The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were very quiet, beds were very comfortable. Bar area and restaurant were very nice, although we just enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The staff for the morning breakfast was so nice, Himanshi, Diego, Leon and Martina all worked so hard and kept everything clean and tidy. A little more variety for the morning breakfast would be great, but really a minor complaint. We hope to be back to enjoy this hotel and Dublin again soon!

The staff were great, especially in the bar and restaurant.Just a shame that our request for more water in the room was never followed through.
Also, slightly disappointed that the skirting board in the room needed re painting/ re- filling-..
Otherwise, a nice room, with a small balcony.The bathroom was great!
Breakfast was fine, although not much fresh fruit and no choice of milk for lactose free people.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience fell far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
I arrived shortly after 1 a.m. after a long journey and was left waiting approximately 30 minutes at reception while staff attempted to locate my booking. During this time, very little information was provided beyond being told that a manager was coming. Eventually, I was given a room and assumed the issue had been resolved.
However, around 2 a.m. I received a call from reception informing me that I had been placed in the wrong room and needed to move immediately. As a solo female traveller in an unfamiliar city, being asked to pack my belongings and relocate rooms in the middle of the night was both disruptive and unsettling.
What was most disappointing was not the original booking error itself, but the way it was handled. Mistakes happen. Good hotels minimise the impact on guests. Instead, the consequences of an internal issue were passed directly onto me.
The first room also appeared only partially serviced, with cleanliness concerns despite the bed having been made. During the room change, the interaction at reception felt unprofessional, with a significant amount of personal information being shared by staff while I was simply trying to understand what was happening and return to bed.The replacement room raised further concerns. The Wi-Fi did not work etc. Overall, the experience felt incredible poorly.

Recently stayed 3 nights here. Good sized room. Dublin had unusually warm weather while we were there and the well functioning A/C was appreciated. Mini fridge was not working well and did not keep items cold. Our room was near train line, but minimal train noise at night.

Location is ok - about 20 mins walk to Temple Bar. Red line tram and other trains are very close. Talbot St area seemed questionable at night, so would avoid that.

Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again.

We were excited at first but then reality set in. The hotel is right beside the DART ...so loud into the night. My A/C didn't work and I had to move rooms and that A/C only partially worked...wasn't cooling like it was supposed to. It's a \"green\" hotel, which is great, but the room lights and electric and elevator were a pain for newcomers and the directions had to be asked for several times from the front desk. The morning staff person the first morning was super grumpy and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to unlock the front door for us....we had a tour that morning..early. I had my room tidied on day two and they left me a super dirty towel and partially stained hand towel. Neither were mine...they were supposed to be my new clean ones after the bed was made etc on day two. Disgusting!! The area that the hotel is in is great, but do NOT stay in that hotel. You will not feel rested to enjoy your time in Ireland. Very sad stay...but WOW, Ireland countryside is AMAZING!!

Staff were polite and helpful; they allowed us to leave our luggage prior to checking in and then again on departure day.

I booked this room for my brother who arrived from The USA that morning.
He got badly bitten all over during his stay.
We had a family meal in The Restaurant which was also a bad experience.
The food when it eventually arrived was cold and some dishes were absolutely tasteless

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Connolly train station. Our Club room was spacious and clean, and having access to the club lounge for morning coffee, juice, pastry, fruit, and yogurt was a fantastic perk. The bed was also very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was our first night. We were initially placed in a room right next to the railway tracks. Every time a train passed, it was incredibly loud and the room actually vibrated. Since trains run early in the morning until late at night, it was too noisy to sleep. Luckily, the staff were great when we requested a quieter room away from the tracks, and the rest of our stay was much better!

I can not say enough about this hotel and its staff. When we arrived the staff went above and beyond to help us access our electronic tickets for the day. They even called out of country to make this happen. We had not even checked in yet. When we arrived back later in the day to check in they were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Had a good stay at the Address Connolly.

