$500 a night for a cheap hotel

First room didnt have bath tub but this was cause i said that i need accessible room. The staff were really good but when we dod get the room with bath there was no hot water untill 1am in morning. I was disappointed in the lack of facilities available from pullman and the facilities around olympic park area. Like macdonalds wasnt open past 11pm and there is nothing open when we walking around. The place looks dead and the actual room was not worth 500 a night and pretty much looked like it had been renovated cheaply to cut cost in refurbishing an old hotel. Or straight out being ripped off is what i think is going on. Cause ive stayed at other hotels cheaper with better facilities.

The Pullman was really enjoyable to stay at. Most of all I found the staff so friendly and helpful, was a real pleasure having such a friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Our room was a bit tired, however, it was clean and tidy.

Would recommend the Pullman for anyone wanting to stay.

It is so handy to QUDOS stadium without being too close. Plenty of places to eat nearby and it was easy to get to on the train. Only suggestion is to have more normal sized pillows rather than 1 normal and the other too big. But that is a small issue in the scheme of things and I would definitely recommend.

Good Stay for a Concert at Olympic Park.

Check in was a little tedious and we were not advised of the executive club benefits or we could wait in the lounge until our room was ready. Parking not to much of a hassle but expensive.
Room was large and comfortable, air con not so much effective in the bedroom . Furniture looking a little tired . Bathroom was huge , however the shower screen door was bot great to stop the bathroom floor having a huge run off . Was strange to have a clear glass door for the toilet would make more sense for the door to be frosted. However the bed itself just magic.
Executive lounge comfortable had adequate beverages and canapés in the evening .
Breakfast was served excellent . Over all a lovely hotel lacking some of the Pullman touches that the cabin is known for.

This hotel is most definitely not a 5-star hotel! It is probably scraping to be a 4. Some staff are friendly but others are very aloof. We checked-in and the two staff- evening GM and another young man, were friendly and helpful.
We got to our room on the 13th floor and there was a horrid pungent smell when we got off lifts- either a chemical or very bad mildew/mould. Our room was right next to lifts and luckily smell was only mild in the room.
Beds are needing replacement- saggy in middle.
Towels were stained and shabby. Bathroom floor needed a good mopping.
The pros are it is very convenient for SOPAC. Not sure it’s worth the price though- it was nearly empty and still priced at peak rates.

Really good location for concerts etc. $600 per night for a room with worn carpet , dirty surfaces etc. Steak in restaurant pre cooked. Pullman normally a safe bet. Not this time. Weigh up want you need or are happy with!

Booked this accommodation due to attending an event in the area. It was walking distance to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Had a power issue in the room, but this was fixed very quickly.

First time at Sydney Olympic park. Took my daughter for a concert an got off train found it just around the corner from train station. Checkin was perfect, we were early but room was done so we got 2 check in early. The staff were all very friendly and well b going back in November 4 another concert, only thing wrong was no microwave but apart from that perfect. Ty

Pillows were a problem even though they offered to change them they didn’t follow through the 1st night & we had to ask again the 2nd night…we gave up on the 3rd! Suggest BYO. Room was clean, toilet roll was situated too far back on the left, you had to twist to reach it!! Dishes weren’t cleaned one day, towels weren’t replaced the next. Dining room was not the cleanest but breakfast buffet was good. We would stay again. Very handy for the venue we were attending.

I was given a handicapped room which made working at desk very uncomfortable as desk height was too high for chair.
Room dated ….
I was expecting and paid for King Superior room which should have been nice and comfy but had to put up with a clunky room designed for a wheel chair access.
First world problems so I didn’t complain but don’t understand why they do this when it’s not what I paid for and they didn’t explain …

Very convenient to sporting facilities. Very comfortable room and a few luxuries. Phone did not work in the room so contact to reception for extras did not happen. The mini bar extras were limited. Just a few things that would have pushed it to 5 star rating.

Still great, but…

I’ve stayed at the Pullman before and have always found it to be exceptional. On this occasion, however, we only had one pillow that was so high that I felt like my head was at right angles to my body. I abandoned it in the end- not so great for a 5 star hotel.
Also, the breakfast options were very limited on account of things not being replenished. That would have been understandable at end of service, but not at 9am. It was clear that the staff were busy, but for $1200+ for the night (we were there for Taylor Swift), the service fell short

Had a great night stay for the Tay Tay concert. Was greeted with a bag full of procecco chocolate and water which was a lovely gesture. Only reason I marked down was the showers are in serious need of an upgrade. Just change the heads. Make them nice not old fashioned slow low pressure ones. Thanks

Perfect for concert goers!

Stayed for the TayTay concert...loved the welcome gift. If you need access to Sydney Olympic Park, the Pullman is right next door to Accor Stadium.

The hotel is a bit tired but still was a pleasant stay. Our air conditioning did not work and we had to ask twice for someone to come and look at it. It was an easy fix but just added to the tired feeling of the property.

The motel was very quiet, and the room was clean, even though small for a family of 4. Staff were always very helpful, communicative and service was prompt. Transport is less than a 5 minute walk from the motel. There is a Woolworths and an IGA within walking distance. The Aquatic centre is next door, so easy to access for swimming.

Worst ever experience

Bath-tub was dirty. There were big red 2 marks. It was disgusting. Also toilet mirror was not properly cleaned and blurred.
Shower room handles & others all shaking. Seems not to be maintained at all
Can't believe how this hotel could be 5 star one.
I left very early same day because I did not want to sleep there. Wasted my money & time to be there.

I liked that it was close to the concert, I didn’t like being woken up, I had ordered my breakfast to arrive at 8:30am however I got it a lot earlier 6:45am. I won’t be ordering breakfast like that again if I chose to stay in future

Our stay this time was a little disappointing. We paid for breakfast and we were told the restaurant opened at 6am however at 6:30 it was still closed and we could not wait any longer due to travel arrangements. Also after the concert we had wanted a drink at the bar which closed at 11pm. And we were told go have drinks in our room!
