Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy. Reception staff and cleaners were kind and friendly; even though the communication was tricky as I don’t speak much Italian and they don’t speak much English. Thank you Google Translate!

Location is great for access to the local restaurants, shops, bus and train station. Bus is about an 8 minute walk and train about 12-15.

The breakfast is a reasonable spread of pastries, yoghurt, cereal and cold meats. Could do with a bit of variety as it’s exactly the same every day.

After reading other people’s feedback, I brought a travel kettle as there’s no facilities in the room.

Enjoyed 4 nights at the hotel. To be honest I literally slept there as I was out from morning till night. The room was clean and very spacious and we had a lovely view of the sea.
Breakfast wasn’t the best but the coffee was good.
The room did not have a kettle, I definitely think that would have made it better for me.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not book third party. We booked through Expedia and were charged before arriving. When we did, we were given a room that the door didn’t close let alone lock or have air conditioning. When we asked to move, we were given a hotter room with no ac, and eerie noise, odd scent and filth. They refused moving us to a functional or clean room so we asked for a refund. They refused, saying we’d already ‘dirtied two rooms’ and had nothing that fit the Expedia room. I had Expedia involved, who claimed they were unable to do anything and we ended up rebooking in further Napoli, changing our whole itinerary and losing the entire booking fee. It felt utterly intentional putting us in a room with a door that didn’t even close, then blaming us for wanting to move to a safe, temperature controlled room as paid for.
Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else and don’t ruin your trip like we did with this horror or a ‘hotel’.

Do not stay here.

Absolutely awful. So noisy, we didnt get any sleep at all. Staff were rude and unaccommadating. The area is pretty awful, nothing to do there unless you want to use the ferry ports. Air conditioning unit was not appropriate for the size of room, so didnt cool the room at all. Generally felt unsafe and we couldnt wait to get out of there.

Rooms were very spacious and the breakfast buffet was lovely if you like pastries.
However staff in the hotel don’t speak English - no staff on reception upon checkout - so had issues with paying tourist tax.
Could really utilise the terrace as a bar dining area and not just for breakfast use only.
Could do with air conditioning in the communal area as there’s no breeze within the hotel so this was very humid when you leave your room.
No bottled water available when requesting it.

Hotel Terme Neronensis had an excellent staff and spacious accommodations. The parking was a little tight for the 9-passenger van we rented but was in a secure location for overnight parking. The ocean view from our room was slightly obstructed, but we had an excellent view of some Roman historical gardens.

This was an apartment with two bedrooms with no kitchen. There was no air conditioning in the living area so we had to stay in our bedrooms when there. The place was plain with no color or decor. Breakfast was not the best. We had to climb several flights of stairs to get to the neighborhood. We are older with joint problems so doing this with luggage was a challenge. It was near the water and inner city train so that was a plus.

Air conditioning did not work and the room was incredibly hot in the month of May. The room also stunk of cigarette smoke. And the entire hotel was run down.
We did have a limited view of the water. And location was good to travel by ferry next day.

Overall enjoyed my stay here. The owners were accomodating for our late check in due to our delayed flight. The room was spacious, clean and refreshed daily. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us navigate around town and advice on what tours to do. The massages treatment was fantastic and worth the extra money.The breakfast was standard tea, coffee and pastries but it's free so can't complain. On the whole there was nothing to fault with this hotel.

I’m sure this hotel was very nice at one point but the property is so poorly cared for and run down. The restaurant and spa are both totally defunct. The rooms are bare. The bed was sunken in and the bedding was very worn down and frayed. The doors were creaky and uneven, it was just in shambles. The website needs to be updated to reflect the true condition of the property and the lack of amenities.

Beautiful dining terrace, nice room which was very clean. But property is advertised as having a spa and there is none. And the bar/lounge was not open either. Property is under construction. From what I gathered by asking, it will be several years before this property is as advertised. The staff did not speak English, now were they able to find us drivers or guides that did.

There’s no spa included, the reception close at 1:00 am; it’s not serious, the breakfast is poor; only the location is good and the man of reception wait uss till 1:30 am to arrive from Airport and the check out was very early at 10:00 am

Be careful with booking rooms.

The location is very authentic. The management spoke very little English, would only provide one key per room and had nobody on premises overnight. We were charged for 2 ocean view 2 bedroom suites, which they only have one of at this property but we could not get resolution for due to the language barrier and left us with teenagers on the floor! The Wifi was in and out,
And we were not notified that the hotel was under construction.
It is a lovely place in a nice village with easy access to the ferry. The morning staff was excellent with fabulous cappuccino!

