Room had all you needed. Reasonably clean and spacious. Our room faded the racecourse so had a beautiful view but was very noisy with traffic along the main road outside. No sound proofing windows makes a big difference.
Staff were very friendly.
Plenty of parking available but very tight getting around the car park. We have a DMax and was hard in it.

My room was nice enough, there was places that could do with some more cleaning e.g I had to re wash all the utensils. One thing that u struggled with was the noise. The hotel is on a busy road and is hence super busy and super loud. The pool is also on this road which means I didn’t get to enjoy it as there was the constant sound of the motor way. If you’re wanting to stay for one or two nights and noise isn’t an issue for you, then I’d recommend, otherwise I’d advise somewhere else.

Housekeeping did not clean my room at all during my entire stay. The room smelled like cigarettes, and there was no drinking water provided. The hotel is not close to any restaurants or grocery stores, and there is no breakfast. I was also told the restaurant would be closed for the rest of my stay. The staff was not friendly, which made the experience even worse. Very disappointed

Clean room, great staff,amenities, great cooked breakfast . Our room also had a great view as an added bonus. You could leave the car in the carpark and take public transport as it was virtually across the street. Beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels and such. I would stay there again.

The female staff are amazing very helpful, especially with the need to swap rooms as I needed a shower that I could walk into because of mobility needs. Something that was requested at time of booking. Matilda in the breakfast bar is so helpful and welcomes you with her bright engaging smile. Stayed 2 nights to go to Davis Cup. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Reception was friendly and helpful and our rate included a nice buffet breakfast.
There is onsite parking - the spots are narrow and some a little tricky to get into.
The property is located near the race course and Parramatta centre is about a 20 min walk

Property was pretty clean. Most of the front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. Woolies is a 7 minute walk away. Breakfast was a little high in preserved meats, but had a decent spread and filled our stomachs every morning. If you are a light sleeper do not stay here cause you will feel like you are staying on the road with all the sound coming in, secondly the property doesn’t mention that they do not provide housekeeping even though i paid close to 800 for 5 days and it wasn’t provided for the 5 days of our stay. On top of that they charged an extra 100 dollars saying the room was messy well it will be messy when i cleaned the room twice and no housekeeping is there and im staying with two toddlers. Clear tactics to charge the guest more.

Property was ok. Inside foyer was great, up in the room areas was old outdated & tatty carpet,
No light switch in lounge room, the bedroom light did not work.
Noise level from outside is shocking. ( I suppose not much can be done to quiet the noise.)
Parking underneath was terrible for bigger cars.

Breakfast included in the price was good.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
Easy access to & from accommodation. Good location.
