Very nice hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly, specially Shafika. Amenities are nice, but as a gym goer, I’d prefer a more complete gym. Pool is nice with nice views and beds by the side. But it can get busy and they are the only shaded areas. I’d recommend having umbrellas available for very hot sunny days.

Breakfast is very complete.

The area is cool too with lots of options for food and walking distance to other nice areas.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian Singapore. The hotel has a very stylish and contemporary design while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The room was beautifully appointed with a great view, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well throughout my stay.

What really stood out was the service. The front desk team was professional, warm, and efficient from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to mention Shafikah at the front desk. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and made the check in process smooth and pleasant. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made a difference and left a lasting impression.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm yet vibrant, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Housekeeping was excellent and everything felt well managed and polished.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the Mondrian Singapore to anyone looking for a stylish hotel with great service and thoughtful attention to guests.

Great location, close to China town and other sites of interest. Only think there should be a two tier breakfast option, that is Continental and Full. As I’m not a big eater I found myself paying for a full breakfast when only having a bowl of cereal and a coffee!!! But others great place to stay.

Had a very pleasant 5 night stay at the Mondrian, the room was comfortable with all of the required amenities and the staff were friendly, helpful and competent.
The hotel was ideally located for our stay and we enjoyed a few drinks at the pool bar which was a lovely spot. I particularly liked all of the great artwork that surrounded the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Singapore.

We based ourselves at the Mondrian for a week while we took in the sights and sounds of Singapore. Located a stone's throw from Chinatown and the Maxwell MRT, we found it very easy to explore. The Maxwell Food Centre was an excellent option for dinner.

The staff were amazing, our room was big enough for two. The facilities were excellent. There were only two things I didn't like. I hate not having a top sheet on the bed. I sleep hot and not being able to sleep under just a sheet was a pain in the heat. We also struggled with the fact there was no light switch in the bathroom for nocturnal visits. If you wanted light, you had to turn the lights on for the whole room or take your phone . They are minor things and we adapted.

Overall, we loved our stay, and we would stay there again

Love how when i first arrive i didnt have to ask any question because the staff would proactively welcomes me and guide me to the front desk. The break was sweet and has a lot of variaty kf western and asian food. The view on the top floor was amazing, though i often found it pacm in the evening. The place arond the othel is also great because its walkable to nearby malls and its close to chinatown which is an amazing wxperience at night time.

Nice looking hotel - well designed, great location, nice rooms. However the size of the communal areas doesn’t fit with number of guests in the hotel. Huge queue at breakfast, not enough seats round the pool so impossible to hang out there, queues at reception. Pool looked beautiful with amazing views but we never got to use it. Breakfast is actually delicious but so annoying to have to wait 15 mins in a queue to sit down etc. The location is amazing - right by metro, bars and restaurants and a short walk to the main part of Chinatown. We were there on national day so a busy time. Maybe would be ok is less occupied.

This hotel is super stylish, has an amazing pool and rooftop views. Really incredible. The rooms are quite small but very nice. The staff are ok, not over friendly but polite and always got answers to what we needed. We never ate breakfast there so can’t comment on that.
Our only problem was that we noticed some euro cash had been removed from a bag in our room. We only saw this once we had left and We alerted the hotel - they were responsive and did some investigating but of course impossible to prove anything. Thats the only negative about our stay. It’s in a great area for food and exploring.

Girls trip away from the kids. Choose this hotel for its location, pool and feeling it would have few kids. Great location in Chinatown with no shortage of restaurants and cafes. Newly renovated but rooms are small.
Hotel breakfast is your standard hotel buffet, only did it once.
Great rooftop pool but disappointingly bar is only open from 1pm with very limited and expensive menu. Wifi by the pool is very poor as well.

Old towels (think 2-star motel), quirky design of that just doesn't really work, breakfast bit of a disaster with queues to get in and then again at the coffee machines. May have the three worst 5-star hotel bars, with the bar staff unable to make many of the classic cocktails (you want to give them a chance at first but then end up drinking somewhere else for the rest of your stay).

The hotel is in a nice location in Chinatown. Modern and with nice garden and rooftop. Breakfast buffet simply amazing. Great variety of food and drinks. Rooms are small and although i paid for a corner king woth nice view i ended up on the 8th floor with view of a parking lot.
There was nobody at check in when I first arrived and in general staff did not seem to be well trained. I asked for a wake up call which never arrived and for taxi on my departure day (which had to be organized after i checked out). The perdon in charge of the concierge seems to be prepared but the delivery of the suitcasr took a very long time and there was miscommunication.

Looks amazing but has absolutely no substance or comfort. Room's have no real storage for longer stays, no bench space in bathroom. Only cafe style seating in King size room no proper seating to relax I. Towels were small and thin something out of a roadside motel definitely not up to classier hotel standards where you are paying premium price. . Ok for a night or 2 and perfect look for Instagram but definitely not a place to stay for a proper holiday very disappointed. And they definitely know how to charge so make sure you have plenty of money to pay for absolutely terrible service. Rooftop pool was gorgeous but again expensive if wanting a drink or snack by the pool. Only good service we had was Christina's bar on the bottom level and the concerige. I would never stay here again pick another better hotel.

Loved everything about the hotel. Like a 5 star boutique hotel, close to everything, great staff at reception and concierge. Concierge couldn’t be more helpful and obliging and respectful. They were the best we have ever encountered. Christina’s restaurant disappointing. Staff not friendly, went to happy hour for drinks and so we made the most of it, to find out when we were paying the bill, that they had the happy hour menu next to the register and not on the tables. It cost us $192. The signage at the concierge does not mention see happy hour menu, implying all drinks apply. We told staff and signage did not change. Didn’t use Christina’s again. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

New and contemporary hotel located in Duxton Hill/Tanjor Pagar area, surrounded by great eateries/cafes and within walking distance to the MRT station. A great room, neither very spacious nor too small. The bed and the pillow have been the most comfortable in my 1 month trip over 5 countries and the staff are courteous and friendly. It's within walking distance to Chinatown. There is nothing negative at all about the hotel and the room. Would certain like to stay there again on my next visit.

The space under the bed could use some dusting. The lights system is a bit of an enigma. For example the toilet lights are next to the front door… in the dark it is a bit of a guess which lights will turn on. The bottle of wine in the room is over 130$ so think twice if your boss is paying…

I stayed two nights with four friends for a birthday celebration; this was a stopover before headed to Indonesia. I’ve stayed at another Mondrian property in South Beach Miami Florida, which brought me back to this brand. The best part was the rooftop pool with water containers flowing. While I wanted to rate it 5 stars, I wished there was consistency in pricing for services and products. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly. Very little to complaint. I would recommend this option.

The hotel is located in Chinatown and is less than 5 mins walking distance to dozens of restaurant including several Michelin rated restaurant.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and you’ll be greeted with smile every time you enter the hotel. My only “complaint” is the pool chairs is very limited (probably can fit 15-20 max).
