Very friendly staff even on a concert night I arrived early and was pressed for time ...and even though the front desk was busy cleaning rooms she managed to check me and get me where I needed to be on time..... Rooms are very well kept, clean beds nice pressure in the shower honestly no complaints at all.
Kurt
This hotel sits within a parking lot of three fast food restaurants and a bank. There is no pool or outdoor area.

The property is very dated, but everything is clean and functional. Loved having the Full size fridge available. Shower was especially amazing great water pressure and HOT. I slept 8hrs 47min with a sleep score of 92!!!! That never happens for me.

Clean room and friendly staff. Located close to everything.
Cindy
Don’t expect the Ritz, but for the money paid it was a great spot. Jean, who serves breakfast is a delight.
Deborah

Daniel
Nice place to stay before riding the Tail of the Dragon.
Thomas
Stay away..dirty and poorly maintained
Sara
I will definitely be back to stay in this hotel. The location is great and it was close to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was super sweet and helpful!
My only issue was the lack of towels and toilet paper given in the room.

Staff was VERY good. . . GUS at check in was most helpful with any questions. We have stayed multiple times at Luxbury in Maryville. the only issue we had was some difficulty with some TV navigation.
Barry
Very clean and well maintained. Don't let the age of the facility lead you to bad assumptions. You cannot tell the place isn't almost new. Staff was attentive, continental breakfast was better than going out every morning. I'll give my best revue. We will be using this facility again.
Gene
The kiten was sketchy and the furniture was 1950 vintage. Towels were not absorbent and motorcycles were noisy at all hours.
Jeanne
Loved my stay at Luxbury. Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast.
Van
No complaints. Very pleased
Courtney
This hotel was great to stay at. The staff was very accommodating by switching us to a first floor room due to mobility issue with my dad. All staff was kind and generous. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Lindsey
The staff are why this is my favorite place to stay in the area, they really care about the work they do and the people that stay with them.
Keith
Queen bed was good. Living room and kitchen. Full size frig and stove. The morning staff was a wonderful friendly little lady.
Michael
Clean, great location, very friendly staff and breakfast exceeded expectations. Will stay here again without hesitation.

Cleanliness was sub par, our bathtub had a huge hole in the side of it that was covered with black duct tape. Our bathtub dispensers (body wash/shampoo) were empty. 1 pack of coffee (1cup size) kitchenette POORLY stocked. Great location. But a 1 star at best. Very disappointed.

Beds were very uncomfortable and I didnt read about the deposit. It was $100. The water pressure was really good but the shower squealed when you used it. Staff was very friendly.
Robert
Amazing and the older gentleman man that checked us in was very helpful, and the older lady that made breakfast was also very helpful and sweet. We are from Michigan and will definitely be back!!
Robert
Nice room, close to airport
Daniel
Price was right. Staff was awesome! From Gene in the morning to Jules at the desk. They were super helpful and kind.
Preslee
staff was amazing
Bridget
The room was clean and very acceptable for the price. Breakfast was good and Jean, the breakfast hostess, is a joy.
Jennifer
The only comment I would add is to have the kitchen stocked so one could prepare and eat a meal.
Eileen
The room was as expected - clean, working lights, thermostat, simple kitchen.
Kay
I was there one night. Had everything I needed. The pet deposit was refunded promptly. Great staff!
Angela
It was relaxing
Ron
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have a great check in experience.
Jon
This is a good budgetary stop for a quick night of sleep. Property is aged, in overall okay condition but isn't a place I'd lounge around for awhile at. If I want no frills and a quick rest, Luxbury is good for that.
Susan
We parked right in front of our door.
Luay
Great place to stay
Linsey
The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but for the great price and convenient location, it was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Joshua
The room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need for your stay. The gentleman at the desk, Gus, was extremely nice and helpful and a standout during our short stay.
Nancy
Everything was nice. Would have liked clean towels daily though. Towels very thin. And coffee refilled daily
Staff very nice.
Staff very nice.
Deborah
Staff friendly. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices.
Alan
convient for Maryville, clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff
TERRANI
The stove was broken; the furniture was old and dirty, the house keeper intentionally did not change our sheets and left the pillows so we could see that the sheets weren't changed.
Gretchen
The breakfast was very good. Simple but good. The woman who was overseeing the breakfast area was awesome and sweet.
Unfortunately there was no one manning the front desk and she had to deal with the phones and stuff.

