I am not sure where to even start to give the recognition and gratitude and praises this property deserves. Georgiana met my husband and I at the car service drop off out front giving the driver suggestions on where to park to allow easy access to bring our luggage up. We were then given a tour of the sitting area and private room, bathroom and balcony. Her warmth, kindness and care for ensuring we had the very best experience shone through each moment. Georgiana during our two nights gave us tips on the area, dining and exploring. She wanted to ensure everything was perfect. The day we left was my husbands birthday and she immediately pivoted and blessed him with a toast, and took pictures of everything. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book here again. No detail was ever missed!!!

It was amazing. Room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Location was great. It was right by transportation station. Trains were available to take you where you wanted to go. Ocean balcony view was amazing. Thebest part was Georgiana the property manager. From her help with planning trips and transportation to her restaurant recomendations to her providing beautiful pastries and coffees and her making unbelevable caprese salads and bilinies. She made it one of the most memorable places we have stayed and we recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Civitavicchia.

So this is a B&B, but we loved it. The location was very convenient in the middle of everything. The staff and owner were very friendly, so much so they felt like long lost friends. Breakfast was superb and had an emphasis on Italian offering key foods that would represent the country. While the rooms aren’t five star quality they were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our time there and would revisit this place.

A top-notch experience
We stayed here for one night awaiting our cruise. We arrived very early the day of check-in, well before the normal check-in time. Georgiana was very hospitable and welcoming giving us access to the sunroom/sitting area as well as providing us with coffee and breakfast. She arranged to have our room cleaned quickly after the check-out of the previous evening's guests, giving us access to our room around 1PM. She provided local information about Civitavecchia and also about things we may want to check out at the stops during our cruise. Though the exterior of the building was unassuming, the accommodations and services were five stars. We would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay there again any time we have another cruise leaving out of Civitavecchia.

A very comfortable place to stay prior to a cruise. The rooms had a balcony with views of the city and nice seating places. It's also centrally located with an easy walk to bars/restaurants. The breakfast provided was outstanding. Our host went to a special bakery and brought us delicious pastries. We also had fruit, deli meats and a beautiful caprese salad. Our host also set us up with a transfer to the port which was extremely helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

This property is perfect! I stayed the night before my cruise and the host was wonderful!! My flight got in earlier, so she made the place available 4 hours before check-in time and allowed me to have a late check out! Each room has its own bathroom and it’s a small property which is perfect for privacy. The common living room area where all guest can sit have espresso or wine and a snack while looking out at the ocean is wonderful. Everything is up-to-date and completely complementary. The host made myself and two other cruise passengers a wonderful spread for breakfast, including divine croissants from the bakery on the first floor, assortment of fresh fruit, and yogurt. And her espresso machine makes any type of coffee you want. I would stay at this place again over and over! If there’s a way I could give more than five stars I would!

External location felt run down. Greeted by Angelina who was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and took time to show us around the B and B and facilities. Great views of the sea and surrounding areas including the cruise terminal which was about a ten minute drive from the B and B. Continental breakfast wasnt for us not to our taste for example no cereals offered.

We stayed overnight before a cruise and it was a great experience. Georgianna is the ultimate hostess. She took care of all of our needs, including an uber to the port. Breakfast was fantastic and Georgianna filled us in on Italian culture and educated us on what to expect on our cruise. We thought it was just going to be a stop in preparation for our cruise but it was one of the best experiences we had! Great location from the train station and restaurants as well. The views were spectacular!

I am not a B&B traveler but this was really a great experience. Note this is not a hotel or a separate building, it is two apartments in a multi-use building, making it a tad bit difficult to find. With all this said, none of it matters as this is a FANTASTIC property and Georgiana, the host , is unbelievable.
The location is perfect to explore the town and for cruise ship connections. Georgiana is super helpful and the morning breakfast is worth the stay alone. I will not ruin the surprise(s) but it is not to be missed.

I can’t say enough to praise this hotel. The room and amenities were magnificent. The breakfast was elegant and delicious. Georgiana couldn’t do more to make our stay the best ever. She gave us a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner that was wonderful. We arrived the day before a cruise and our friend left a piece of his CPAP machine on the bed. He didn’t realize that he had done that until we were on the ship. I called Georgiana to see if she had found it. She went out of her way to bring the piece to the ship. I can’t say enough to express our gratitude for her going out of her way to do this. He would not have been able to sleep for two weeks until we got back to the US. There is nothing she wouldn’t do to make our stay special. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It’s really more of a B&B. You’ll be very happy you did. She also made arrangements for a transfer from the airport in Rome to Civitavecchia and then to the ship. We’ve never felt more at home in a hotel.

