My reserved room at Wynn was switched to Encore. We had quite a bit of luggage, are both old, and it's a haul. No bellman was offered. The shower is beautiful but disappointing - very conventional shower head. And of course this being Vegas you get cleaned out in every possible way.

That said, both Wynn and Encore are stunning properties. I only had night but I'd have stayed happily for a week. Very well-done. Excellent beds, large rooms, a somewhat annoying iPad control system, but yeah, this is a lovely place.

Incredible. Best in Vegas. Adolfo at front desk was amazing. Every single thing at Encore and Wynn were five star from Adolfo to our cleaning staff. We got lucky with Vegas being slow & discounted rates. Convenient to the Sphere and quick walk to the iconic Peppermill for brunch.

Fantastic place to stay! Not cheap, but everything in the building is first class. Great check in, given a free upgraded room, friendly efficient service. We dined at the Terrace Pointe Cafe twice. Service was fine dining level. Friendly, on top of beverages, timely follow up. DIANA really stood out. Great smile, energy, follow up and attitude, a real asset to the restaurant. All service staff in this restaurant was excellent. Room was complete with high quality amenities, artwork, Alexa commands for the room, and a great view of the strip/city. I would definitely stay here again, depending on rate, as it is not a cheap hotel, but a super classy place to stay. Keep up the grate work with the staff, everyone was friendly, gettin g us in the hallways as well as the casino and restaurants.

Lovely room and amenities. In great part of town away, at the far end of the strip across from a high end shopping mall. It has beautiful golf course attached to the property and plenty of design options. Vegas is rather trashy imo, but staying here improved our time overall.

Room was relatively clean. Bathroom could use better care (floors barely looked clean and the grout was a bit yucky looking in the shower). Considering how old the property is, there is very little wear and tear in the furniture. Would definitely consider staying at the Encore again.

The Wynn is a beautiful property! Rooms are first class , clean, and comfortable.
If you want to eat at any of the high end restaurants, you need to make reservations weeks in advance.
And one minor gripe: there is not a coffee maker in the room. You have to get dressed and take the elevator downstairs to buy coffee.

I loved the room on the 25th floor. It was very large and well designed and the bed was very comfortable. Good security. I liked very much, that the amazing breakfast/brunch came with the room for my reservation.
The cafes were overly expensive. I don’t like paying the resort fee when there are no resort activities in the winter.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at in Las Vegas. Front desk check in was immaculate in terms of customer service and fixing my issue. I booked on Expedia to stay at the Wynn Las Vegas property, however I did not know when you select the \"Encore Resort King\" the room is actually at a different hotel which is at the ENCORE property which is a completely different hotel/parking. I did not want to stay at Encore as we had tickets to see Awakening at the Wynn. Front desk was able to accommodate due to my platinum status.

Overall everything at the hotel is luxurious. Room was very clean and iPad provided which controlled everything from the lights, drapes, television was amazing. The bed/breakfast buffet was marvelous. The Awakening show was spectacular. Having cocktails at the AFT deck overlooking the waterfall was magical. I will most definitely stay at this property again but will make sure to book a WYNN room instead of Encore.

Great overall experience. Service was warm, professional and seamless. Self check-in process was quick and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was beautifully designed with great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities felt luxurious and well thought out. The only minor note is that I could faintly hear music and bass from the Encore club up until 3am, even from the 54th floor. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was noticable if you're a very light sleeper. That said, it didn't take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Booking here was a dream come true. The property is beautiful. My room was very basic and my room upgrade was a higher floor but same standard room. I was expecting better quality bedding, pillows and toiletries from Wynn. Service at Delilah and SW Steakhouse were also not what I’d hoped and unfortunately not worth the money. 10/10 cleanliness, 10/10 ambience, Awakening 7/10. I would visit this property again but choose to stay elsewhere for the price.

I had booked a stay at the Wynn. I did the pre-check so I could use the kiosk. The kiosk was hard to find, and as an exhausted traveler, that wasn’t fun. The kiosk told me I couldn’t sign in (annoying!) so I went back in line and the guy upsold me to the Encore.

The Encore was clean and beautiful but one of the glasses on the bar was broken and sharp. The tablet had a learning curve but was pretty cool. Maid service came when we were out all day but didn’t take the room service table and items so I guess you have to make sure you request that separately. The safe did not work which was a bummer. Room service food was incredible.

Great view, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I wish the suite was more of a suite but it served its purpose. My friends and I had a wonderful Galentine’s Day. Hotel was walking distance to Sphere.

First of all, the cleaning service was not fully satisfied. I found the previous guest garbage in the drawer and the left over food package on the shelf. And most importantly they don't offer a kettle or any sorts of hot water for free. When I ordered through in room dining service they charged me 11 dollars even though I ordered chicken soup and paid separately. I feel like with the price range they charge these service should be included.
