The hotel was very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly breakfast was good
Jenifer
Clean room, adequate breakfast and very nice staff, offered to have us park there and ride the shuttle to the airport to save money. It was a good deal and shuttle was on time.
Melissa
The room was hot, smell was awful like a moldy mildew. The sheets felt sticky. The air conditioner was so loud my son who is four was scared of the noise. Never again
JAMES
They is no small store in the lobby to purchase sodas, medications, snacks. They have one vending machine that takes only dollars, it doesn't take credit cards nor change. TV's were hard for us to figure out. The breakfast was with frozen egg patties, greasy potatoes and sausage that (to me) was horrible. We both had cereal. No water in the room to drink and DO NOT drink the tap water. It comes out brown for the first minute or so.
The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean.

We had a late check-in and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in! Breakfast was top notch. We will definitely be back!
Serina
Great place would stay again
Karen
Checked in a midnight ask for a late checkout which was granted for noon- room was cleaned. Charged $10/day for leaving my car at the hotel- which isn’t bad except for the fact the charged me for the day I was returning and already had reservations booked for that day! Staff was friendly. Shuttle to and from the airport.
Cathryn
The room was good, we did notice a little moisture mold in the bathroom & told them on our way out. They thanked us for letting them know. The staff were excellent & very polite. The breakfast was great
Shannon
Had flights delayed and got stuck in knoxville. Staff came and got me at 2am. Was a quick stay but got a good night rest.

Elaine

Very easy chk in using the sent link to my phone. Room was super clean and quiet. Will for sure rebook.
Jess
The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Jennifer
The room was quiet and clean, and everything seemed to be in working order. The bathtub grout & tile and bathroom walls needed some minor repairs, and the showerhead on top leaked, but still worked. The night staff during check-in was helpful, and the breakfast was also good.

I stayed at the same hotel chain near Legoland about a month ago and expected the Alcoa Airport location to offer a similar experience, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. The hotel has a very strong musty smell throughout the property. Everyone in my family experienced allergy symptoms after the first night. Housekeeping is not provided daily; instead, rooms are serviced every other day for guests staying five nights or more, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was also not working very well during our stay. On the positive side, the location is convenient, very close to the airport and to several restaurants and places to eat. The airport shuttle service works as advertised, although we rented a car and did not use it much. The front desk employee was very kind, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, despite the convenient location and friendly staff, I would not choose to stay here again.
MG
The room was clean, but not very comfortable. The bathroom had a strange layout, too, and was cramped on space. Staff were helpful and friendly enough, and the airport shuttle was especially nice. Breakfast was simple, so don't expect much.
Jessica
Overall hotel was great, pool was way too cold to enjoy for my old bones. Apparently someone was having a party the first night we stayed because the smell of Marijuana was overwhelming, but that is of no fault of the hotel. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.
Amanda
it was a perfect stay, everyone was so helpful and
the breakfast was fantastic they even had pancakes

Gretchen
Clean room close to the airport. Staff was friendly.
David
Just average for a $130/night hotel. Would have been better at $100
Barbara
All was very good
Frances
Everything was wonderful. Building and room cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was great with choices thst would have made anyone happy. And the staff were so friendly and welcoming and quick to help when any need arise. I’ve stayed in more pricey hotels thst we’re nowhere near as good.
Jeffrey
This must have been a pet friendly room because there was dog hair everywhere. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh smelling. Not the best hotel in town, but has a clean bed and shower.
JERE
The shining star of Best Western was the lady who worked the desk and drove the shuttle to the airport. She was extremely gracious and polite.
Teresa
Good hotel but noisy guest with slamming doors. Know it is in airport area but would be better to have doors that don’t slam so hard when allowed to close on their own. People seemed to be coming in and out all night.
Prasad
Very clean hotel. Loved it.
Maggie
Staff was nice and helpful. The transport to and from airport was excellent. Rooms were clean, ac worked great, property tidy. Beds comfortable.
Kristi
Older and definitely not a 5 star. Beds uncomfortable and bathrooms outdated.
Angela
My flight was cancelled. I arrived after 10 pm slept for a few hours and departed early the next morning. The two staff members I interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I left too early to have breakfast. Overall a good stay.
Rita
Great breakfast and friendly staff
Leslie
No problems.
Dominick
Great! Very kind people and very helpful especially with their shuttles that run to the airport 24/7
Phyllis Hanse
Across from airport, easy check in and checkout
lester
Mainly, the hotel was a good stay. The location was a little hard to deal with at 1st. If your good with maps or manage to talk to a local there is a better way around. The woman who was running the breakfast area was awesome and very accommodating! As far as the bed, I think a pine straw bed from the 1800's would have slept better, no comfort at all.
Kathy
Desmond was very friendly, polite, and super helpful during my check in. He made sure to answer my questions and helped set me up to be a rewards member. I can tell he enjoys his job and that makes a difference to the customer. Great job Desmond!
Pam
Having airport shuttle early morning was great
James
fresh breakfast clean facility
Levi
We stayed for a wedding and it was great for a quick weekend. Clean room, quiet, close to airport and other towns nearby!
Courtney
Everything was great. We didn't eat breakfast there, because it wasn't a whole lot of great options I liked, but they did have options..
Kinsley
Building & parking area was fair, room was mostly clean, hallway had a bad smell and front desk staff was immensely rude!! When I return to the area I will never, ever stay here again. I was very unwelcome!
David
airport shuttle was easily arranged and timely
Julie
Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet even though it is near the airport.
Jennifer
Arrived very late and checked in only to get to room and it was not clean and beds not even made. Went back down and was told they had only one room with king size bed and pull out love seat. Our reservation was for two queen beds because we are all adult size people. Of course the pull out bed was less than comfortable. Only received small discount.
Nathan
The water pressure wasn’t good. The one bed felt like I was sliding off it all night long I think I should be compensated for such a bad experience. I told the staff about the situation and they acted like they didn’t care. The only plus I will say about the hotel was the Breakfast was Excellent!!
elyse
It was an ok stay, but wouldn’t stay again because the vanity/sink/mirror is located outside of the bathroom, making it incredibly difficult to have any privacy when getting ready for the day.
Chris
The room was relatively clean and smelled clean. The water pressure in the sink was very low. The shower water pressure was also low but the water did get hot.
Breakfast was really good. They had biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage. Along with cereal options.

