At check in I was told my expedia reservation had been cancelled. Not true at all. I had to check in with a pre-autorization as new guest.
But once the issue got solved, the concierge and all personnel was very polite and caring, calling me by my name.
On my departure day (late evening) I was given a room to take a shower (free of charge).

Par rapport à mon précédent séjour et du fait du changement de chambre qui cette fois était une vrai grande chambre bien climatisée silencieuse. Pourquoi cette remarque certaine chambre sont comme coupée en 2 avec une porte coulissante pour faire mini suite et du coup mini chambre. Autre amélioration notoire la partie restaurant et la préparation des plats à la carte bravo navette gratuite pour l'aéroport est un plus
