The location is great, close to Chinatown and MRT stations, a grocery store, and restaurants. We booked a \"small room\", and as advertised, it is small, but no complaints, as the room was like the photos, with a nice feature wall, and a private bathroom. Where this hotel stands out is the shared areas and the free coffee/tea - i.e., the large co-working area, the shared kitchen (with 24/7 access to coffee or tea), the wellness studio, the laundry room, and many areas inside and outside to sit and hang out. Staff are also very friendly and helpful with any requests or inquiries - i.e., our bathroom door wasn't closing, and they had someone come to fix it the same day. I would recommend for a short stay in Signapore, but especially for longer stays, as access to the shared spaces makes this hotel ideal/comfortable for longer stays.

We had the suite with the double bedrooms and with the kitchen. It was a nice room, not many frills but everything worked and it was clean. There was enough space for my family of three. The rooms are well insulated so you do not hear the neighbors.
The staff was always helpful and accommodating when possible, especially Helen. There were some facilities like a gym and a pool, but basic.
The best thing is its location which was walking distance to the CBD (15mins), Chinatown (15mins), Outram MRT (10mins). Would definitely consider a return stay.

Good enough for a short stay, but the pool was not shown in the photos. I was mostly disappointed by the plunge pool. The room had everything I needed, but the exterior of the building could use a deep clean or refresh, as it looks nothing like the photos advertised — it appears quite old and dusty.

I like the location, as it is walkable from Chinatown and some local hawker centres, and it’s about 10 minutes from the closest MRT station. The staff on site are very friendly and have been very helpful.

Although I didn’t use the kitchen, I received an upgrade to a bigger suite on the day of check-in, which is why I’m giving a 4-star overall rating.

The location is great for getting around. Room is clean and quiet. Kitchen is clean and stocked with kitchen cookware. There is also laundry room available for use. The staff are very friendly and very helpful in providing directions on how to get around with MTR. One of the stuff provided with detailed directions to bus station after getting off MTR station. That’s awesome. I would recommend the place.

Excellent location! Very close to Sentosa as well as Harbourfront. Close to Hawker centre as well! The rooms are decent. It has good ameneties like communal kitchen and wellness studio etc. For the price range, the place is worth it.

The property is less hotel and more coworking space with a sparse lofty look & feel and amenities & colors to match. The fitness center and pool were minimal. Even the housekeeping was infrequent and failed to top up toilet roll usage, which should be a given. The airconditioning in my room was mild. The location is decent for downtown offices etc.

Fantastic spot to base yourself if visiting for leisure, easily walkable to all of Chinatown and to multiple train stations along with plenty of bus stops close by to get around to various parts of the city. I had the medium sized room which was ample for my needs as a solo traveller attending a sporting event in Singapore. Started here for 13 nights and could not fault the staff at all. My only complaint would be the size of the plunge pool but it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely considering staying here if I come back to Singapore.

The property is located close to everything you need and provides services really helpful to the tourist. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The pricing was good; the photos are obviously staged to present the best impression. In reality, the building is a little tired and the rooms are small. Netflix is not free as advertised but WiFi is. I would stay again but be more mindful of upgrading the room.

Amazing hotel. My friend and I had the double twin room and although it was smaller than it looked in pictures, it was still very spacious. The bathroom was also very modern and well furnished. The only thing I have to say it was that the shower drain wasn’t as fast as it could be which meant water would go everywhere (bathroom was a wet room so it was fine) and get higher. Cleaning was done every 3-4 days, but they also had a system in place if you needed anything earlier.

The hotel is also very well situated. It is near a small mall and plaza that sells local foods, has a grocery store and small markets, as well as many restaurants and bakeries. It is also very close to Chinatown (less than 15-minute walk). The nearest MRT station is about a 10-15 minute walk away, but there are many bus stops around the hotel that will get you pretty much anywhere.

Overall, this hotel was beautifully furnished and maintained. Very well organized as well, especially for their shared common space. A perfect stay and at a very affordable price too. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

About a 13-minute walk to the train, which is well connected to 3 different lines. Bus stations are 4-8 mins away walking. Close to attractions on interest. Internet is great for working, love the co working space. The upstairs kitchen could use more thorough

I had initially booked one week here, but due to flight cancellations ended up staying for almost two weeks and I would happily stay again. The co-working area was really useful (with decent wifi), the staff were great and the rooms were mostly well-kept. I had a couple of minor issues but they were sorted quickly and with a smile.

The only downside I found is that I would say the rooms could do with a bit of a spruce-up (a couple of the plug sockets weren't working and there are scuff marks on the walls) plus it's disappointing that there is no aerial/cable signal available for the big TVs in the rooms, but it is good that they are internet connected to be able to watch Netflix/YouTube.

