This hotel is such an easy quick walk from the Airport and the bus station which are side by side. In under 10 minutes we left the airport, walked to the hotel and checked in.

Room was basic but clean, maybe a little more basic than expected (the closet was in the bathroom) --but worth the convenience and 5 minute walk to the airport, perfect for an early morning flight. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only real disappointment was the dining option (only two choices because it was a holiday ?) Would stay again

I arrived after the restaurant had closed but they were kind enough to put together a platter of charcuterie and bread which was perfect. Room and facilities fine, a short walk from the airport which could be better signposted but probably not the hotel’s problem.

We got in late on the train around midnight after 23 straight hours of planes, trains and automobiles. Staff were very welcoming. Much appreciated my friends. Room is modest and clean. Close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet. We are well rested for the camino frances.

Undeniably conveniently close to the airport - no transport required to get to the terminal, we just walked.
Other than that it is just a very ordinary example of 'travellers' accommodation.
I would not want to spend more than 1 night there.

Cleanliness is not top. We saw a splatted mosquito with blood on the wall when going in and one of the bed sheets had an old yellow stain. The towels were clean but smelt of white vinegar and didnt feel soft. Breakfast and staff were nice.

Hotel is nice enough. We booked a stay before catching a very early flight. The location was perfect; we were able to walk to the airport in the AM rather than booking a taxi or waiting for a shuttle. There's a restaurant on the premises but it was closed the day we were there so keep in mind this isn't really close to any food/shops because it's right by the airport. We ended up having Doordash deliver our dinner since we didn't have a car. There is a bus stop for a bus that goes into town but we were too tired. All in all a great spot for people who need to stay near the airport.

I liked everything as they repair your reserservation failure to record the right date for my visit.Your system recorded the day of my reservation but not the day of my staying.
Since, I am still in the Sates and your reserved for the 11th, I asked for the 27 th.
As I could not reach you, I wrote to them and explained how inefficient you were. It took me a whole day to repair your system failure.
I learned that you were not cheaper than any other companies and that you were horrible to reach.

I repeat, nothing wrong with that hotel that I used before and I recommend the restaurant that serves the very good French food, the service is impeccable.

Sure to be disappointed at the sure hotel.

Bitterly disappointed, admittedly the COVID has an affect but this shouldn’t affect service being provided, the evening meal left a lot to be desired, the breakfast was a joke, hot choco.instead of coffee the list goes on, and to top it all they took the money twice, when contacted told it was a holding cushion and would it would be returned within a week, I rest my case.

Incredibly difficult to find the entrance if driving direct from Airport - no signs from that road only entrance required a code we were not given.

After about 25 minutes of driving we finally found it and checked in smoothly from there out.

Stayed here because it was within walking distance from the airport. It was late and check-in was quick and easy. We had breakfast with them the next morning and it was great. We had to wait for a shuttle pick up to take us to St. Jean pier de port to begin the Camino de Santiago and they had a great lounge area with WiFi to stay in after checkout.

Airport overnight

This hotel is your only choice in Biarritz if you need or want to stay at the Biarritz airport. It is ideally located adjacent to the airport and only a 5 minute walk to the terminal. There are buses every 1/2 hour into downtown Biarritz...easy and convenient...as well as a bus to the train station.
The room is typically small like most French hotels but comfortable beds and a decent bathroom and shower. There is a bar and restaurant. The restaurant was not open to the public in the evening, but was for guests with a limited menu. There are no other restaurants nearby so this was welcome. The food was surprisingly good and the service excellent.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the motorway. It is situated next to Biarritz airport but we did not hear any planes late at night or first thing in the morning

There is a restaurant at the hotel but the chef was having the night off when we stayed. However the reception did offer to cook us something. In the end we drove down the road into Anglet approx 5 mins away. Here we found the Geant supermarket and a restaurant next door which was excellent value for money

Basic clean rooms next to airport, but no noise at night. Not close to anything else. WIFI is terrible and asking for help from staff just gets embarrassed shrugs as everyone complains.
Would be useful if they had a small fridge in the room.

great for airport access

Staff were friendly and always gave information about transport and nearby places such as a laundromat. Room was quiet and clean with coffee and tea making facilities. Restaurant was appealing and breakfast was plentiful with good variety. Buses run frequently to the nearby towns and to the railway station. When arriving or leaving, the airport it is about 200 metres to walk but there is little noise from planes.

