Staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 6:00am and check in was supposed to be 4:00pm. They held our bags for us while we waiting for the room to be ready, and let us in a couple hours sooner. The room was clean, and we got it cleaned several times during our stay with no issues. It was in great walking distance to the busy hotspot streets, and plenty of bus stops/trams/trains to go further.

The water pressure in the shower is really low. There’s a half glass wall coverage with no door, leads to bathroom floor being flooded. Parking options are terrible and not explained well before arriving. You need to have a room key inserted to the wall to power lights, tv and A/C, I left my card and the housekeeping team took it.

The room was spacious, clean, spotless, quiet and had all the amenities like iron with a stand, blow dryer, etc. I stayed for a night with my kids and i think it was very comfortable and accessible just few mins walk from the square where all the shopping and restaurants are. The bathroom was very clean as well. Good value for money.

Our youngest child left behind a cuddly toy he received this Xmas from Santa Claus. We are absolutely certain we didn't pack the toy before departure and that the toy wasn't removed from the room. We saw it before bedtime and it wasn't taken out of the room at breakfast. When we called to check if the toy had been found when the room was being cleaned, we were told there was no sign of it. We are reluctant to accuse anyone of anything, but we are 100% certain that toy was in the room and did not leave the room in the time we stayed at the hotel. We stayed in Room 22. It might be in the wardrobe or stuck in or down the side of a bed, they're about the last places we can think where it might be.

This hotel didn’t quite live up to the great reviews. My bedsheet had a rip and multiple small holes which would have been very visible when fitting it. Shower water pressure was a bit low on both the 2nd and 5th floors. Our rooms (221 and 521) had virtually no natural light and 221 looked on to a brick wall. The hotel is at least 10-15 mins walk from the closest air bus set-down point on Aston Quay, although the return stop is closer. The restaurant charged us for an item we didn’t order. Luckily we noticed after paying and the excess was reimbursed. Reception staff were helpful and very good.

I booked this hotel because of the location (close to the office). The hotel lobby, bar and restaurant area was generally busy, and looked good.

The rooms are spacious, however, more effort could be used for cleaning.. personally didn't find it clean enough for my liking. The bed was a bit too soft for me as well. One thing to note, in my room, the sink was really low - some reason I was given an accessible room.

Aside from that, I liked that water was supplied everyday.

Pro tip - ask for slippers, will keep your feet clean.

The hotel is good. You can catch the bus just in front of the hotel, just a few meters down the road. The water dispenser is a very wise idea and shows the hotel management’s commitment to environmental issues.
Breakfast is good, and the staff are dedicated. The room is very nice and tidy thanks to the staff’s hard work, but the only problem is that there is absolutely no soundproofing at all.
The bathroom is nice, but the lights should be dimmable—at least one of the two lighting fixtures.

All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The hotel was great. Rooms were spotless and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was so nice we ate in the hotel for the 4 mornings we were staying there. Also very convenient for local amenities. Definitely recommend.

My stay was fantastic! Easy check in and check out. Super clean room with comfy beds. Kettle in the room and bottled water and biscuits were refreshed daily. Also loved that there were ice and water machines in the lobby so you could fill bottles before heading out!

Breakfast was also great and a huge selection. Food stayed warm and there was a designated dietary requirement area if you needed that.

Only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that there was a slight pee smell in the bathroom when we arrived but disappeared after I ran bath/shower etc.

The property is not bad but noticed poor maintenance and upkeep
There are two lifts but only one was in working order, busy season, parents with children and elderly people were seen queuing up for lifts for far longer
We stayed there for two nights but still there was only one lift working when we left.
To begin with, our room was at the fifth floor but we had to wait for long periods for the lift, going by stairs at my age was not wise, I get out of breath
We requested for another room at the ground or first floor which they gave us on the first floor so could come down by stairs.
But in this room we felt suffocated as there was not big window to watch the view outside, only small box window, high up near the ceiling and could not lift curtains for we could see other people’s windows
The worst thing was that all the lights were gone off all of sudden when we were having some snacks and drinks, phone on reception was off, my wife had to go to see at reception desk and informed about lights
After about 15 minutes, one person was knocking at the door, when my wife opened and the person was far from being polite and asked, ‘’ have you been using adaptors, should not use adapters’’ to which we said we got no adapters, only charges for the phone, seemed he was not interested to pay any attention and said again’ don’t use adapters’ and just slammed the door shut.
My wife was not happy, she was upset, she found this fellow been very rude and not even saying sorry for the situ

The first room we went into smelled very strongly, like vinegar and death. I very very rarely ask to change rooms, but after about 15 minutes I started to get a headache, this wasn’t a space I felt comfortable with having my 2 year old spend the night in. I asked to change rooms and the staff were very accommodating in the request. So I appreciated that. The new room was fine. We were placed in the basement of the hotel, which was a little depressing of a way to end our travels through Dublin. Overall the stay was only ok,
