Absolutely perfect room, clean, fresh and the bathroom was spot on for a wheelchair user - grab rails in all the right places which is hard to find but made my stay here a breeze. Only issue is no nearby parking especially for disabled.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay - nothing but good things to say about them. The gym is small but has the essential equipment for a quick workout. It would have been nice if there were spa or sauna facilities available. The room itself was comfortable, with a cosy bed and enough space for two people. There was plenty of storage, although the safe was quite small. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a Tesco and a lovely coffee shop nearby. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the city centre and also well connected by bus and the DART, making it very convenient for getting around.

I stayed at Staycity Mark Street twice during my trip to Ireland, two nights when I arrived and one night before flying home. Both experiences were excellent for the price.
After an overnight flight, I paid for early check-in and was allowed in even earlier, which was huge. On my final night, I was upgraded from a small studio to a one-bedroom apartment, a very nice surprise to end the trip.
The rooms were clean but could use updating/walls repainted, it was comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette (mini-fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils). There was milk, coffee, tea, and sugar provided but no cooking basics like oil or salt, so bring your own.
The location is convenient, close to the Dublin Express stop, local transport, hop-on hop-off buses and Pearse DART Station for easy access to the coast. It’s an easy flat walk to major sights, about 20 minutes to Dublin Castle and 25 minutes to The Brazen Head pub. There’s a Tesco Express two minutes away. Some nearby streets felt a bit rough with homeless people around but we never felt unsafe.
I requested a quiet room away from the train tracks and slept soundly both times. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pricey, so I made my own in-room from a Tesco shop.
Overall, I have no real complaints, it’s not a high-end hotel but for what we paid it was clean, comfortable, and well managed. A solid 4-star stay and great value for a short visit to Dublin.

A Hidden Gem in Dublin.
This hotel is a real deal Close to Trinity College on the edge of Central Dublin. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely laid out and clean. With that said we had requested the rooms be cleaned on the fourth day of our visit and the request fell through the cracks and wasn't done until the 6th day. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly but only 2 staff on and no maintenence available in the evening. They had to switch my room because the shower didn't have hot water. The place is otherwise great. It is next to a train track (the small fitness room is literally under the train track) and there are a lot of homeless tents 100 yards away just around the corner. The rooms are nice and have a small fridge, cook top, and nespresso machine in them. Bathrooms are small but adequate.

A nice hotel with decent amenities and very helpful staff. I had an issue with my flight and had to check in a day later and they were able to hold my reservation. It's a clean property with a gym and laundry room. My room was small but I was only there for two days so I didn't mind. The hotel is in a great location and I was able to walk to all the major attractions.

I loved staying here! The room was clean, comfortable, and visually appealing. I loved that the room also had a fridge, coffee maker, and other kitchen appliances. I was greeted with wine and snacks which made my arrival feel very special. The location was great, too, just a 7-10 minute walk to Trinity College and 10-20 minute walk to all the other tourist locations in the city.
Above all, the service was great! All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to shout out Eduarda who was incredible!! Although I paid for early check in, she was able to let me check in even earlier than noon and even gave me a room on the quieter part of the hotel. Very close to Fleet Street without the noise but some grubby areas on the way. Tesco express just down street and fantastic bakery at the corner which was very convenient. We would stay here again!

When there are four sets of people in line to check in, many of whom have just arrived on trans atlantic flights, thus exhausted, is NOT when the ebullient check in clerk should be talking about her world travels with clients! Not helpful. Room very small. Clean but smaller than expected, and, black out curtains not working well. Finally, we were extremely disappointed, when we realized we left something in the room -- were on a train, only half hour after leaving, could not go back right then -- CALLED! Described what was left behind! Asked them to keep it for us, since we would be back in two days. COMPLETELY unhelpful staffer on the phone. We went back to hotel as we said we would, on phone, and staff were pretty rude. We were very sad. ****. Also, this hotel was very hard to find, as street it is on is not well sign-posted, and, the hotel itself has no signage out front. I wanted to love this place, but won't ber back. Buyer beware. There are other apart-hotels in Dublin.