The hotel itself if beautiful, love the art as you walk to the elevators. It’s in a good location, about 20 minute walk from the Temple area - however it does not always feel very safe walking home late at night. Ubers are quite expensive €20-30 so may want to be nearer the Temple area if this is what you want to do most. Our room had a lovely large bed, the shower was amazing and boiling hot, and there was someone on service at all times.

Our negatives from our stay were that our room (565) had a very strong odour of cigarettes, this started on our second night, seemed as if someone nearby was smoking. The train station nearby is also very loud during the day, and you could hear people in the hallways and nearby rooms. We had to wait a long time for any lifts to get to and from our room, at one point we waited 15 minutes before giving up! Some parts of the room looked as if they could have done with a deep clean, but the day cleaners did a good job.

Overall we had a good stay, and the hotel was mostly just a place to stay. Would reccomend visiting the Silver Penny - Wetherspoons nearby for a cheap drink, Dublin zoo, yellow jelly for brunch, and the whole Temple bar area.

Staff were lovely, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained in general. The room was lovely, comfy bed, bathroom everything had you need.

Downside was the heat in the room. It got so hot and stuffy that we had to open the balcony door (bear in mind the hotel is opposite a busy train station) and the air con unit, even when turned down as low as possible in temperature and up as high is possible in power, the only thing it did was make plenty of noise. Not the best night sleep as a result.

The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, at the time we were there there was some type of leak which had a terrible smell on the lower level, which is where they served breakfast and the Spa/gymwas located.
The area is not very good somewhat unsafe. Although they said that the rooms were soundproof they’re right next to the train station and the train tracks. You could still hear them.
It was easy check-in and the staff seemed very nice. Would not stay here again.

Wouldn't recommend - my initial room was right next to the train track, so very noisy. They were full, so they could only move me the following day. The next room wasn't as close to the train track, but you could still hear it.

We were travelling with a group and others in my group had the same issue.

Whilst the room was nice, given the noise and for the price I paid, it wasn't worth it and I won't be going back there.

On first impression this is a charming, welcoming, comfortable, well located hotel.
The ‘state of the art’ electronics are a complete pain: lift operation, curtains in room, heating and air-con. After having our lift card replaced four times, we gave up and used the stairs to the 9th floor.
Staff in the breakfast room have no idea about table clearing, setting, re-stocking… The toaster takes 10 minutes and the plates on the hot buffet are stone cold.
We dined at North: excellent meal and service, until we vacated our table and tried to order further drinks at the bar - hopeless!
Sadly, despite its many good points, we won’t return or recommend this hotel.

This could be a fabulous hotel but it is let down by its location and the customer service.
Stayed in a Club room which was great. Well designed and clean and comfortable. Except that it had a direct view of a railway track and the noise from the trains is very full on when one passes.
The rooms are “smart” rooms with individual WiFi and we couldn’t work out the password, called reception and was told very brusquely by Carlo to press home on the TV twice. Didn’t work. He was very impatient, said he would send someone up nobody came.

Tried to charge on arrival despite having pre-paid. Wasn’t interested in seeing the receipt for payment and kept insisting that he needed to collect payment.
Eventually backed down.

Ate in the North restaurant, food was OK and reasonably priced but service was VERY slow.

The area around the hotel is far from the best that Dublin has to offer

We booked to use the spa on the sunday, the day we checked out as our flight wasn't until late. They told us you could not have the full day and would have to leave at the same time as the hotel check-out But still have to pay full price.

You should be able to have the full day at the spa on your last day, ridiculous rules.

The hotel was very convenient across rom the train station and buses. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. The bar/bistro connected had great food, drinks, and a wonderful staff. I recommend Sean the bartender!! My only issue was the keys to get into the room and elevator, if you put it next to your phone or watch it would disconnect it and it was a pain. But besides that 5 stars all the way!

