They had a terrific breakfast along with a clean and great overnite room
Angela
Smelled terrible in the hallway. The room had crumbs on the floor and is very worn. The staff was nice.
William
Good
Quentin
Everything was excellent as expected, minor blemishes but no ones perfect. No pool but a pool table, no sauna but an awesome breakfast spread. No hot tub but a unique library of books n games that the kids enjoyed. Lots of pilots n steward, stewardesses coming n going so it must b the place to stay 👍👍
Quentin
Television in room not hi definition 👎👎
Thomas
Location. The traffic on the Airport highway outside the hotel was very busy all hours of the day. I felt it was dangerous driving out of the hotel every day.
Jessica
It's old and doesn't look updated.
Susie
The property itself was nice, but the room was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in for a long time. And the caulking in the shower needed to be replaced. There was mold in it. Other than that it was fine.
April
Good location easy shuttle to airport
Heidi
From the moment that I checked in everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.
Pamela
Not happy with the room not clean the shower not working right,I ask for a chair in my room 2 times and they couldn’t help me and the coffee in the afternoon was cold ,the water went all over the bathroom floor had to clean it up 2 times.
Hector
Close to the airport. Friendly shuttle driver, great service.
Joseph
Try was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in many months. The daily is very clean, the beds were very comfortable and updated. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again on our next visit to Knoxville.
cynthia
It was a great choice. Loved it
Robyn
We had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and staff is very professional.
Sylvia
Ok for the price. Clean but not well maintained
Room was small. The pull down shade for the window was torn in many places. There is no microwave in the room. The tv picture was blurry

Only a one night stay but everything was as it should be. Clean, friendly staff, and easy parking.
johnny
We got to the hotel at 1am and the young man at the front desk was very friendly and very respectful. Made us feel very welcomed.
The breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful with finding and making the pancakes.
I would return and recommend it to anyone who is flying in late.

There was a Doritos corn chip on the floor of the elevator for 3 days. The window blind in our room wasn’t working and the deadbolt wasn’t working in our room. The breakfast was good. It’s a little weird there is no closet in the room. Overall it was an ok stay.

Clean
Johanna
Very clean, friendly staff
Julie
The breakfast was good and convenient. We had a room where the water from the shower drained out to the rest of the bathroom. So our bathroom floor stayed soaked. I understand that this was a handicapped accessible room but they too could have benefitted from a dry bathroom floor and some drawers to put clothes in. Not one drawer and only 3 hangers. Alex was wonderful and helpful, and parking was convenient.
Chanda
Great overnight stay for airport
Deborah
Great location to the airport.
Dina
Great breakfast with lots of options. Lobby space was fun and very inviting. In the room there was a lamp with a dinner! This is my favorite thing to find in a hotel room
John
The breakfast buffet was subpar. I expected a better spread for a buffet.
Stephanie
Room were small but fine for the price. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that it appeared that the owners extended family might be living there and there were constantly a lot of kids in the lobby running around and not being controlled.
Nicholas
It’s was good. Friendly staff
James
Clean and friendly
Philip
Great stay!
Barbara
Check in was very smooth. Our room was perfect. I asked for a later check out (at 12:30) and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.
Jeff
Room was clean and comfortable Excellent staff and appreciate the ability to leave car there rather than parking at the airport. Love shuttle to airport. Driver was from Africa and was excellent.
Johnny
Location was good for getting to the airport and the room was comfortable
kristin
The room was clean, which is my main concern. The refrigerator or something in the room was fairly loud (like a whine?), but I brought ear plugs thankfully.
Audrey
The staff was very nice. The lobby had a weird smell to me. The room was a little small. I would have liked a coffee maker and microwave in the room. The breakfast was ok, but the pancake maker was out of order.
Tamara
Courteous staff and prostine room. Breakfast was adequate.
Billy
Staff clean room.
James
Very clean and quiet.
Patrick
Great location, rooms were very clean, nice quiet although it’s across from airport you don’t hear planes at all. Only complaint is the man that does the breakfast is extremely rude. We weren’t told the hours of breakfast when we got there late that night but googled it. It said 6-9:30, we get down at 8:50am and he’s already putting things away. We politely asked him a question and he starts slamming stuff around and got really hateful. Crap like that will make me stay somewhere else
Vicki
Room was great and staff was super friendly and helpful
Margaret
Everything was great, check in, very friendly, clean rooms, good breakfast, quiet .
Gina
Clean and friendly
Tyler
Had to move rooms due to tv not working. Room was not well cleaned. Bugs in both rooms. Repairs were not well done. Looked sloppy. Breakfast was substandard. Staff was nice.
Debra
Service good be improved, not very welcoming. Convenient location near airport - if another choice I would choose the Fairfield
Tina
Everything was fine
Lisa
The airport shuttle was reliable in the morning, the room was clean, the staff was helpful -- we arrived late and left early, so we didn't have a chance to check out amenities.
Rachel

Hotel was very nice, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.

