Room was only cleaned once during the 6 nights stay. Clean towels were supplied on the Monday when the room was cleaned ......... but no other cleaning including emptying the garbage occured after Monday

I have stayed here many times before........ but mostly just 2-3 nights..........
I will certainly think again before boking a longer stay

I paid 475 AUD for 2 nights at Ibis Budget Enfield. It wasnt worth the price at all. There was no handwash, no tissues. In addition, shower head was all rusty and dirty toilet and curtains. The room was barely big enough to walk. It was honestly the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Terrible smell from the toilet drain. The cleaning staff promptly smothered everything in bleach which helped for a few hours, but it returned as bad as ever. I've stayed before and had the same problem though not as bad. The A/C worked initially, but after I turned it of it refused to kick in when I tried to use it later in the night. I opened the window to get some cool air into the room. When I tried it in the morning it worked. Strange. Strange hotel.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to stay on a cheap cruise ship repurposed as a minimum-security prison, this is your chance!

The room was the size of a small cell, with scratchy sheets woven from broken dreams. I would’ve asked for new ones, but I was too busy negotiating with the cockroach who’d clearly been a visitor longer than me.

Accessibility? None. Just endless stairs I had to climb while hauling my heavy bag. The car park looked like a CSI set, and I wasn’t shocked when the police actually showed up, bonus entertainment, I guess?

Noise levels were next level, I could hear every conversation, footstep, and stair creak like the whole building was auditioning for a musical.

And for all this excitement? Not even that “budget.” Honestly, if I wanted this kind of experience, I’d commit a petty crime and ask for jail time instead.

To be fair, the staff were friendly enough, but the place itself looked nothing like the photos. Those strategically staged pictures deserve an Oscar for “Best Fictional Representation of Reality.” And those glowing reviews? Either everyone else stayed in a parallel universe, or they’re bots with very low standards.

Would I stay again? Only if it came with a tetanus shot, roach spray, and noise-cancelling headphones.

⭐ One star — for existing and giving me a story I’ll be telling for many days to come.

It's a budget place but there were dead and live cockroahes. I had to keep everything zipped up. The sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom and decor was shabby and damaged. I didn't have breakfast but had a hot drink which was not pleasant it went down the sink. Not a nice experience but was only one night.

There was no towels in the room, had to lend one off mate staying in another room. Toilet shower combo is a small area and becomes a complete wet area, as there is no shower curtain.
House keeping could be better, otherwise priced okay for what it is.

I rang the day before our booking and asked if there was a bigger room like a disable room as my husband had a knee replacement. The girl told me yes and she suppose to book us in that room. But when arrived the room was taken so we left and I lost my refundable deposit. We are both aged pensioners. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Ibis Enfield NSW to anyone.

They pay for car parking and honestly it looks like a dump with all the rubbish everywhere

To check in was slow and didn't seem like we were important

The water in shower smells like you are washing in toilet water and the doors slamming all night

And to top it off all the smokers sitting at the front door directly in front of the no smoking sign and staff allowing it is just ridiculous

I don't normally comment but this was terrible

You needed to be tall to reach the heater. At 76 yrs old I did not feel safe trying to stand on a stool to reach it.
After 10.00pm the staff were not available to operate the heater for me.

You get what you pay for with this property - very basic amenities that work well (no complaints with this).
The only issue I had was with the aircon - had to try a few different rooms to find one that worked properly (which the staff were great about). But then the heat stopped working half way though the night so it became quite cold.

Asked for a quiet room and got one with a window that wouldn't close, was quickly moved to another. One day I left the Do Not disturb paper on the door and room service went in anyway just for the rubbish. When I wanted room service it wasn't done. I think I only got it once in 6 days and they didnt even tidy up the bathroom. Then, after I left they charged me again!

Breakfast buffet could've been better by having a few more options and even sugar for the cereal and coffee machine.
Bed was surprisingly soft and clean. But bathroom could've used a deeper scrub. Also, maybe a smaller room instead of a wheenlchair accessible room. Better lighting positions would also be a nice thing as well as some more lighta.

Check in fine although I had rang 3 times previous to check in to ask a question about security deposit. After messages left no one called me back.
It’s budget. Clean bed, hot shower but totally claustrophobic Japanese style bathroom pod. Smallest I’ve ever seen and not comfortable, beware the massive step when you step out, you’ll break your neck if you forget. Aircon not working but manager changed remote. It’s either on or off so you either boil or freeze. Apparently they are in the middle of upgrading aircon.
An extraordinarily amount of dust in the corners, looking out the window you could be mistaken for thinking you were in a 3rd world country, the amount of rubbish and detritus outside the grounds was just disgusting.
I could not stay here longer than a night but it’s fine for the amount you pay, it is what is says, Budget.

The property was great for what we paid for. The shower was surprisingly good pressure and very hot. Fridge is convenient for snacks and water. Bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is great.

Didn’t like how the bed was on wheels, it moved anytime I leant against the wall or sat on it too fast. Took a day and a half to get extra pillows we had asked for when we first arrived.