The room I was assigned when I checked in was dirty so the staff had to move me into a new room. During the middle of the night someone used a keycard and opened the door to my room. The next morning my keycard no longer worked for my room when I tried to go back to my room after breakfast. The staff informed me that it was never updated in the system that they switched my room so they had attempted to give it to someone else. Overall it was a terrible experience. Not worth the price I paid at all. I will not be staying here again.
John
Wonderful staff, very sociable and willing to help you feel comfortable throughout your stay.
Stephanie
Kind staff, clean rooms and spaces, great breakfast.
Mimi
Staff was truly helpful - I was able to get a shuttle from the airport even though my flight was delayed and I arrived after 12:30am ( was supposed to arrive at 11:50pm). Breakfast had pancakes, omelette, sausage patties, biscuits and etc!
Sandy
Worked well for a brief overnight stay for the price.
Tammy
The breakfast was good; room was spacious and clean. The highway is busy. It's hard to exit bc traffic is heavy.
Eric
Very clean room and smelled very fresh and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety which pleased everyone. It was exceptionally quiet to be so close to the airport. Very nice stay.
Diana
Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and updated. Love that they have laundry facilities. Very accommodating on letting us stay later than checkout since we had later flight. Breakfast was okay ,that is my only okay everything else was great.
Natalie Betty
I had a little challenge connecting with the airport shuttle, since my reservation confirmation did not include a telephone number for the hotel! I had to call \"411\" and then choose from 5 different Best Western hotels in the area - with the correct one showing NO address on the 411 list! However, the shuttle driver was very nice and did come quickly once I called.

Breakfast could have have better variety of hot items. Maybe it was just the 1 morning we had there. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would stay again if ever in area again . Super close to airport and they have a shuttle if needed
Staci
Close to Starbucks & some fast food
Sarah
Gym had functional machines and weights. Extensive breakfast options. Beds and rooms comfortable.
Heather
Very convenient to airport,. Property was in fair-to-poor condition, and bed was one of the least comfortable I’ve slept on in ages. Still, clean and convenient.
Vanessa
Room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Linda
Nice room and relaxing
Linda
Parking easy, clean room. Found 3 rd floor quieter than 2 nd. Bed was also more comfortable. Shuttle service is very reliable.
mark
Easy parking, decent breakfast. Older building & rooms are a bit dated. Noise travels easily from room to room. More pillows on bed would be nice.
Lauren
Clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast
mark
Room was clean, staff helpful and located conveniently next to the airport
Janice
Safe area, so convenient to airport. Free airport shuttle was awesome. Breakfast was great. Many choices, well stocked, clean, comfortable area for eating.
Peter
Clean room, parking area well lit, breakfast was perfect if on the go in morning. Staff were very friendly.
Mark
Not far from things to do or the lake
Tom
Very clean room.
rita
Airport was close and easy to get to...
Ingrid Ivanoff
This hotel is not worth staying at. One of the bedsheets in our room was torn on both ends. We asked for the room to be cleaned after 2 nights of our 3-night stay, and it was not done. We had to get extra towels from the front desk after returning from a long workday.
Elizabeth
It was a last minute booking due to travel issues, but the room was clean and had what I needed for the night. There were washer and dryer’s on the property that I needed to use and the front desk also sold individual detergent and softener. Only complaint is that the room had a funny smell. Almost urine like.
Patrick
Worked out well for our trip to the airport the next morning.
Danielle
Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was substantial.
Beth
Clean room!! Friendly staff
Karena
Stayed here last minute after a 4 hr flight delay and didn't get in until 0230 and dar rental wasn't open until 0700. Airport shuttle was waiting at the airport. Room is fine enough, but toilet took 5 minutes to fill back up in between flushed. And we had no shower curtain. I mean we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours until we could get our rental car and get on our way to Gatlinburg, but we couldn't even shower and wasn't going to wait around to have them put one in. So really it served it's purpose as a place to sleep, but beyond that not much else. Best thing about it was the extremely convenient airport shuttle.
Keith
Reasonable priced. King size mattress was worn out arrived without a back ache left with one. 6 am to 10 am Breakfast was horrible what little we attempted to eat. Arrived for breakfast at 6:15 am found 1 biscuit. 2 horrible eggs with peppers and onions in them. 1 was under cooked the other was over cooked. The good news is Bojangles and McDonalds are just a short drive away. We are one and done with this location. Staying at LaQuinta next door if we are ever back in the area again.
Deborah
Didn't use the shuttle
Mindy
One night stay and it was fine. Breakfast was provided.
NICHOLAS
Good location of the airport clean hotel

Shuttle was very helpful. The staff were great. The breakfast is what's avaialbe at all these kinds of places so very predictable. Would be great to have non-pork and beef breakfast protein.
