The hotel is really clean with modern furnishings. The bed and pillows are comfortable with quality linens.
They have a menu in the room for easy ordering of room service; great TV stations (including a movie channel); and good hot water and water pressure.
Internet is slow but it works.
The complimentary 15 minute foot massage was a great surprise! And most appreciated!!
The breakfast was nice but no bacon. :-(

This property had rooms that smelled of smoke. Room service that took 1.5 hrs and was rancid (hamburger meat and Mac and cheese) when delivered. Check in took 40 minutes. The electricity went out 6 times. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We had outstanding service at this hotel. The communication before we arrived was prompt and helpful. We hosted an event at the rooftop restaurant and the food was excellent. The location is great , too. We walked to a nearby mall, the botanical garden and nearby restaurants. This was an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

They charged me for a key that I could not find. On my return stay I found the key but they would not refund me the $10 that they took from me. It’s a little thing but it leaves a bad impression. We had 4 rooms on 2 different stays so much for customer service. Maybe I will stay elsewhere next time.

My stay was excellent,I realized the hard way that my American clippers don’t work in Uganda even with an adapter. So I needed a haircut and beard trim badly. But to my pleasant surprise they had a salon in the main lobby. I was able to get a fresh haircut and pedicure for my ugly feet. Needless to say I was very grateful for that. But 5 stars across the board!!!!

More importantly quality of net was poor: “connection unstable” appeared regularly. I couldn’t even do what’s app or teams calls as connection cut every few seconds. Streaming was ok. Front desk said was a new provider since 2 weeks. However for price of hotel this is a major issue, not least in a major city. Colleagues staying at much less expensive hotel down the road had no internet problems!?!

Second stay there, everything was perfect again. Beautiful large rooms with an outstanding view of lake Victoria. Room was very clean with a well stocked minibar. Eating and drinking at the rooftop is very cozy, African food was very good, Western food was below average. Transfers from the airport and to Kampala were very good and safe with a very friendly driver. Staff overall was very friendly and helpful all the time. Close to the mall (5 min walk, safe during daytime) and the botanic garden. If you don’t need a big pool this hotel is the best option in Entebbe!

Once in our room (401) we discovered immediately that the road noise was dreadful & extremely loud. We travel with ear plugs, they made little difference.

Had we known we would have booked a different room. Our request the following morning after a few hours of sleep to move room due to the road noise was duly noted by the front desk staff & they said they would look into a room change.
Later the same day we were offered a new room. We moved our bags up to floor 5 to a much smaller standard room (about half the size) Whilst we were happy with the location, it was far from what we had booked so we requested a refund of the price difference which was instantly refused. We were told ‘the hotel has fulfilled its obligation to us by providing the room we booked.’ The receptionist was far from emphatic to our situation. We asked about a room the same size as our booking and were told it was extra to pay. Appalling customer service & it one of many problems we encountered.
Breakfast was tired & dated, meat & cheese displayed directly in the sun. I would not recommend staying at KHotel & very rarely complain but it is important when paying $$$$

The real bad point is the swimming pool, it’s over sold online and honestly it's pretty awful, in a few words it’s a bug cemetery that seems to be clean once a week… extremely disappointed.

This hotel ended up being a fantastic choice. In a perfect location, and the service is outstanding. If you happen to be there the day of the week for the Mongolian night - don't miss it. They do a wonderful job! Beds are comfortable, although they could be just a bit softer. Management to all staff are exceptional and welcoming!
The views from the rooftop restaurant and bar are wonderful! The pool, however, is really unusable as it is tucked away behind the bar with nowhere to sit outside the pool. If they ditched the gym that noone uses there would be more room by the pool.

I stayed in Room 308 witch has sunshine early morning until noon with great views of Victoria lake and beyond .There are numerous households below and it was lovely sitting on the balcony in the morning with the sunrise watching the good folk go about doing their chores and day to days. Great watching the boda guys picking up the locals on their boxer type motorcycles as they made the way to work. The breakfast was classy and a great choice every morning (but charged for bottled water at breakfast BOOOOOOO)..The staff was incredibly friendly and the place was tip top clean ..All in all a lovely lovely place.

Staf in general is 5 stars, no exceptions! Dorothy is very attentive and assures one feels more than welcome, always a smile and a chat. Rooms are great, do consider the lake side for beautiful sunrises. Dining is an experience on its own, worth your while to enjoy, especially Friday nights with Mongolian Night. The rooftop bar lets you chill and relax, kick back and just be. I stayed for a week, going back in a couple of weeks to again stay here for 10 days.

Overall I’m happy. The free massage is only a foot massage, just FYI. The pool, sauna and steam room are clean and okay, but not on European standard, I didn’t feel comfortable using it, but if you’re not as sensitive as me that won’t be an issue and you’ll love the pool view! The rest is really pleasant - VERY clean bathrooms, probably best in uganda, really decent breakfast, spacey clean rooms, great lake view, and delicious food. Wifi is free but quite slow at times. The staff is incredibly friendly. Overall I’m very happy, though it’s not the wellness-hotel I expected.

The check-in and reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast on the rooftop the first morning was a highlight. There was an excellent view from the room of Lake Victoria, greenery and the Botanical gardens in sight. The hotel is well located hotel near Expressway to Kampala. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, shower pressure strong, nice modern bathroom. An excellent stay. I like the fact it was only 6 floors and you could walk the stairs or take the elevator.

Unfortunately upon arrival for our stay after a long and hot journey we were informed another guest had extended their stay and they did not have a room for us. We had little option but to accept alternative accommodation for the night in another hotel of much poorer standard. The meal we had in this alternative hotel was also poorly seasoned and lacked flavour. This also caused difficulties for our plans the next day. The K Hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms were immaculate every day with thorough cleaning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although service inconsistent some morning you could not finish breakfast without plates or half cups of drink being cleared away meanwhile in the evenings you might be kept waiting to pay a bill. They were good at helping to move bags and ensuring comfort whilst waiting at reception. Overall recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately I was unable to arrange an airport transfer. An email was sent advertising this service but it was received too late. I did attempt to contact the hotel prior to this email to arrange an airport transfer but did not receive a response to this message. However the hotel was nice. The rooftop restaurant provided a good selection of food likewise breakfast buffet was ample. Staff were friendly and helpful.
