We absolutely loved our junior suite—it was spacious, sunny, and very clean. Having a kitchenette and access to the airport shuttle made our stay especially convenient.

The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. While the location wasn’t right in the main downtown area, the price made it well worth it. There was also a grocery store and several restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Public transportation was easy to access, making it simple to get around.

We truly had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Location wasn’t great and the hotel hallways were dark and rundown. The room was fine, but not great. There was a rip in the curtains and the hotel overall felt a little sketchy. The staff was friendly and the shuttle was on time. It’s fine for a night if you’re going to the airport, but wouldn’t want to stay more than that.

Within half an hour of checking in, I left to catch a car and tripped and broke my foot on a small piece of metal in the parking lot that is meant to stop the gates. I had the car take me to the ER where I was x-rayed and the break was confirmed. I was keeping the hotel informed and eventually got a response that I could speak to a manager upon my return. As an employee myself, I asked for a copy of the incident report upon my return.

When I returned at 5 or 6am, there was no manager to speak to. I slept for an hour or so before I had to leave and- as I came off of the elevator with my newly acquired boot from my 9 hours in the emergency room- a gentleman in the front walked away and into the restaurant rather quickly. The front desk agent first told me that there was no paperwork to give to me (incident report) and that the manager had JUST LEFT. Very convenient. I had to leave to catch my plane so I couldn’t wait around.
So absolutely nothing was offered in the way of- anything. Just…bye.

So I’m back home and off of work for a few weeks.
And exploring options as how to proceed.

The hotel was fine but by no means is a 4 star hotel. Hard mattress, windows don’t open with odd second piece of glass blocking the window, doors slam hard to close and are loud. There was security in the lobby at 6pm when we checked in. Neighborhood did not feel like an area I would want to walk around but I only saw it in the dark.

The stay overall was great. I would stay here again. The room had one good size bed enough for two people and plenty of room left for luggage or simply walk around. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Both very clean. I was surprised to see how many outlets were available to charge phones, computers, etc. TV channels could be upgraded but who needs that when you have everything you need on your phone. The hotel has a cool bar and restaurant. I wanted to have shuttle service and this hotel has that available with plenty of rides almost every half an hour. I would recommend this hotel 100%. We booked this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight. We booked based on the 4 star rating and reviews along with the airport shuttle which helped us a lot.
We booked for 4 people and the only property type was an apartment. On arrival, the entrance to hotel was really nice and the reception were very welcoming. We were told our room was via an external entrance and on the 11th floor.
When we exited the lift we noticed cracked glazing to the windows with several other maintenance issues. When we entered the room, there was a strong odour and the apartment was unclean. We called reception and they kindly moved us to the 8th floor which was no better. The flooring was all damaged and is poor condition. Food waste in the entrance hall, hair the bed, spillages on the heater and general feel of uncleanliness. This apartment also had a strong odour. By this time, it was late and we had a young child who was hungry so we had no option but to go the restaurant have food and just use it for a few hour sleep before our early flight.
The sofa and chair in the living area was that dirty I wouldn’t let the children sit on them. The internal fire doors had started delaminating which can affect their integrity.
I don’t know understand how the hotel management thinks these apartments are safe and in an acceptable condition for hotel guests to stay in. I never leave bad reviews but this stay was up there with one of the worst conditions we have seen in a hotel accommodation.

Sadly, the stay was ruined b-c the heater REPEATEDLY was self - shutting down, every 1 to 2 hours. It did this all day and night. i informed the front desk, and spoke to a Spanish speaking man, who said the heater is not broken. I never said it was broken, I said, it keeps turning OFF.

It was often very cold in the room, MOST of the time. I had several bookings, not only this one, at this same hotel, only b-c there was no other options that made sense to me, nearby, for the holidays.

Other than that, the whole stay was above average, but, now, I am sick. The only other issue, was when I left the hotel, there was no shuttle on the holiday. Taxi costs were insane.

Excellent stay for 1 night. Reception was lovely, the girls behind the desk were super helpful offering us car park permits and the shuttle bus to the airport on check out.
The room was lovely and spacious, water in the room on arrival. Lovely bathroom - everything was very clean and tidy.

Breakfast very good quality - €18 each for a buffet style breakfast with plenty to choose from. Unlimited tea and coffee, with multiple tea choices too. Dairy free alternatives with milk and different bread types too.

It was further out from the city than we expected but the buses are every 5-10 mins into the town (E1 & E2). Make sure to bring change as they do not accept card.

Would recommend this hotel for either long or short stays, and shall be revisiting if we come back to Dublin.

Friendly staff. Very helpful shuttle crew. Just a little uneasy with door lock situation which made me feel unsafe & uncomfortable. Please put 1 or 2 more lock on the door. But overall, amazing staff, highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

This was an okay place to stay for 1 night during our layover, but i wouldn't go out of the way to stay here. The staff, however, was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with their provided shuttle and they reimbursed us for uber/taxi fees.

We stayed for the same reason most stay, apparently. We traveled back to Dublin from Bunratty for an early flight. The restaurant was good in the hotel, and we got a good night's rest before a pleasant shuttle ride to the airport. The Shuttle backed up almost to the main door of the hotel, and got us to the airport in plenty of time.

The staff was great. Very helpful with suggestions of places of interest. Rooms comfortable. Dining experience offered a variety of options and prices were reasonable. The shuttle to the airport was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The driver was absolutely wonderful. He was pleasant and friendly. I feel he went above and beyond in helping us with luggage and getting us to the airport.

This is my first time in this hotel and it didn't disappoint. A shuttle service to/from the airport, a very convenient location to quickly return to the airport, clean and spacious suites and, above all, an efficient and kind service from the personnel. Kudos to Diana from the front desk.

The TV only work from connecting to your phone and BlueTooth, however, as far away from the center of the hotel as we were, we had zero internet access. Two individuals at the facility were unable to fix this problem. Gratefully, we only were over-nighting to return to the airport. The shuttle was free! And hotel was at the end of the bus line, that was helpful.

Perfect for an airport stopover

A clean and modern hotel a short drive from Dublin Airport. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Food and drinks are reasonably priced in the restaurant and we enjoyed our meal.
Shuttle bus drivers were prompt and chatty and drove us with care.

I was a little concerned that the hotel seems to have 24 hour security guards at the entrance. Whilst this is obviously a positive step to keep the building and customers safe, it did make me a little anxious. Perhaps this is standard for a hotel in a capital city but not something ive come across before

The room was super clean! One shortcoming was that there was neither a mini-fridge nor an ice machine available. There are many reasons that guests may need to keep something cool, so I wish you'd reconsider that decision. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be good. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and made some mistakes at various tables. I'm not sure if she was given too many tables, or what the problem was, but she was struggling a bit and it affected the experience. The neighborhood didn't seem very good, but we didn't go out walking, so we felt comfortable and safe enough.