Melissa
Room was clean and staff friendly but was more like a long term rental than an overnight stay
Molly
Clean room, welcoming friendly staff.
Jennifer
Wonderful staff, smooth checking, and let us in a little early with a free room upgrade. Quiet, yet close to the mall, a few fast food restaurants, and a great complimentary breakfast. Convenient distance to all of our planned events.
Claudia
Booked a room for a week, had to leave during the third night because my boyfriend had bug bites all over him that he did NOT have previously, no refund was issued.
Dennise
Clean room at a great rate. Breakfast was very good. The women who oversaw the breakfast area was welcoming and nice to talk to. The man that checked us in was also welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area
Tundra
Clean and decent location with a spacious suite and wonderful service. Breakfast was free and delicious with a variety of options and the hotel staff was hospitable and very accommodating! Will stay again
Wanda
Room was very clean nice location
Lana
Great stay! An older motel-style property, but well maintained and VERY clean. Deluxe rooms have kitchenette with full sized fridge, 2 TVs, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. As stated, very clean. Located close to many fast food chains, restaurants, and shopping. Well lit parking in front of rooms. For a small operation, they had an excellent, little breakfast -- real scrambled eggs, biscuits & white, meatless gravy, waffle station, fresh fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice, milk. Again, very clean serving area. Friendly, attentive staff. All in all, a great place to stay for less money than a hotel chain.
Robert
Staff was lovely. Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable lodging. Convenient location.
Kristie
Room was clean, a bit dated but ok. I had paid for the room when I booked it and was informed I must pay $100 deposit that I would get back if room was not damaged. That is fine, however I assumed I would get the $100 back the next day at check out. No. it took several days and I don't like the fact they took more of my money after it was paid and it taking several days to get back

James
Yes to all. Staff was especially courteous.
Herbert
Room was nice as usual. Amenities haven't changed for years now. Still the same ole biscuits, meatless gravy, and scrambled eggs.
carl
Clean, quiet with kitchen and dishes also good breakfast
Diana
We have stayed here so many times and this was the first bad occurrence. The room number was 111 and it had cockroaches in it when I reported it. They said no one else had reported them that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I did receive a small refund, but I’m very disappointed
Barbara
Though it's an older property, the parking was easy. There was everything in the kitchen I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was nice. Easy check in, easy checkout and fit my needs nicely.
Benjamin
Good stay. Clean room. Nice staff
Sharon
The staff was awesome especially the breakfast attendant - so sweet and personable!
Shandra
Would not stay here again. Staff was not friendly, towels in the bathroom were stained, and we had items stolen from our room.
Devin

Amy
The room was very nice any clean. What made the stay perfect is the breakfast matron, Miss Jean! She was a delight. My sister and i enjoyed our conversation with her so much. She was a wealth of information.

Barry
Very clean cozy suite. Staff was very friendly.
Joanne
The door did not lock when you left the room. You had to shake the handle several times until it locked. We were told it was the way the way the weather made it. They had not intention to fix it. Our room also did not come with a microwave either.
Julie
Friendly staff
James
Very good
Davis
The weekend stay had its limited ups and many tremendous downs. I arrived on a busy Friday evening and once you find the place tucked behind two fast food restaurants and the parking lot of a bank you’re greeted by a friendly staff. That’s one of the few positives, the staff. The motel is old which I knew coming in but the price was right. I entered the room and found the refrigerator not working. I immediately called the front office and she said huh I didn’t know that. If you want to move you will not be on the top floor. Not oh my I will see what I can do. But hmm I can’t really help. I found it to be unplugged and once plugged it in the motor almost vibrated out of the bottom. I told the front office and she replied that they would not be able to have someone look at it until Monday. So basically no refrigerator for my entire stay. Very nice- not! Worn out towels and limited lighting greet you next. Small updates have been attempted but Walmart tvs they do not work properly quickly diminish your hopes. Overall I would not recommend nor stay here again!
Judith
Staff was courteous. The room was needing an upgrade. The towels were so worn that they looked dirty. The ice machine made terrible noise even though it wasn't hooked up to make ice. The faucet needed to be adjusted because it would blast water everywhere. The living room tv had lines going through the show for about 20 minutes before it would be clear. The sheets were awful very worn like the towels. It was very disappointing. We won't return to this hotel. I will say again the staff was great
brock
the staff were all so nice! the room was extremely clean, including all the dishes. The walls were a little thin but after 10 everything was nice a quiet.
REY
The room was functional.