We had great difficulty finding the Motel as the Sat Nav sent us to an address 5 km away! However, once we found it, it proved to be perfect for us both plus the dog as we were able to park outside our room which was also next to the Amary's Restaurant. The food and buffet was excellent, as was the breakfast. Note: The Motel is literally 200 meters from a private airport but there was no plane activities between 1900hrs and 0800hrs so we were not disturbed by this. We would use the Motel again if we were in the locality.

No frills but decent

Stayed here before checking in at my resort the following day. It's in Biarritz right by the BAB airport, and literally feet from Anglet as it is right on the city limits. I was on ground floor. Was a bit afraid of the noise level, which was high right outside the door into the evening. Left, came back at 2, and it was very quiet at night. Nice firm pillows made for a great night!!! Shower/bath is most basic, like room, but decent. There are much nicer hotels around, but to spend a night before checking into my resort, or before taking off from the airport, I would definitely recommend it. Front desk was very nice, but they seemed overwhelmed at one point. Only one person there and a few parties to handle. Did not have breakfast. Complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is nice.

Management killed the stay

First off, I'd like to say that while in just arriving in France, my wife pressed the wrong button on the French Hotels.com website, and instead of canceling, she confirmed the stay by mistake. Within minutes I contacted Hotels.com and they referred me to the actual hotel to cancel. I was informed by the manager, Enzo, that we had confirmed and he would not cancel our stay. After explaining our situation, he still arrogantly refused and said to speak with Hotels.com as there was nothing he could/would do. Rather than losing the money, we begrudgingly went to the hotel that was not near us and close to the airport. The hotel was fine enough with updated dark wood amenities over what seemed to be an older motel decor and small rooms. The rest of the staff was helpful, other than the insolent manager, even turning us away from breakfast shortly past time. The hotel was fine for what was charged, just don't expect anything special.....especially if not French.

The staircase mentioned in other reviews is challenging in the rain. Also, there is no complete sidewalk to the airport terminal, despite it only being a 5-7 minute walk.

Handy Hotel for short stays.

A reasonably priced hotel for overnight stays, rather than longer stays, I feel.
Rooms are basic, but clean and there is a bath as well as shower facilities, air con would have been an asset, as room got quite warm.
The hotel is on a main road and adjoining the airport, so it is not quiet.
There is a bus into Biarritz centre from the bus stop near by, costing 1euro per trip.
The restaurant at the hotel is inviting and all staff were friendly.

Very ordinary hotel. Ok for stop-over if you need accommodation near the airport. No lifts so if, like us, you are on the top floor don't have heavy suitcases! Expensive for what you get.

A 2 star hotel close to the airport - the room was big enough for 2 for an overnight stay. Bathroom and over-bath shower clean and worked well. TV (all french channels) and free wifi. Plenty of parking around hotel. Spiral staircases to reach each floor a little tricky to negotiate with luggage, but not impossible. Staff friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't stay here for a 2 week holiday, but for short stays it is great value for money.
Some noise from airport in the morning, but this did not affect sleep.

Great Location

This Hotel is in a great location,5 minutes from the Airport and about a 20 minute walk into town and the Beach.We were told there is also a Bus stop opposite the Hotel which goes into town.

The only downside may be if the weather was really hot as there is no Air conditioning.

Having read various Trip Advisor reports about how dreadful this hotel was, we were somewhat apprehensive on our arrival. We couldn't have had a warmer greeting, the staff, bar, dining room were all excellent and the room was functional and clean. We have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very convienent for the airport. As one might expect from its location,there arent many bars and restraunts in the area. However I had stayed in this hotel previously and had no hesitation in going back, and may well return in the future. Biarritz centre is only 3klms away and less than a €2.00 bus fare. The taxi on the other hand at €10.00 for the approx.15 minute journey I found very very poor value. Recomended.
