The location of the hotel was perfect.
You are practically walking distance to the downtown pier.

The staff where all very helpful, pleasant, professional and polite.

I can tell the hotel was a bit outdated, but they are working on it. Despite all that, none of the less, the rooms are empecably clean!

The property is out-dated and needs a makeover. Walls and ceiling are thin, so could hear kids stomping and running around late at night and plumbing from nearby rooms was very loud.

Staff are very friendly and the location is great! Very walkable to the downtown core without the hotel being too expensive. Breakfast is mostly just muffins from Costco and fruit. There’s oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, tea and coffee, but don’t expect hot sausages, scrambled eggs or a waffle maker.

It was a double bed when i paid for a queen. The staff were amazing and kind.
The big stain on the floor was gross because it was white. The breakfast didn't have bread but it did have peanut butter and jam. To put on what, im not sure....

The room was super clean and quiet and I really liked having the balcony. It is an older place, but it has lots of character and lots of very friendly staff that make it a more personable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the complementary coffee was very good. Prices can’t be beaten.

Expedia advertised this place as having a sauna and the sauna has not been in use for several years. It’s the only reason we were staying t this property is for the sauna. In addition to checkout is late at 4 PM and in order to check in earlier you have to pay a fee.

This was one of the very smooth stays we’ve been in a hotel. Everything is straightforward and as shown on their posting. The bed was very comfortable and deep sleep inducing 👍. Breakfast was great, very good muffins. Just a quick note to not do online check-ins and check-outs, as it was advised from the front desk to just go straight to them on the time of your check-in and these online forms are not of necessity.

There is NO sauna.
The location is nice in relation to the downtown core, you honestly get what you pay for the price. The wood furnishings like door trims and stairs are much older than the photos make it seem. The room itself was tidy and clean. For a one night stay it was good, if I were to stay any longer I’d probably choose one of the more popular options.

Booked last minute, 4 rooms showed available still in my category. Room smelled bad as soon as you walk in, mix of cleaner and who knows what that they couldn’t get rid of. Told no other rooms available. Photos are now outdated and rooms have a lot of general wear and tear now on the minimal refresh (paint only?) that was done at some point. I didn’t expect much for the price but the value isn’t there, spend a few bucks more for the days inn other other that doesn’t have such old bones and suffering from ongoing lack of maintenance. Breakfast was also a pretty weak showing so I ended up having to go out for that anyways, so much for saving a few bucks
