I booked very late in the day and was greeted with warm and welcoming arms. Clean, tidy and professional and even with the whole covid restrictions going the service was amazing. I dinned in the restaurant which is solid basic french food but cooked very well. They treated me well and then even made a cheese board for me because i haven't got a sweet tooth. Would stay here again next time i'm back in the area in a flash because they are lovely people and a lovely hotel.

The colleagues at reception were very nice and helpful. The hotel is quite basic and the room was rather small and cramped. For a night it's fine and there's plenty of parking and lots of stores and restaurants in the area.

Even before our arrival only the day after cross border travel was allowed the hotel was very helpful explaining how they were operating with \"social distancing and health precautions. On arrival and during our stay they were brilliant.....taking every health precautions, but making a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant arrangements were brilliant....the food was excellent, even though they apologised for a \" reduced\" menu and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.
Breakfast too was served with rigorous attention to the health requirements, but was excellent...!!!

A stop over on the way to Italy - rooms were small but clean and tidy - bar as usual was under stocked which we find typical in this size and type of budget hotel. 2 Star Hotel with lovely service staff
For a 2 star hotel, our stay was quite comfortable. The room and bathroom were fairly small but livable. The room had an air conditioner which struggled in the July heat wave. Wifi was fast in the hallway and common areas but didn't quite reach our room at the end of the corridor. The staff were lovely. Whilst the lady at the desk didn't speak much English she was still able to point us to a great place to have a picnic and to the supermarket. Every time we saw her she asked us how we were and if all was going well with the room. Very nice service.

I stayed in the Brit hotel for the Etape du Tour 2015. The receptionist was very kind and helpful as there were 12 of us! Rooms were good (we were only in them for about 6 hrs!) It is very near an industrial estate (walkable) and there are lots of shops & restaurants to choose from. They very kindly offered us an early breakfast (04.30! which had a fab selection!) All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Stayed for 1 night as a stop over returning from holiday. The bedroom and en-suite are the smallest i've stayed in, they are tiny. The carpet was dirty, the tv didn't have any English speaking channels and the air conditioning didn't work. The night manager didn't speak a word of English which was a problem when we complained about air conditioning. Personally i would have gladly payed more money for a better hotel. At the end of the day it's a 2 star hotel and you get what you pay for.

Good place to spend the night
This is a simple hotel for those just looking for somewhere to sleep. The location is outside of town in an industrial/business area, so you'll probably only want to stay here if you have a car. The room was quite small, with the bed occupying most of the space. The man operating the hotel is very nice and friendly, and the hotel generally has a warm and safe atmosphere. The internet worked well in the room. It's nothing fancy, but if you're just looking for a place to spend the night it works perfectly.

Sicher nicht das Hilton - aber bei dem Preis war das auch nicht zu erwarten. Die Zimmer und vor allem die Badezimmer sind sehr klein. Aber - für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend! Ein gutes Bett, eine sehr effektive Klimaanlage, sehr freundliches Personal, ein überraschend üppiges Frühstück, ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz… Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis top!

Une nuit au Brit Hotel de Chambéry pour un week end en amoureux. Très bon rapport qualité prix, certes il n'est pas prestigieux, au milieu d'une zone industrielle, mais il n'est pas cher, proche de la sortie d'autoroute, propre, literie confortable et restaurant plus que correct pour le prix du menu! Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon et le personnel très agréable. Très bon séjour!

Personnel extrêmement sympathique. Concernant la chambre, elle était assez étroite. Nous avons senti une odeur peu agréable lors de notre arrivée mais une fois la chambre aérée, l'odeur s'est estompée. Le wifi est très correct. Nous étions en rez de chaussée donc difficile d'avoir une intimité sans fermer le seul rideau de la chambre.

Accueil agréable , j'ai trouvé l'hôtel facile à trouver en face du magasin \"la halle aux vêtements\", bus à 2mn à pied pour aller en centre ville en 10/15 mn. Hôtel très propre, parking gratuit. J'ai eu une chambre au calme .
Par contre je n'ai pas aimé que la femme de ménage se permette de frapper à la porte à 10h15 pour faire le ménage!!! J'en ai parlé à l'accueil à mon départ ,la personne s'en est excusée.

Je suis arrivé de cet hôtel un dimanche soir à 20 h 45 . Cet hôtel fait restaurant du lundi au vendredi . J ai demandé si on pouvait me faire qq chose à manger sans être exigeant . Le patron était en train de manger , ça l a probablement dérange ,il a refusé, MM du froid .... , pas mm un bout de fromage ou un yaourt ... Par contre il a pris du tps pour me parler des taxes .... une fois son repas fini.

pour etre alle tres regulierement a chambery et y avoir sejournee souvent dans differents type d'etablissement, je trouve que le brit'hotel en 2 etoiles vaut largement les 3 etoiles ou j'ai pu precedement sejournee. accueil chalereux et soin apporte a la tenue des chambres meme si l'hotel est vieillissant.

Nous y avons séjourné la nuit de dimanche à lundi. Nous avons été accueillis par une charmante dame qui nous a conduit jusqu'à notre chambre, ce qui est rare dans ce type d'hôtel. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable et le quartier calme. Le petit déjeuner Buffet était bien garni avec des produits locaux et bio.
