Ideally situated on Hope Street, the city hotel is placed opposite Rosehill Racecourse and the Convention Centre. It is in close proximity to Westfield Shopping Centre and Sydney Olympic Park.
Rosehill Station is just 200 m from the aparthotel, while Sydney city centre is approximately 19 km away. The hotel is around 23 km from Kingsford Smith Airport.
The hotel is a charming property that offers quality services and numerous facilities. The hotel features 54 non-smoking guestrooms, a meeting room and outstanding service to its guests.
Further facilities available to guests in the air-conditioned hotel include a lobby, conference facilities, room and laundry services and a car park. All the accommodation units are elegantly designed and beautifully appointed with a kitchen and modern amenities to make the guests' stay comfortable.

Room smelt of either mould or smoke was not given what I expected loft one bedroom apartment, given three bedrooms instead was told do not enter these rooms or you will be charged a fine. Beds were so old and uncomfortable definitely needs a full upgrade before I will ever stay again not worth any money for the stay and the cupboard in kitchen had other peoples left over food in the cupboard. Lamps don’t work no aircon in bedroom only a fan with dust all in it poor poor poor

Decent sized apartments - good location . However.. I left my phone in one the apartments and than changed to another room. I had not been anywhere, so it’s impossible it was lost elsewhere. The cleaners allegedly couldn’t find it and when I asked if perhaps they’d picked it up by accident and forgotten to return it I was told by one of the male receptionists that “that is just over thinking. It is not possible that any of the cleaners did the at and I went and checked the apartment and couldn’t find it” it was strange I was not offered to go look myself tbh.

The staff were very unhelpful and honestly it was just a disappointing experience and we will never stay there again. I asked a full week in advance to be able to check in an hour early cause we had an event and they said shouldn’t be an issue call on the day. I did that and again they said they might be able to help, when we got there they wanted to charge us $200 extra to check in an hour early. It’s just not a good vibe there. Unfortunately I was charged more than expected by Expedia. Then the apartment I was given only had 1 very narrow window, so was very dark. There was no window in the bedroom, just a skylight, so the room was light at 5.30am......not good when on holiday.

So many issues. The tv and the aircondudidnt work. Bug crack in the mirrior, really bad faultg electrical in one of the bedrooms that was a safety hazard. Wires hanging out.
Key provided to enter the locked gate of the priperty after hours did not work. Same for other gussts staying. We were stranded at midnight not able to get in as the after houds contact numner aas not helpful. It was onky that a car was leaving that opened a roller door and we were able to enter the property premises. Check-in took over 40mins when there was clearly extra staff that may have been able to assist but there was only one person checking people in (this staff member was lovely). Very disappointed this visit.

Location perfect being just across from Rosehill Gardens and a block from a Woolworths centre with Maccas and KFC. It was perfect for us as a connection to Parramatta being only a short bus ride away. Staff were friendly and complex was secure. The room we stayed in appeared to have been recently renovated however it still had considerable mould problems in the bathroom (on tbe roof and floor) as well as a damaged TV (lines across it). Also the bed was quite noisy (yes, we were just sleeping on it!). Overall though for the price and convenience I'd be happy to stay here again.

A bigger issue was the air conditioning. While it was advertised as having A/C, it only serviced the downstairs area. The upstairs rooms were left with just fans, which made for an uncomfortably warm stay.
There were also a few maintenance issues. The curtains couldn’t be properly drawn due to broken runners, and one of the window winders was broken, making it difficult to let in fresh air.
Overall, the experience was fairly underwhelming. The place needs a bit of TLC to justify its price and rating.

When we ask why our marital status matter they did not answer and got really defensive when questioned. If i could of found accommodation that night we would not of stayed there with our family. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position as it is 3 minutes walk to Rosehill racetrack, a Woolworths, Maccas and KFC. There is also a fantastic pizza place called Sopranos at the local shops too. Parking is easy and undercover.

However this time it was even worse. The room smelt mouldy and musty. The TV remote didn’t work. However, the good staff were able to get it to work, but the complaints on the smell went on deaf ears. Speaking of deaf, the place was not booked out yet I was place on the very front corner room. This was THE very noisiest room for traffic ALL night. At least on the second night I had the sense to go and buy a set of ear plugs from Woolies to drown out the sirens and trucks.
If you are strapped for cash and need a place to stay, look at the Ibis Budget up the road at Wentworhville, it is cleaner, quieter and cheaper.
At the end of the day I Won’t be back.

Faced with bio risk as I was confronted by a bad smell coming from a floor drain in the laundry and bathroom. ? Plumbing issue ?
Bed was broken and fully tilted on one side but was still made perfectly
Mould in the bathroom on the shower area.
No sheets on the foldout mattress on ground floor and no extra sheets in the cupboard for it either. Issues using the TV as batteries stopped working.. had to swap it with AC remote battery and still wasn't responding correctly... Tv remote was falling apart and we held together with sticky tape.. heating upstairs was an issue. The area around the property is not relevant to my stay. Happy to discuss further and infact looking forward to hearing back from you . Regards

Booked and paid a little bit more for what was listed an Executive 2 bedroom apartment with King bed and 2 single beds. Main bedroom had only a double bed. Mentioned this to reception when checking out and was told that not all executive apartments have king beds and would need to request when booking. Was told that we had paid a bit more and stayed in a renovated apartment. The apartment was clean, bathrooms and kitchen were newish. Lamp and light fittings were a bit old m. Overall happy with stay for the price. $200 deposit paid up front and debited from account. Have been told it will take 5 to 7 days to be credited/cleared which is longer than it should be.

1 night family trip ending with bed bug on the bed. The apartment itself is weird. A bed near the front door and you need to go up to the stairs for toilet/ kitchen. Definitely not a family friend set up. We found a bed bug in the morning. The facility overall is old. Sofas / chairs are terrible. Told the receptionist , it would be great if they can offer partly refund for the night/ maybe just a parking redemption. Got told that I have to email the situation to relative parties by myself and it will only be parking redemption if there’s one ($15) . Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