Hotel was very nice. Open and inviting lobby area. Room was nice
The added price for a pet that is listed on hotels com ($50) does not match what is on the hotels website ($75), so it was disappointing to pay extra
. Not the hotels

This is the first time staying at this hotel. It is very clean and nice. My room is very comfortable. I'm surprised that there isn't a closet unless it's hidden somewhere..lol.
Will, the gentleman at the desk, was so helpful and so caring and ensured that everything was to my liking. I will be staying again.

Very nice room, shuttle was on time and friendly.

Rooms smelled funny. Found a used towel in bathroom under the sink. Yuck!
Staff was friendly and shuttle to and from airport was above average.

Julie
Front desk was really nice. Hotel is just ok
Deborah
I did not realize there were no bath towels or bath matt until I went to take my shower at 5am and had to leave by 6am. Then the bathroom floor was filthy. The hand towel I put on the floor to stand on turned out filthy from my foot prints. The bed was comfortable though.
Terry
Great front desk staff, clean and new. Great stay!
Brigitte
Staff was nice and accommodating
Room : sink did drain poorly, faucet and shower fixtures were loose

Clean room nice staff
Oscar
Front desk was friendly. Room was clean and everything seemed newish. Bathroom could use some help and fixing the caulking would go a long way. Outside of that we had a great stay with access to breakfast and pool table. I’d stay here again.
Deborah
Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lobby area was fun with a pool table - we played while watching a game on TV.
Mechelli
The room was nice, the rooms are starting to show some wear.
Jessica
The room was clean, and the water was hot. Breakfast should start sooner, because planes often require very early departure.
Betty Jo
Reasonable prices staff very helpful and I would definitely stay again
sabrina
air stopped working had to switch rooms, bed was horribly hard. Had to ask for new towels no one cleaned room and we were there for 4 nights.
Aparna
Clean property. No healthy or good breakfast options. No vegan or vegetarian options either.
Stephen
It was close to the airport.
James

I am very disappointed that the room smells smoky and many touch points look like they haven’t been cleaned. I am staying only because I have to be back up at 4:00 am for a flight.

Reservation Cancelled by Hotel
When I arrived at midnight I was told they cancelled my reservation. No explanation as to why and I was never notified. The hotel was full and no rooms available. They were not able to assist or provide any help.
Sara
The hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping.
Josh
Property seemed updated, but had a moldy smell and water damage on 2nd floor where we were staying. Staff was friendly, property was clean other than damage and smell from it.
Renee
Daily cleaning? No
Some of the staff hang out on the left side of the building , strong smell of THC from time to time. Cleaning staff have their pants down to the bottom of their ass and underwear showing. Kind of gangster/tug like. Not the type of person I feel comfortable with the key to my room for cleaning…. Otherwise accommodating were heat. Front desk night girl Friday, sat and Sunday was great. Very sweet and helpful
Also when is it not normal to have a daily cleaning? Would like to have know that before throwing towels on floor!

Joseph
Was a nice room!!!
Grant
Disappointed
Room was not clean and smelled sour but the service was excellent and everyone was friendly land helpful, we did not complain because we were only there for one night
Verified traveler
The hotel itself is fine. Found the room to be clean and the breakfast was good. The check-in process is slow, the person on duty couldn't get keys made properly and kept trying to just use the \"master key\" to open our door. I feel like making a key that will work is pretty basic. We didn't like the fact that she wanted us to wait for a key to be made while we were at dinner, especially when referencing the master key so much. We weren't the only ones having a hard time getting a key made either. The whole staff seems negative, bickers and doesn't want to be there. I understand everyone has bad days but just based off overheard, not quiet, conversations it's a problem.
Melissa
This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only downfall is the highway that it is on is super busy and it’s very difficult and unsafe to try to pull out. There are no stop lights close by to break up the traffic to make it safe to pull out.
Otherwise a great hotel.
Otherwise a great hotel.
Chris
Hotel was fine but computer to badge door pass was out on one computer, one elevator was out and the air conditioning in the hallway was out. Needs some maintenance.
Pam
We were just staying over night because we had an early morning flight. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! we got a great nights sleep, and a quick shuttle ride at 5:45 am! Liked the restaurant next door as well!
Rhonda
Super comfortable bed
I was so excited to be at a hotel that had an amazing bed, comfy sheets and pillows. The air conditioner kept me nice and cool. Shower was great! No coffee in room but free coffee downstairs 24 hours. I will definitely stay here again!
Melanie
First time staying but not the last. Many amenities, both in the room and in the lobby.
Very clean and comfortable room.

I’ve seen better
We just stayed for the night, but the rooms are small (we had a two queen bedroom), the TV did not work because their satellite provider was having issues. The door to our shower didn’t close all the way to water leaked out of the shower. The beds were uncomfortable
Amie
Skip it!! The first room had a strong smell of urine near the bed. The bathroom had pubic hair on the fixtures and urine around the base of the toilet. No toilet paper. We requested a move. The second room smelled much more pleasant. However there was a large skid mark on the toilet seat. Shower was moldy. Crumbs and hair around the bed frame platform.
Staff were polite. Common areas were clean and inviting.
