The breakfast was a complete disappointment. Room smelled stale when we arrived and there wasn’t enough towels in the room. We had to call to get more. Would not recommend.
Patrick
Very clean, excellent friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Convenient location
Sandra
Staff were very helpful. Nice dog area at this pet friendly hotel. King size bed and pillows were comfortable.
Tamy
Nice for brief stay for access to the airport
Adam
This place is great for an overnight stay. Highly recommended!!!
Phyliss
Nice for an airport motel
Margaret
Great place to stay near the airport for an early flight out. The shuttle service was prompt at 4:30 a.m.
Heidi
This property was disgusting. There was dirt on the walls. The place is not well maintained. It's falling apart. The staff was very unhelpful and we decided not even to stay and they would not refund me both of the days of money. Do not stay here.!
Tamara
Property almost looks brand new. Easy check in! Check was a breeze also. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Bed slept pretty comfortable and AC was cold. I will definitely book here again my next visit to Knoxville, TN.
Charles
Good clean room. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but fine.
Heather
Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff
Debra

Manager was amazing but front desk employee in the morning was rude waited on a 4:30 am shuttle which I ordered for 30 min
Camen

April

Carolyn
The room was very clean and refreshing!
Rosemary
Airport shuttle was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel noise was annoying

What I want to say is that the Inn refuses to give me my money back. My poor daughter who was stuck from 4PM till gone 10PM in Alabama and the airline then makes up its mind to cancel the flight after giving one excuse after another. She could not make it to the hotel, she wasn't there and was so upset she forgot to call and tell them that she would not make it. I am disgusted that a business like that is NOT customer friendly. Well lets face it they lost another customer !!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The customer service both during the day and evenings were top notch. Were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Ashley works during the day and is the nicest person ever and fulfilled our requests and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained very well. There is no denying that they really go above and beyond for their guest's comfort. The rooms are comfortable and large. They are a bit dated and can use with some updating. Our A/C had a leak, and the carpet was soaked beneath it, and I advised the front desk, and they attended to it throughout are stay. Other than that, we will definitely stay at this location again in the future when we visit Knoxville. Thank you
Mohammad
Clean and safe

The best thing is it was a thousand ft from the Ruby Tuesday's restaurant
They have a nice pool and they have a nice fitness center I saw and they give you breakfast.

Andrew
Very nice hotel. La Quinta is consistently a very good hotel chain, for me!
Germaine
For the cost this is a quiet and comfortable hotel. I felt the rooms were clean and were well appointed.
Henry
Excelente atención. Limpieza. Habitaciones confortables. Excelente ubicación. Buenas instalaciones
Maime
The front desk was kind and understanding
Tyler
Kids couldn’t even swim because the pool was an add on to the building and there was rooms in the pool area and they kept calling down and complaining mind you it was 6:30 and told them to get out. We traveled for an AAU basketball tournament!
Amy
No grab n go breakfast
Barbara
Perfect stay!
Caridad
Everything was fine
Makana
Perfect and close to airport
Antonio
We enjoyed our stay. The facility is very nice. The morning breakfast was very good too. I would definitely stay here again.
Kathleen
The service was fantastic and it was the perfect balance of quality and price. In other words for the price, the service was spectacular. It's the people that make or break a business and this hotel has the right people.
Hunter
Good stay convenient to the airport
tommye rena
The room was clean and check in was easy
ROBERT
The hotel was adequate, exactly what I expected from a La Quinta in TN... Noisey and smelly, but the attentiveness from the staff definitely made up for it(seriously), the topless gal in the pool was also a bonus.... Need an ego boost, check out the Applebee's two blocks down and realize you're crushing it in life..... All seriousness, kudos to the staff, they made the tears I cried at night a little less salt.... Good ol' Rocky Top, Rocky Top, Tennessee.
kendra
The room was clean and comfortable
Jacob
Staff was amazingly kind and helpful! Airport shuttle was very convenient!
Susan

Kathleen
Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy
Jacob
We had a great time staying here while we were in town for a family reunion! The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were outstandingly helpful! It was especially convenient to have the shuttle service to and from the airport. We enjoyed swimming in the pool as well! Only issues we saw were there wasn’t any hand soap or conditioner in the bathroom of our room.
Jonelle
Good breakfast.
AMANDA
Kind of a run down location. Bed was pretty comfortable but the bathroom looked a little rough. Old shower head, not very hot water and not very hard pressure.
Breakfast was not very good at all. The waffle maker had stuck on waffles and even after someone tried to clean it, it happened again. Very limited options. Wet and soggy eggs, hard as a rock biscuits, runny gravy. Don't stay here for the free breakfast. We booked last minute after flight cancelations.

