Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute.

The midweek rates here are a fantastic bargain. About $60 per night on Expedia for top comfort, mountain views, friendly staff, good TV. Just a 10 minute walk to a free beach and a public bus stop right in front..

A renovated hotel, ideal for 1-2 nights when on the way to or around Lac de Bourget. While booking the information was that check in was until 11pm but in reality it finishes earlier! nobody was at the reception or picked up the phone. However we found that the list of names and numbers of the rooms were on the desk and the keys were inside the rooms... Not a bad idea, in fact, but I would advise to use an electronic coded locker for the future and send a key by SMS. Otherwise, is may create problems one day... Just a comment.

Love this hotel. Have stayed here before. There is no restaurant actually in the hotel, but there is one next door. It's very convenient for the airport; it's close enough to walk to (if you're the energetic type) but it isn't noisy. Lovely walks near the lake too.

It was a budget hotel used as a stopover en route to the 3 valleys, they were able to change from my booked double bed to two singles due to a change of plans. The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable, overall would stay again.

Good price for the booking and preferable to motorway side hotels we have used before. Just 6 minutes off the main route to Chambery. We had some trouble finding the turning at night even with sat nav as the sign was not lit and the hotel doesn’t say Mona Lisa on the sign (only Hotel Clos du Lac). But we soon managed to locate it fortunately! Reasonably basic but comfortable and nice location near the lake. Good value.

Cozy for an overnight stay by the lake. The room had heating for cold days and maintained well in terms of cleanliness. The lampshade did not work but we didn't need it however, a bit more light in the room would be great. There was no light at all in the hallway so we had to get our headlamps out to see where the key fit in the door. Breakfast was available but for a charge which a bit over priced plus the room. The service was great and the hotel staff made us feel at home. English is spoken. There is a big Intermache grocery store across the street but there is a moat bordering the supermarket so make sure to walk a bit farther out to the parking lot entry.

Camera comoda e silenziosa , bagno abbastanza grande, qualche pecca nella pulizia ma soprattutto infissi da cambiare: uno spiffero enorme dalla finestra con la temperatura esterna sottozero. In camera abbiamo poi trovato 17 gradi, ci sono volute ore al climatizzatore per rendere l'ambiente accettabile. Che costava accenderlo al calare del sole visto che siamo arrivati verso le 18? Ma la cosa più grave è che al buffet della colazione non c'era nessun tipo di latte vegetale. Mia moglie è allergica al latte vaccino, È ancora ammissibile una cosa del genere oggi?

Séjour dans un hôtel moyen personnel pas agréable j son pays ma chambre dés min arrivée c est à dire 3 nuits. Jbai laisse mes clefs le marin en partant à la réception et me réceptionniste m a appelé le matin alots que j'étais au travail pour le dire qu il ne fallait pas laisser la clef !!!! Il aurait pu me me dire le soir en arrivant il a été désagréable. Et puis j ai décidé de prendre le petit déj et on m a sauté dessus pour me.dire qu' il fallait pas avant sinon je ne pouvais pas déjeuner devant tout le monde !!! Du coup k ai décidé de quitter les lieux une nuit avant en ayant déjà tout payer d avance . Et personne ne m a rappeler ni demander pourquoi je fais parti plis tôt. Pourtant j avais laissé ma clef à la réception avant de partir !!! Faut pas la laisser !!! Zut. Donc très déçue

bonjour j avais telephoner la veille de mon sejour pour pouvoir deposer mes bagages le matin atour de 10 .iol m a ete repondu qu il n y avait pas de probleme. amon arrive la reception etait fermé et personne ne repondait au telephone .sur mon bon de commnde il etait formule que la reception etait ouverte jusqu a 23 heures. je suis arrive a l hotel a 10h30 et l hotel etait ferme et personne au trelephone. il yavait un restazu a cote de l hotel et j ai pu avioir une personne de l hotel qui m a ouvert en me disant que les horaires d ouverture de la reception avait eté modifiés.

Avec mon fils nous sommes restés 4 nuits à l'hôtel , le personnel de réception très sympathique, notre chambre était propre tous les jours. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.

De passage pour une nuit au Viviers du lac que je connais depuis longtemps, j'ai apprécié les prestations de l'hotel. Il manque un petit rangement vertical dans les chambres pour les personnes souhaitant rester plusieurs jours. L'hotel est très bien tenu et le personnel très serviable. J'ai pu obtenir en dernière minute l'échange d'une chambre au RC au lieu de l'étage.Le rapport qualité prix est satisfaisant

Centre commercial proche, j'y retournerai sans problème et avec plaisir.

Abbiamo dormito una notte in questo hotel, come tappa di un lungo viaggio e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bella stanza che ci è stata assegnata con un piccolo terrazzino che si affacciava su un bel giardino interno. La stanza era spaziosa, nuova nell'arredamento, pulita e funzionale. Il bagno veramente bello. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Sicuramente è un posto da consigliare, anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Séjour prévu dans cet hôtel depuis plus d’1 mois pour un mariage dont le lieu était à 5 min à pied. Parfait sur le papier. L’hôtel nous appelé le veille du mariage pour nous dire que la chambre est finalement indisponible, et nous a déplacé dans un hôtel campanile dans une autre ville à 15 min en voiture. Changement de lieu, d’organisation et frais supplémentaire du aux taxis pris pour se rendre au mariage. Aucune excuse et compensation de la part de l’hôtel. En discutant avec les invités du mariage nous n’étions pas les seuls dans ce cas et ceux qui logaient à l’hôtel ont aussi rencontré des problématiques diverses. A éviter à tout prix si vous tenez à votre respecter organisation.
