The staff were very welcoming. The room was a bit disappointing but it was clean and did have air conditioning and a tv.

The ammenities were adequate.

The other guest were very noisy and i found myself being woken several times by doors being slammed shut.

Overall the price was reasonable considering the standard of the accomodation however i will not be staying again.

You get what you pay for. It was cheap. Staff were extremely nice. And location was good. The room could do with an upgrade. Beds weren’t that comfy at all you could feel every spring.

This place feels like a share house than accommodation. A mass amount of rules will restric you during your stay. I wouldn't stay again, the rooms are clean but they are old and no work has been done to fix the falling apart areas.

The room was good for the price. The staffs were nice and helpful. Only complain I have is that some people were knocking on someone's door in the passage and making noise in the middle of the night around 2 AM for more than an hour. I could hear it in my room but I did not go outside my room to check because it was 2 AM. Overall, the place was good. Easy check-in and check-out and the staff in the bar was nice and helpful.

The check-in experience was great, the staff were lovely and courteous. However, there was not an inch of hot water in the bathrooms. We had an ensuite and I ran the hot water for 10 mins without any heat whatsoever. My daughter then went and checked the main bathroom and the same, ran the water for 10 mins and no heat whatsoever. A cold wash does not make for a good experience.

Check-in: The receptionist was very unprofessional and even forgot to return my bank card and ID to me after the process was completed. I had to ask for it before she suddenly realised her fault.

Room conditions: There was no hot water running through the shower in the private bathroom inside my booked room. In addition, a cockroach was having a good time in the private bathroom before I sentenced it to death.

Customer service: I called the hotel, was told to check the shared bathrooms and found the same situation with both male and female ones. I was promised a solution from the customer service staff on the phone, yet it never came.

Not a great experience when you need to shower with hot water after a long day. Last time, there was a dead cockroach in my booked room. At least this time, the cockroach was alive. I guess the hotel listened to my last feedback because there was a bottle of pesticide in the closet. The hotel staff on the phone said there was nothing they could do unless her manager replied. So far, no one from the hotel has reached out to me.

Let's see if they will keep their promise to give me a satisfactory solution before letting me run out of options other than legal action. I have time.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights in the room with a private bathroom, two bedrooms with a single and double room.
Everything is old but worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable. There are no services as microwave, kettle or fridge in the room. How ever the bar downstairs have a fridge and microwave they will put things in and heat food up for you. A great surprise was that the staff happily gave us free hot drinks, cupper chinos and hot chocolate's and bottled water.
All the staff were fantastically helpful with great attitudes.
We feel for the cost of the room compared with other accommodation was good value.
Our only negative was the volume of road traffic was high during the day and up to at least mid evening and very load when occasional hoon's would flatten their loud exhaust vehicles from the traffic lights nearby! My wife felt it was loud all the time. Double glassing on the windows would help I'm sure. We we still really pleased with our choice to stay there.

Alright if you are okay with cockroaches

You get what you paid for, but finding a dead cockroach lying on the floor beside the bed is not one of these. I had to cover it with a towel and convince myself it would not resurrect.

Hot water is speratic, staff not thrilled to be helping upon check in, areas have a bad smell, cigarette butts left in private bathroom and bathroom over all not clean. Close to train station but limited on eveything else in the area.

I must say the customer service is outstanding but there are a few issues with this place:

1. The whole place smells like a hospital. Cleaners are inexperienced and do not dilute the disinfectant/liquid detergent properly. As a result, your eyes burn.

2. Windows cannot be fully opened, which makes it hard for the smell to go away.

3. The shower tiles need grouting. They look disgusting.

4. The kettle was used to prepare a soup, and noodles with fat were still on the internal part. That's why I put 'dirty' although the room is not dirty.

5. There are no cups in the room, no tea bags and no sugar. This is a must in any standard cheap hotel you go to.

6. If they bother to fix these details, they can put the price up and it will be fine!

there Pringle chip crumps behind the door & inside the closet! There was kettle but no mugs or instant coffee/tea provided in the room ! The bathroom need to update badly! Just need a place to crash for a night for early flight, would not stay there again.

I have never before felt the need to make comment on accommodation before but this place is awful.
Rooms very small, no storage, no hanging space for drying towels. Curtains not worth talking about- certainly don't stop the light.
Mattress was stained, had bed bugs, no mattress covers, very lumpy (springs almost through mattress).
Shared bathroom was disgusting, mould, cold, pealing paint, shower door was falling to pieces from water damage.
TV was almost on ceiling, no seating, no fridge, lounge or tea/ coffee making facilities.
Cost $200 a night and shouldn't have cost more than $50 considering the state of the place.

I had a lovely couple nights there, checking in was fine. Every single staff member was great can't fault them for anything. Also I booked a one queen with private bathroom and ended getting an extra bed for free so thank you for that :). If I had to say some thing where they could improve is just the details cleaning in the bathroom. The bath tub spa nozzles were yuk yukky ewwe. And also just under the bed should be vacuumed once in a while. I dropped something and it rolled U der the bed and had the shock of my life. I bid farewell to my lip balm. Having said that I noticed there was o ly one housekeeping lady so I Understand. For what I paid I definitely had my money's worth and will definitely come back another time.

No bedside table lamp. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no lounge area that I could find. View out my window was of broken a/c units, and broken pallets. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Bistro was Asian food (possibly Vietnamese) which, whilst inexpensive, was paltry in serving size.

Would not stay there again.

the room and bed was nice comfortable and clean, sadly there was no kitchenette for the rooms on our floor or any at all, no ironing board or ion available. no fact sheet telling patrons about what food was available in the local area. the hotel restaurant was closed for holidays

Staff were very friendly and understanding and allowed us a refund, but we arrived after several hours on a train only to leave after five minutes because the room smelt like urine so badly it was probably a health hazard. There is no toilet in the room, so someone may have been urinating in the sink or around the room and causing it to have such a potent smell that may not go away, despite the room looking tidy.

The room had and smelt of mould, no sound proofing of the rooms at all, we could hear every door opening and closing throughout the night. The whole hotel and rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. It was just a bed and no other service or amenities provided, ie no kettle, no empty of rubbish and no make up of bedding. However if you’re just after a cheap bed next to a train station, this is exactly it.

I like the room,but while I was not vacant at my room during the day from times that I had left someone would enter and leave a towel but would have also been good arrangement of they called to ask their customers if they would like a ice and water in a jug present at their room for their return from the day out.
