The hotel was lovely and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet and not noisy at all. There is a Spar shop around the corner, the train station right outside too and the hotel is a short 20 min or so walk to the city centre.

This could be a fabulous hotel but it is let down by its location and the customer service.
Stayed in a Club room which was great. Well designed and clean and comfortable. Except that it had a direct view of a railway track and the noise from the trains is very full on when one passes.
The rooms are “smart” rooms with individual WiFi and we couldn’t work out the password, called reception and was told very brusquely by Carlo to press home on the TV twice. Didn’t work. He was very impatient, said he would send someone up nobody came.

Tried to charge on arrival despite having pre-paid. Wasn’t interested in seeing the receipt for payment and kept insisting that he needed to collect payment.
Eventually backed down.

Ate in the North restaurant, food was OK and reasonably priced but service was VERY slow.

The area around the hotel is far from the best that Dublin has to offer

The area wasn’t the best, close to the railway station but quite a lot of dodgy characters about. Bedroom was also not particularly clean, bedding was soiled when we arrived and I had to ask them to change the bedding. Toilet didn’t flush waste away properly and the floor needed hoovered….

We booked to use the spa on the sunday, the day we checked out as our flight wasn't until late. They told us you could not have the full day and would have to leave at the same time as the hotel check-out But still have to pay full price.

You should be able to have the full day at the spa on your last day, ridiculous rules.

Ruined my partners birthday, whcih happened to be on the sunday the day of check out.

The hotel was very convenient across rom the train station and buses. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. The bar/bistro connected had great food, drinks, and a wonderful staff. I recommend Sean the bartender!! My only issue was the keys to get into the room and elevator, if you put it next to your phone or watch it would disconnect it and it was a pain. But besides that 5 stars all the way!

Booked a family room, but it wasn't available due to maintenance. They gave us 2 interconnected rooms which actually worked out better and offered us free breakfast as an apology, so very happy. Breakfast was ok, lovely setting, decent selection but we were there 10mins after breakfast started and the hot food was all a bit overcooked. Service was a bit slow when we couldn't find tea spoons and the girls at the front were too busy chatting. Very friendly staff overall, and lovely hotel. Amazing location

Interesting intro to this hotel - we were given 3 keys but didn’t realize we would need to use all three keys at different points throughout entering our hotel room. Instructions weren’t given for this. Thankfully another hotel guest was able to assist. Unique quirks in the room - wished there was also explanations for this. Very confusing as first time guests. However, the restaurant was amazing!

I’ve stayed at the Address Connolly five times in recent years. I’ve always been pleased with the stylishly updated and quiet rooms, the 24 hour gym, the accommodating staff, and the Club amenities. But, this stay was particularly excellent. The housekeeping was excellent, the front desk was helpful with my business needs, and the amenities were impeccably maintained. Kudos for this well-priced luxury experience!

The hot tub is part of the spa, and is not included in the stay.

The club room was beautiful! Well appointed, all the comforts of home, fridge, clothes storage, coffee station, generous outlet locations and lighting options... a comfortable mirror set up outside the bathroom to do hair and makeup. The bathroom is beautiful too. Bed super comfortable. The little roof top lounge in the club area was cute but we did not utilize it.

We were right beside the train tracks. I personally found the noise non disruptive, we slept through it easily, did not disrupt conversations, tv or sleep, but something to to aware of.

Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Comfortable bed is the only highlight

The staff was not friendly whatsoever upon check in. The lady who checked us in did not tell us where anything was (i.e. restaurant) didn't tell us that we need to use a key card in the elevator (one of the two elevators does not have a sign explaining how to use the key card to activate the elevator) and we witnessed multiple guests struggle with this. Room was fine except there were many silver fish in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. For the price, I'd look elsewhere. Location also isn't great if you're looking to be central, it was about a 15 minute walk to get to any of the areas we wanted to visit.

There is something wrong at this hotel. Every other person i met staying at the hotel agreed. And i was staying in an expensive lounge suite even.
1. There are people who appear to be living at the hotel. Strollers and screaming kids everywhere. Kids going to school every morning from the hotel. Strange people walking around.
2. Both my TVs were not working, needed to be ripped from the walls, and the maintenance guy said someone had stolen the HDMI cables before me. What?
3. My A/C never worked
4. My hot water didn't work the first day.
5. The train shakes the entire lobby. The train was also so loud in my room that i needed to leave to get peace. It was like someone was banging a pan with a hammer.
6. The lounge room is so small and understocked that it's not worth the extra cost.

My most expensive hotel on my Ireland trip and, by far, the worst. It's like the staff knows of all the problems and tries to convince you you're crazy and it's all made up.

We really struggled with our short stay at the Address. While the rooms are nicely decorated, ours was obviously not cleaned before we arrived. The floors, counters, and shower were all dirty. They did offer to come and clean which was appreciated but not done very well. The card used to activate the elevator (different from your room key) only worked half the time. This was common among other guests we encountered while there. In addition, the air conditioning was unfortunately not working making the room very hot. It was just a frustrating stay overall and we didn’t feel relaxed or comfortable.

The hotel is right across the street from central train station and has a number of bus routes next to it. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Dublin airport express bus stop in front of the Customs House, and 15 minutes from the central shopping area on Grafton Street or Temple Bar area.

Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There are a couple places to eat at the hotel or countless places around it.

I wanted to be near the station and was surprised how close it was, I was then worried about the noise but I didn’t hear any trains, any rumbling no disturbance. The hotel is in easy reach of lots of other transport, buses, trams, taxis and is in walking distance 10 minutes from the River Liffy. The hotel was wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, clean and airy, The bed was so comfortable, the shower was fantastic, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, tv, towels, etc etc. I will definitely be going back to this hotel

I booked this property as it offered a pool (thought great for the kids). However it’s actually extra at €25 per person, per day so didn’t experience it.

The rooms were fantastic. Super comfortable, climate controlled and a beautiful view of a train track. Not complaining though. Had the privacy it need. Beds super comfortable. Slept really well.

A perfect hotel for anyone taking trains from/into Connolly station. It’s right over the road. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel and very nice helpful staff. Stayed in a King Club Room and the view was a brick wall however, the room was huge and on low floor as requested so I didn’t mind. I could hear the trains a bit but I can honestly say it’s the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in so the noise didn’t keep me awake. Well stocked Spar shop next door and a takeaway, few pubs and the Luas all on the doorstep. 5 mins walk to the Busaras bus station annd Epic Museum and 10 mins walk to the waterfront and O’Connell Street. The only thing that let the hotel down was the toiletries as I had to go out and buy my own. The toilet roll was cheap, no hair conditioner and the shower gel was that strong tingly style. Would stay here again.

The hotel location is very central, staff were friendly and helpful. The reception area is nice and the room assigned to us was aesthetically pleasing. Main reason for my lower rating is poor sound insulation. You could hear everything in the corridors and the water pipes which made it very difficult to sleep.