I stayed for two weeks in one of their hotel apartments, because I wanted to be able to cook for myself, wash clothes etc.
The hotel is not very new or modern compared to some of those you’ll find downtown, but it’s very cozy.

Really good value for morning. Great location about 5 minute walk from the 100am mall which has a Don Donnie as well as a Fairprice supermarket, multiple dining options including So Good Bakery, Toast Box, Mincheng Bimbimbap, Starbucks. Also same distance to Tanjong Pagar Centre with another Fairprice supermarket (this one bigger, frequented by locals, open 24 hours!), a good hawker center. 10 minute to Guocco Centre with more food options. Two MRT stations both within 10 minute walk - Tanjong Pagar and Outram Park (which is a large interchange station). 10 minute walk to Maxwell Food Centre, Duxton Hill.

Fantastic free coffee machine (one of those with buttons to choose Americano, Créma, Espresso…etc) in the Communal Kitchen, also mineral water machine with really cold water. Saves a lot of money. Big fridge in kitchen with supplies to make labels.

Super clean, super quiet. No TV channels or complimentary streaming but that’s ok because there is free wifi and you can watch on your own devices.

Would definitely stay here again.

Located near Cantonment road, this is only a short 5 min walk away from a really nice mall. Room itself was fine, bed was firm but okay. Sealant between the windows, bathroom and floor needs redoing as you do get a very small number on ants when we stayed. Bathroom was great, but again could do with better sealing around the tiles to reduce small pests from coming through. Shared facilities were great and staff were very helpful. Did not use the pool but that looked okay, could do with better lighting out there. Great location near Outram station so you can get to Sentosa and Chinatown pretty easily as only a few stops on the MRT. We stayed for a week and loved it.

The small rooms are very small. We were not bothered about the room so much because we were going to be out all day. But I would have preferred a bedside table. Only on one side because the otherside is against the window and wall. Had to keep waking up to get to my phone near the door.
The doors are very loud. Kept getting woken up throughout the night with doors being smacked and the floor is not carpeted so you can hear all the footsteps.
We stayed for 8 days. Only our bed sheet was changed once because I removed it to be changed. House keeping is Tuesday and Friday for block A.
Shops and 7/11 walking distance. There’s also metro station and bus stops all in 10min walking distance.

The location is great, and the room is clean. It's conveniently close to stores and restaurants. However, the room with the kitchenette is situated next to the communal area, which can be quite noisy until 1 a.m. each night. It would be better if the noise level were reduced after 11 p.m., like in other hotels.

Like the location of it, easy access by MRT, within 10 minutes walk from Outram station Exit 5. Also, if prefer a bus ride there a few bus stops for different route to get round the city.

My room we stay was clean and comfortable but very basic and there was only one chair in the room, so we need to take a turn to have the seat. There was a communal kitchen for the whole Block which was very crowded and busy during the lunch and dinner hours. And loads of rubbish found and the place was a bit dirty especially in the morning.

A week in this property has few challenges for disability access with a small ramp and awkward access to the room for a portable scooter. The pool was being resurfaced which was inconvenient. We booked 2 large rooms with only one being large enough and the other quite cramped. And we only had 1 adult per room.
However we still enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The communal kitchen and apartment had everything we needed and it was very close to everything. Grab orders for food were quick and there were so many choices we didn’t use the cooking facilities at all. I would definitely stay here again just be aware of booking a large or extra large room if you have mobility devices.

Top, amazing serviced apartments for best longer stay in Singapore imaginable. Lot's of younger locals and expats use it as a place to stay as well so it doesnt feel as a tourist place at all. Location is top, close to China town and river front, but still feels tucked away and hidden by Pinnacle skyscrapers. Highly recommended

Staff were absolutely lovely. First room was horrible but they moved me when requested. Could not walk beside bed and aircon terrible. Other than that good. MRT is quite a walk in the heat. The pool has no steps so was a bit hard to get in and out of if you have any mobility issues. I would say you have a 300 - 400m walk to food.

Bad start but overall good stay

I had an overall okay stay. The reception staff for the first 2 days were hopeless. I asked one on the second day to fixed the safe as it has ran out of battery and nothing was done when I got back in the evening. I went to the reception again to ask if it has been looked at and the evening staff said it was overlooked and apologised.
I then go on to asked about the night lights over the head of the bed and whether I could switch it off. Staff apparently said yes at the staff and said that the switch was beside the bed which was incorrect. He then mentioned that it could not be turned off as it acts as a low beam night light. Which again was wrong. I tried to sleep two nights with the lights on which I didn't get any sleep out of.

The following morning I was lucky to bump into the housekeepers. They manage to get my safe sorted and the maintenance guy was quick to sort out the issues. This include the light switches of the bed which is hidden behind the heavy bedframe.

Otherwise, my stay was great. Didn't really use much of the facilities as the location of the service apartment provided a variety of eateries, malls and touristy locations.
