I had a one night stay. The hotel was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Nice room and comfortable beds. The bathroom was large had a good shower and a separate bath. There was in room tea and coffee. I would stay here again.

The parking area was really safe. The room was excellent and the evening meal was really good. The breakfast was ok but the bacon on both mornings was not good as it had been kept hot and gone hard. All cooked items on the second morning were very greasy so not so enjoyable. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was really good too.

The bad: Our room was abysmal - everything was dusty, there was dust and spider webs in the corners, the chairs had gross stains on them, the TV remote barely worked, phones didn't work, the bed was hard as a rock/super uncomfortable, and few of the outlets didn't work and looked risky.

We thought we were getting a room with a separate shower but we didn’t. The tub (for taking a shower) was very slippery and narrow. Other than that, the room was spacious and clean, staff was very helpful, bed was comfy. We thought we left something behind in our room and Steven was very helpful and seemed concerned that we find it. He made multiple trips to the room to try to find it. Not many employees would do that. Thankfully we found it. I would recommend this hotel.

Needed a fan and took 2 days to get it. When we used the fan it was so loud, I had to turn it off.We were put in a handicap accessible room, the shower was awful, water everywhere and the shower heads didn’t work properly. The thermostat was not user friendly, so our room was very warm. Flushing the toilet was an issue as well. Not impressed and wouldn’t stay there again.

EXCELLENT quick stay to be near Dublin Airport for early morning flight. We were in late and out early, but every service point was outstanding. Room was spacious and comfortable, and it was awesome to have Irish, US (110) and European outlets. Highly recommend as an overnight before flying - and only 20 minutes to Departures in the early morning.

The check in desk staff were very kind I asked if I could get in my room early. For 45 Euro I got to my room upon arrival around 11:30 am and went straight to bed. It was pouring rain. Michelin should give the chef at the Urban Kitchen 5 stars. The haddock in white wine in parchment was divine. We selected this hotel to follow a one night stay near downtown Dublin for its relative proximity to the airport and for the selection of beds to accommodate our family of five. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was included with the room price. The airport was a short drive away (11 minutes or a 30 Euro Uber ride) with minimal traffic early in the morning. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

It’s a good hotel, 15 minutes from the airport but at least 45 minutes from city centre. Nice reception and restaurant, good breakfast and free car park. Room was a bit rusty particularly the curtains but when we told the staff they cleaned it right away and they were so friendly. Checking out was not so good as they rushed us to check out exactly at 12 while we are actually busy trying to seal our luggage and double checking the room. We left at 1205 and we were made to feel as if we were quite late to leave the room. But when I fed that back to them they were friendly and acknowledged the mistake and promised to look into it which was good. Having a WhatsApp chat with them made our stay easier and they had good response time.

AC waa broken in our room and we asked multiple times about it to be told it was not working in our room. We were moved after the 3rd time asking about our AC to a room on the same floor to only find this rooms AC was broken as well. Went back downstairs for them to then say the problem was the whole floor and moved us to another room that finally had wifi but now we had to sleep in a double and we are both very tall people and it was still uncomfortable. This was for our honeymoon and there was no effort to make us more comfortable and we were treated as an annoyance and not paying customers . Very disappointing.

The price to start here was very reasonable. From the start of our visit to leaving was amazing. The staff were so friendly, customer focused, and nothing was ever an issue for them.
The room itself was spacious and so clean. They had a recycled box so that they are sustainable as well as environmental friendly. There was a bath and shower so you could do either. A nice finishing touch was the fridge in the room.