Un letto da incubo in una struttura fatiscente

È evidente che la struttura vive ancora di una gloria passata. La stanza era molto spaziosa. Il bagno era evidentemente vecchio, il bidet rotto e l'acqua calda tardava tantissimo. La cosa peggiore, però, era il letto. Senza esagerare, mi ha distrutto la schiena in una sola notte. Era un soggiorno di una sola notte ma non avrei dormito di nuovo in quel letto per nulla al mondo. Note positive: colazione nella norma, con un buon caffé (servita in camera perché ci è stato imposto, non per nostra richiesta) e il ragazzo della reception che ci ha accolto all'arrivo super gentile e disponibile.

Totalmente recomendable hotel, muy cerca del centro historico y el puerto de Pozzuoli, se puede hacer todo caminando. Habitacion grande con mucho espacio, el desayuno con una vista increible al mar, y ademas una Señora en el bar que se llama Teresa, que nos ha contado parte de la historia de la ciudad y de su vida en ese lugar. Teresa ha agregado valor a l estadia. Gracias

Wonderful rom with a wonderful view

We had a marvelous stay at the hotel. Very nice, big, clean room with a wonderful view of the Golf of Pozzuoli. Wonderful service minded staff, that helped us out with all our questions and demands. Very nice, clean and fairly new bathroom. Especially we have to mention Pasquale in the breakfast room, that provided everything and made excellent coffee for us.

Hôtel très moyen, avec un énorme potentiel mais tout est un peu laissé à l'abandon.
Chambres immenses, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la baie, personnel gentil, possibilité de descendre dans les sous-sols pour voir des ruines romaines...
Mais équipement vieillot, ameublement mal pensé, petit déjeuner franchement pas bon, mal insonorisé, etc.

Hotel datato con interni vecchi, muri con intonaco staccato, calcinacci sparsi.
La nostra camera, pur essendo della tipologia superiore con vista mare, aveva la porta di ingresso logora e difettata, all’interno l’ambiente era asettico e buio, anche il bagno molto buio e senza finestra, la vista mare dalla camera era molto molto lontana. Televisore minuscolo.
Il prezzo è davvero esagerato per il servizio offerto, non lo consiglio affatto.
L’unica cosa che salvo è la vicinanza al porto.

Wie man so ein Hotel vermieten kann, ist zweifelhaft. 20 Jahre ich geputzt und 20 Jahre nichts renoviert Bad okay Bett okay Aufzug okay alles andere miserabel sehr schlecht. Wir hatten das Frühstück nicht eingenommen. Es war unzumutbar Balk Balkon Terrasse vom Restaurant nicht benutzbar. 5 cm Dreck überall. Was man mit diesem Hotel machen kann, ist abreißen.

Des fissures et des trous partout dans les murs, des meubles ikea datés et casés, la literie, un désastre ! On aurait mieux dormi par terre. La clim qui marche pas et notre chambre n'avait qu'une toute petite fenêtre sur cour... pas moyen d'aérer. Et pour conclure, super bruyant, petit déj minimaliste et le parking!!!! pour se garer en cote 10° en angle droit, super fastoche ! Et en prime, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ! On a fait une réclamation mais personne n'est jamais venu !Bref, surtout, n'y allez pas !

Una piacevole sorpresa

Un hotel con annesso servizio termale (solo fanghi e aerosol) che risorge da un hotel abbandonato da diversi anni. Ottima posizione, ottimo vista dalla terrazza della colazione. Stanze grandissime, ex miniappartamenti. Personale gentilissimo come tutta la popolazione di Pozzuoli. Ambiente piacevole e ricercato, ben climatizzato. Unica nota negativa la mancanza di un parcheggio gratuito nella struttura ma in strada si trova sempre ed è sicuro (almeno in bassa stagione). Per chi vuole c'è parcheggio a pagamento (15 euro al giorno). Nel complesso da consigliare assolutamente per posizione e per la bellezza dei posti. Vicinissimo alla stazione se si desidera raggiungere Napoli o Pompei

Descrizione dell hotel errata. Dicono di esserci due tipi di parcheggi uno gratuito con posti limitati e uno a pagamento.
Quello con posti limitata non è altro che in mezzo alla strada con la presenza di telecamere e quello a pagamento pochi posti e messa l auto in doppia fila perché c erano dei rami di albero che occupavano due posti auto. Nel complessivo tutto ok apparte il parcheggio. Colazione abbondante e buona gentilissima la signora che si occupa della colazione.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Bei der Ankunft wurde festgestellt, dass mein Auto zu groß für den Parkplatz war. Der Rezeptionist war sehr nett und hat das Problem gelöst, indem er uns auf dem Mitarbeiterparkplatz parken ließ.
