I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While your staff were lovely and friendly, the room conditions were significantly below standard, resulting in a very poor experience. I encountered a persistent and disturbing sewage smell in the room, and the noise levels from the corridors made it impossible to get a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the heating system was inconsistent, swinging between being too cold and excessively hot. Although I reported this to the team, no one ever came to assist, leaving me in total discomfort. To add to this, the shower head was extremely weak with poor water pressure. I appreciate the kindness of your team, but the physical state of the room and the lack of follow-through on my maintenance request were unacceptable. Given that my sleep and basic comfort were severely compromised, I am requesting a partial refund as compensation for these issues.

For the price it is a great deal The staff and Manager Ayna were fantastic. The restaurant food was very good. Clean rooms. Location is not the greatest. Overall very nice hotel stay.

Read needs blankets instead of the overly hot duvet. Waaayyy too hot, but then removing it is way too cold. Back and forth all night. The main point of a hotel is a good night’s sleep. However, the buffet breakfast is excellent (buy them in advance and save a lot of $). Also the suppers there are superb and inexpensive for Dublin.

The building and rooms were very modern. My only gripe about the room is that it was a bit too small for two people, granted that is what you get when you buyer a cheaper room. However, it felt as if there was very little room to move about. Additionally, we could not get comfortable enough because the room was hot and the windows didn't open. Side note: the food at the breakfast bar slaps though.

I most appreciated being able to access my room hours earlier than the normal check in time. This was especially helpful after a transatlantic flight early in the morning. My husband and I stayed at Dublin One for the Vikings vs Steelers football game, Sept. 28, checking out on Sept. 29. We’re American and flew in from Manchester UK from visiting family. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Aine who was surrounded by mounds of luggage from other visitors also there for the game. Aine was so professional and kind. I booked the wrong room type, and Aine kindly changed it to the room I meant to book. This worked out perfectly as the room was ready and we were able to drop off our luggage in the room, which was one less piece of luggage for Aine and her staff to carry to rooms. We left the next morning to catch our flight back to Manchester, after arriving back, my husband realized he left his wallet at Dublin One. I called immediately and fortunately Aine answered the phone and she remembered us. I explained what happened and gave her my contact info. Fortunately and miraculously Aine found the wallet!!! Aine ensured she would mail/post it to us to our next destination. The wallet arrived at our next destination and I contacted Aine to let her know. Never before have we experienced the above and beyond service that Aine performed! She is an essential and exceptional professional of Dublin One! Without Aine, our trip to Dublin would have been disastrous. Many thanks again to you Aine!! When we travel to Dublin again, we’ll be sure to at least have a glass of wine! Best to you always! Thanks Dublin One!!

The parking for the hotel is almost a half mile away across a busy road and attached to the hospital. They don't tell you this until you book and then they don't even give you an exact location in the email they send. We had to luckily find a spot right in front and run in and ask where the parking is. If the parking is full at the hospital, you are SOL unless you wait in line for a spot to open and then drive around trying to find one. Then haul your luggage a half mile. The hotel itself is great, it is super clean with friendly staff, but that parking situation sucks.