Great location to airport! Wonderful staff, and safe location.
cynthia
The check in was quick and trouble free and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and well maintained although the hot water didn’t work in the shower. Breakfast was ample and self serve. The airport shuttle was prompt and a great bonus.
Abigail
Room had a smell to it. Bed was uncomfortable
Rebecca
The staff here were so friendly and helpful! Parking was easy & wasn’t an extra cost to the stay. Room was clean & the lobby and breakfast area were well maintained.
William
Great location. Very close to several food places. Beds were comfortable. Great place for a 1 night stay
scott
Great location. Clean hotel. Convenient to many restaurants
Paula
Excellent
Charles
Very clean hotel
Michael
Shuttle service from airport. Had to depart early. Coffee in lobby was lukewarm at best. This was prior to breakfast hours, but most places with 27/7 coffee ensure the urn don’t run dry and are kept hot. Very clean and would use again.
Curtis
Great property
Dustin
Excellent jumping off point for a flight. Clean rooms and friendly staff
Kimberly King
Parking lot was wonderful, check in was easy. Breakfast did not have alot of options.
Robyn
Clean room, great pillows and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Jeanne
This hotel is very old. The bathroom is gross, and having carpet in an animal friendly hotel is disgusting. My kid was walking around the room with no shoes on and her feet were black. She had to take a shower, and we all wore our shoes for the rest of our stay. So we couldn’t get comfortable. The bed are obviously very old, so definitely dont want to know what growing on those. Won’t stay here again.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazingly helpful
Christine
This place was very nice. Front desk associate was friendly and helpful. The only thing not so good was I found the bed to be a little less comfortable than other hotels I've stayed. Not as soft.
Crystal
Our room was clean and quiet.
Sandra
We were up too early for breakfast, so don’t know about that, but all else was great. The airport shuttle was used twice and both drivers were prompt and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk Monday night was super helpful and patient. Our group had 3 rooms and we all would stay again when needing Knoxville airport.
John
Hotel was nice. Elevator was out of order the entire stay. Got double charged for room fees but was reimbursed after returning home.
Barbara
The property was beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Great breakfast.
Stephen
Very friendly helpful staff …. Wife and Istayed for two nights to see a show at the shed ….. perfect hotel for that venue… 10 minutes to show thanks!
Arturo
I checked in at night coming off the rain I was able to place my bike in a certain area, which was very good thank you again
Cynthia
Room had odor, just wasn’t bad enough to move rooms. The AC also slightly louder than preferred.
Conveniently located to airport. Nice shuttle service.
Give it average rating.

Quiet, clean, good staff, fair pricing during the week

Pet friendly
Sarah
The floors in the room were not clean. Normally I wouldn't care bc it wasn't gross. I called down and asked if someone could mop bc we had an 18 month old who runs around playing on the floor. They said yes and an hour later we didn't hear anything. Then we called down and asked if we could mop it ourselves and were told no bc an employee would be using the only mop to clean lobby until 9 pm. They ran out of clean towels so we had less towels than people. Breakfast was ok. Ultimately this hotel did not live up to the other La Quinta we have stayed at. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either.
ashley
The ceilings weren't clean anywhere. Lots of rust and mold. Staff was nice.
Cole
Vry clean and nice! Quiet! Good air conditioning too!
Michael
Room was clean but soap for bathroom sink was empty. Men’s room in lobby needed paper towels which didn’t get refilled while I was there. Breakfast was decent, and the shuttle to the airport was fast and courteous. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Location wasn’t bad but this hotel is off a major highway, and Knoxville didn’t put much thoughts into infrastructure where roads are concerned. Getting in and out was a challenge because of unregulated traffic.
Alec Lanfim
Very comfortable and clean.
Dawn
Spacious room; great stay!
Geri
Had an early flight so missed breakfast. The ride to the airport available 24 hours daily along with very reasonable parking charge made our trip so much easier.
Rose
Great place to stay. It's dated but kept clean. Staff are very welcoming, great breakfast and great location.
Michelle
Nice, clean & quiet place to stay as well as fair rates. Nice staff. Would definitely stay here again and right next to the air port.
Gerard
The main reason I gave 4 stars is I’m disabled and the elevator was down our entire stay.
Eulalia
Cheerful staff and clean comfortable rooms.
Cecily
Elevator was broken which was a huge pain.
rob
Elevator not operating.
Lien
Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel was super clean! Thank you 😊👍
Mark
Elevator is broken. Hotel staff is iffy at best.
Germiko
Room was ok. Nothing fantastic. Elevator was broken. Staff didn't communicate the airport shuttle instructions and so had to uber instead of using their shuttle.
Thomas
It was ok. Nothing significantly wrong except elevator didn't work. Nothing that sticks out either.
Russ
Elevator not functioning...had to carry luggage up and down three flights of stairs.....Major credit should have been extended
Jeanne
Stayed here before and I think stayed in the same room because we had the same issues. Shower faucet is set backwards- and has a constant drip. Room temperature does not stay consistent- says 62 but stops at 67. Last day, the gym’s a/c system was set to heat and wasn’t able to change and elevators were down. Not sure if/how they could be connected. Also, didn’t notice it the last couple of time we stayed here but within walking distance is a motel that has some shady transactions going down.
Thomas
..
Bryan
Their elevator has been broken 2 mos according to staff. carrying luggage up stairs is no fun. Breakfast was scant.
Julie
Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to eaterand airport
Michelle
Staff pleasant, however not not willing to match price of room with Expedia, when asked in person at hotel. Much better prices on Expedia. Hotel elevator not working and given room on 3rd floor. Rokm was clean. Worth price on Expedia. Overpriced if you were to book with hotel directly.
Jessica
Breakfast was free so it was adequate for that the first day. The following day was horrible and not edible.
The elevator was down as well as the pool. The room was dirty. The bathroom had multiple areas with mildew/mold and no exhaust fan.
