Considering the small town location, the Bluebird was a satisfactory experience. Clean and comfortable, yet spartanly appointed, our room had a large desk, a small refridgerator, and a coffee maker. They seem to be renovating many of their rooms which gave the appearance they were closed, leading to some confusion checking in.

I chose this motel over another one nearby because it has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. It exceeded my expectations! The lady at the front desk was kind, funny, and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was hot and had plenty of water pressure, which is not always the case at hotels and motels. The bed was very comfortable. I will be coming back to the area on business and will definitely stay here again.

Had a quick stop on the way to a hiking trip on the coast. We arrived late (a touch after 9), but the host was very good at communicating, and called personally to help with late check in instructions. The parking lot needed paved, the carpet is bunched and when someone walks across the floor you can feel it all over the room. The television and channels were great. The surrounding companies including the hotel do not stay open very late so please beware of that.

We had a two night stay. I would give it a two on cleanliness. Several people sitting outside in the evening smoking dope. We had a room in back section. There was a Schwan’s frozen food truck parked right outside our door. Freezer cycled on and off all night. When I talked to office. Was told they paid for that spot and electricity. Our room should never have been rented out with the truck parked there. Even the maid said it was noisy all of the time.