Booked a family room, but it wasn't available due to maintenance. They gave us 2 interconnected rooms which actually worked out better and offered us free breakfast as an apology, so very happy. Breakfast was ok, lovely setting, decent selection but we were there 10mins after breakfast started and the hot food was all a bit overcooked. Service was a bit slow when we couldn't find tea spoons and the girls at the front were too busy chatting. Very friendly staff overall, and lovely hotel. Amazing location

Interesting intro to this hotel - we were given 3 keys but didn’t realize we would need to use all three keys at different points throughout entering our hotel room. Instructions weren’t given for this. Thankfully another hotel guest was able to assist. Unique quirks in the room - wished there was also explanations for this. Very confusing as first time guests. However, the restaurant was amazing!

I’ve stayed at the Address Connolly five times in recent years. I’ve always been pleased with the stylishly updated and quiet rooms, the 24 hour gym, the accommodating staff, and the Club amenities. But, this stay was particularly excellent. The housekeeping was excellent, the front desk was helpful with my business needs, and the amenities were impeccably maintained. Kudos for this well-priced luxury experience!

The hot tub is part of the spa, and is not included in the stay.

The club room was beautiful! Well appointed, all the comforts of home, fridge, clothes storage, coffee station, generous outlet locations and lighting options... a comfortable mirror set up outside the bathroom to do hair and makeup. The bathroom is beautiful too. Bed super comfortable. The little roof top lounge in the club area was cute but we did not utilize it.

We were right beside the train tracks. I personally found the noise non disruptive, we slept through it easily, did not disrupt conversations, tv or sleep, but something to to aware of.

Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Comfortable bed is the only highlight

The staff was not friendly whatsoever upon check in. The lady who checked us in did not tell us where anything was (i.e. restaurant) didn't tell us that we need to use a key card in the elevator (one of the two elevators does not have a sign explaining how to use the key card to activate the elevator) and we witnessed multiple guests struggle with this. Room was fine except there were many silver fish in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. For the price, I'd look elsewhere. Location also isn't great if you're looking to be central, it was about a 15 minute walk to get to any of the areas we wanted to visit.

There is something wrong at this hotel. Every other person i met staying at the hotel agreed. And i was staying in an expensive lounge suite even.
1. There are people who appear to be living at the hotel. Strollers and screaming kids everywhere. Kids going to school every morning from the hotel. Strange people walking around.
2. Both my TVs were not working, needed to be ripped from the walls, and the maintenance guy said someone had stolen the HDMI cables before me. What?
3. My A/C never worked
4. My hot water didn't work the first day.
5. The train shakes the entire lobby. The train was also so loud in my room that i needed to leave to get peace. It was like someone was banging a pan with a hammer.
6. The lounge room is so small and understocked that it's not worth the extra cost.

My most expensive hotel on my Ireland trip and, by far, the worst. It's like the staff knows of all the problems and tries to convince you you're crazy and it's all made up.

We really struggled with our short stay at the Address. While the rooms are nicely decorated, ours was obviously not cleaned before we arrived. The floors, counters, and shower were all dirty. They did offer to come and clean which was appreciated but not done very well. The card used to activate the elevator (different from your room key) only worked half the time. This was common among other guests we encountered while there. In addition, the air conditioning was unfortunately not working making the room very hot. It was just a frustrating stay overall and we didn’t feel relaxed or comfortable.

The hotel is right across the street from central train station and has a number of bus routes next to it. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Dublin airport express bus stop in front of the Customs House, and 15 minutes from the central shopping area on Grafton Street or Temple Bar area.

Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There are a couple places to eat at the hotel or countless places around it.

I wanted to be near the station and was surprised how close it was, I was then worried about the noise but I didn’t hear any trains, any rumbling no disturbance. The hotel is in easy reach of lots of other transport, buses, trams, taxis and is in walking distance 10 minutes from the River Liffy. The hotel was wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, clean and airy, The bed was so comfortable, the shower was fantastic, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, tv, towels, etc etc. I will definitely be going back to this hotel
