This time however, we were put in an outdated room where the toilet just about flooded when flushed, such a waste of water. The shower barely worked and was dirty. Beds looked new but were like fabric w air inside. No air conditioning and the rooms were uncomfortably hot
Staff was very unfriendly for no know reason..felt like walking on eggshells having to request towels at the front desk. The indoor pool, gameroom, and outside park are very nice. Hot tub has been closed for over 5yrs..just fyi. No breakfast and charge a lot more than other places near by that have similar amenities.

The place was not up to standards from previous visits before covid. I walked away with bed bug bites as a result. The staff seemed as though they have heard it before immediately responding with sand bugs and mosquitos are out. The hot tub is not functioning. Dont expect any food unless its from a vending machine. There's no drain spouts in the sinks or tub that doesnt drain well, Ew, along ith someone elses hair on the shower wall.

Quiet, quick stay

My family stayed here for three nights. We had to wait at check-in for someone to check us in. It was a quick process thankfully. The room was fairly clean but the bathroom had some spots that had been missed. My kids mentioned that the room and bathroom felt small to them but the beds were fairly comfortable. I was glad I brought my own pillow though my kids didn't seem to care about the pillows provided. I was thankful for the size of the fridge because we brought most of our food with us. The room also had two fans for us to use and we really appreciated that. The game room was fun for my kids and they asked to stop by it anytime we were coming/going. They also loved the pool area but two things that frustrated me as an adult were the hot tub was out of order and the general cleanliness of the pool area (including the bathroom) was questionable. The walk to the beach took us about ten minutes and we spent most of our time there. The drive to the \"downtown\" area took about 7 minutes and we found many good places for dinner and to shop. We had a nice stay even with the aforementioned issues.

Expedia deceived me into getting a room on the fourth floor double queen which an hour after booking the room and paying for the room I was informed by the hotel that Expedia didn’t have the right to sell that room and they did no longer had it available but they did have a room with a single bed Which I was already on my way. I just wish I would’ve been able to get what I was paying for.