An Amazing Unexpected Experience
Needed a place to stay prior to our cruise and be had an amazing time here. Georgianna is the host and she made getting to the building easy, got us checked in a situated into our lovely room. The next morning she prepared a wonderful breakfast all served on Tiffany plates and cups as we looked out onto the ocean from the 12th floor. Wonderful place to stay before cruising!
We wanted a place to stay prior to a cruise, and wanted to explore Civitavecchia a bit. This suite was very close to the port, in a building shared with other residences. There was an elevator to our upper floor, and, in addition, we had access to a beautiful living/dining room and its' balcony, which had the most exquisite views of the water. We stepped outside several times during our visit to enjoy those views.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and nicely updated. The decor included delightful touches to make you feel at home. There was also a balcony overlooking the city, for us to sit outside and relax.

Our host, Georgiana, was outstanding. She accommodated our early arrival after cruising and provided a place for us to leave our luggage until our room was ready... The city of Civitavecchia is beautiful - I had researched so much about Rome and the cruise ports that we would be visiting that I was pleasantly surprised about how much I loved the area - I admit that I had done very little research about it other than the fort. The view of it from the Seaside Lounge was exceptional. The city is walkable (less than 1/2 mile) to the promenade, restaurants, the fort, the supermarket, the train station, and the famous kissing \"Embracing Peace\" statue... Regarding our accommodations, the building is secured and our room was clean and spacious. The building is about 1.1 miles from the cruise port and is walkable, but not with the amount of luggage that we had. We did use a taxi upon arrival... I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was phenomenal. We had some trouble communicating because of cell connection (all on our end) and Georgiana was beyond accommodating. Instead of just telling us the code to get in, she left her home immediately when she found out we arrived, gave us a tour, and helped us get settled. Once we were settled she recommended some great tasting local spots for dinner (all great recommendations). So many snacks and drinks available all at no extra cost! Breakfast was five stars all the way. There was stories to go with her culinary decisions and she ensured us all was locally sourced which was amazing. To stay anywhere else near the port would be a mistake. The view, the accommodations, and the host were PERFECT.

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would. The property itself was spotless, welcoming, had great amenities and gave a feel of comfort from the first moment. What makes this property extra special though is the staff. They have truly thought of everything. The breakfast is a step above, and they do not charge for anything once you arrive. Bottled water? Check. Sodas? Check. Coffee? Check. Mimosas with breakfast, an amazing view of the ocean, and hospitality no one else can touch. I've stayed here twice and cannot wait to return. Remarkable!

It’s definitely the place to stay before or after your cruise. Georgiana is a truly fabulous hostess, going above and beyond to make your stay wonderfully memorable. Breakfast was delicious, complimented by a Bellini or two. We stayed at this property for one night prior to starting a cruise which left from Civitavecchia. I had read the reviews prior to booking and they all seemed very positive. I am so glad we found this B & B- in my mind I had pictured a small old house with several rooms and a nonna serving breakfast- I could not have been more wrong! The property is actually on the top floor of a high rise, very modern and with excellent security. There is a balcony that goes all the way around the rooms and common room with floor to ceiling glass and amazing views of the water and the cruise ships at the port. There was a supermarket on the ground floor of the building which was very convenient, also it was an easy walk to restaurants and the waterfront. The area felt very safe even at night. Breakfast was a special event- Georgiana the proprietor hosts it and she is a lovely person, very personable and you can tell she truly enjoys hosting guests. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. As it turned out I realized at the end of our cruise that I was missing a pair of shoes and thought I may have left them at B & B. I sent Georgiana a message to find out if they had come across them and she immediately got back to me- I was able to stop there on our way out of town and pick them up. I got there during breakfast hours and Georgiana was so sweet to offer me food & drinks- I even left with a fresh pistachio croissant for my husband who was waiting in the car!

We stayed at the Seataly B&B for one night between our cruise and our flight home (leaving an extra day between the flight & cruise eliminated all the travel stress) and this ended up being one of the highlights of our 14 day trip. The accommodation was bright, clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. We woke up to an amazing view and a home-made gourmet breakfast made with fresh local ingredients.

The apartment was a short walk from the railway station, and Stephan met us before we even got to the apartment building entrance and helped us with our luggage. The view from the common room was fantastic, our bedroom decorated nicely, with a large bathroom. A continental breakfast the next morning was very good, great pastries, juice, yoghurt and expresso. Close to the old town for restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
