On Expedia hotel says WiFi and self check-in plus breakfast. WiFi wouldn't connect as you need it verified by reception but reception was in another hotel so they couldn't access. Self checkin machine broken so had to go separate hotel to book in.

Tried to phone premier classes main number, gave up, so emailed them to see if WiFi could verified as we needed to contact our next stop. They sent me the next day ,phone number for the hotel reception even though I had stated it was closed completely.

door mechanisms don’t work for a lot of the rooms so we had to get a key which took 45 mins ( this was the same for our friends rooms), the soap dispensers are broken in both the rooms and the hotel itself is poor condition. We have stayed in Première class hotels on previous occasions so we do understand that this is a budget hotel but this hotel needs some repairs done.

The room was very basic, which I expected for the price I paid. However, I wasn’t expecting stained bed linen or someone’s hair either. Would I stay again probably not. The member of staff I did have an interaction with due to a slight issue with the check-in machine was very nice and helpful.

Overnight stay on the way to skiing. A problem with the reservation number was quickly solved using the available help phone number and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

Usual for this type of hotel, right in an Industrial estate, looking a bit faded, I think this is one of the Older ones in this chain. Reception staff very friendly and efficient, one of our group has mobility issues and he gave us a ground floor room immediately when we mentioned it. There is a very nice restaurant at the Hotel Campanile next door with good staff and very reasonable prices. All in all one of the better Premiere Classe hotels.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. One saving grace was polite receptionist. Room not clean - cigarette holes in duvet, dirt under bunk bed, door grimy, and room very small with no rubbish bin. The bunk bed was actually dangerous with the safety rail hanging off main bed frame and held loosely by one ill fitting screw. Awful.

We just wanted an inexpensive overnight e to and were not expecting much, bot we got even less than expected. Check in is done via machine, so no chance to look at the room before committing. The bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom if you added a shower 18 inches deep on the side. The room was so tiny there was less than a foot between the end of the bed and the wall. Had to sit on the bed because there were no chairs. The bed had metal rods that made it uncomfortable and the pillows were about as thick as a cheap towel. The floor hadn't been swept recently and there left on the roll.was no spare roll of toilet paper even though there were only 2sheets of tp

A perfect stopover hotel. The reception is open to 9pm and the receptionist was very helpful. The reception area doubled as a breakfast room which had a varied menu and was on an eat as much as you like basis. I liked the clean green surroundings even though it is on an industrial estate at a motorway junction. The 15% discount at the neighbouring Hotel Campanile meant a convenient, reasonably priced quality evening meal was available. The room was off a corridor balcony up outside stairs which I thought was a nice design. The single beds were very comfortable. Just the bolt on factory produced triangular bathroom was not very much to my liking. The lack of soundproofing and the shower causing the whole bathroom floor to become wet being the fault of this type of hotel room. But then one must pay more and go up a grade to get a builder built rectangular bathroom.

It was such a horrible experience. The room was unbearably dirty, the toilet was smelly, and the shower… I believe it could serve better as a microbiology laboratory rather than a shower! I’m not sure if any word has ever been invented to express how bad our experience was.

Le point noir de ce séjour, pendant qu'il fait au delà de 37-38° dehors, la clim ne fonctionne pas où très peu dans la chambre. Résultat, sur 4 nuits, 3 mauvaises et une blanche, car impossible ou presque de faire chuter la température la nuit. Il n'a pas fait en dessous des 27° dans la chambre, et ce même si la température extérieure descendait aux 23-24° la nuit. Et lors de la nuit blanche, il a fait plus de 30° dans la chambre.

Da wir einen langen Weg in den Urlaub hatten, haben wir uns für einen Zwischenstopp entschieden. Doch dieses Motel war fürchterlich. Es hat gestunken, in die Dusche passt nur eine ganz kleine Person. Man konnte kein Fenster aufmachen es war verriegelt…. Nie wieder

A fuir ,menage limite ,chambre minuscule, douche encore plus miniscule a peine de quoi se tourner. Oblige d aller 2 fois a l acceuil car ils ont des problèmes de cartes avec lesquelles les portes s ouvrent pas ..même pour le prix c est decevant ,heureusement que les chambres sont pas plus chères

Les prises de courant ne fonctionnait pas, la tv également, c'était une vrai galère pour recharger le téléphone, je suis allé les voir le lendemain à la réception, ils m'ont proposé une autre chambre, idem pas de courant, donc j'ai repris la chambre initiale, on m' a dit qu'il n'y a que moi qui me plaignait.... le ménage pas fait dans ma chambre 1 fois durant mon séjour, on a l'impression que c'est un hôtel laissé à l'abandon, je n'y retournerai pas , à fuir....

Avec 2 enfants j'avais réservé deux chambres communicantes, j'ai eu deux chambres a l'opposé. En rentrant tardivement une des chambres a été désactivé. Résultat devoir appeler un 06 qui vous envoie à l'hôtel Campanile pour réactiver le badge. Manquait 2 taies d'oreiller. A éviter

Par contre, Aucun service de chambre lorsque l'on prend un séjour de 4 nuits. C'est à vous de faire votre lit c'est plutôt honteux pour un hôtel. Les chambres d'hôtel sont très délabrées. Elles auraient besoin très sérieusement d'un bon coup de propre et d'une bonne rénovation.
Les couettes sentaient l'humidité et le moisi. J'avais demandé aux personnes qui faisait le ménage de la changer. Ils s'étaient engagés à le faire mais rien n'a été fait. Heureusement j'ai pu compter sur le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du jeune homme de la réception. En terme de courtoisie et de politesse à comparaison de ces autres collègues il paraît un extraterrestre. Merci beaucoup pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Le nouveau directeur pourrait en prendre de la graine au lieu de donner des instructions de ne plus faire le ménage dans les chambres, une formation sur le commerce serait bienvenue pour lui. Comme quoi tenir un hôtel même bas de gamme n'est pas donné à tous. Ne vous attendez pas à un petit-déjeuner hors du commun il n'y aura que du sucré et très peu de choix. A l'arrivée à 14h30, pas d'accueil.
Difficultés avec l'automate. Récupération du passe d'accès au Campanile voisin. A notre entrée dans la chambre à 20h40, constatation de l'absence de serviettes de toilette. Retour à la réception du Campanile pour en récupérer.

J’ai l’habitude de ce genre d’hôtel honnêtement les employés l’hôtel sympa en lui même très bien seul.

Sauf qu'on arrivait tard le soir donc on se débrouillait. Petit déjeuner : qualité convenable mais il manquait toujours quelque chose s'était fatiguant. Le dernier jour après 10 min d'attente et un café froid j'ai fini par aller me servir moi même dans la cuisine.

L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové, de nombreux problèmes de disfonctionnement sont par ailleurs liés à cela. Le buffet du petit déjeuner gagnerait à être mieux garni. Toujours ce problème de douches peu fonctionnelles (plus de rideau, robinetterie compliquée à régler, potence de douche impossible à serrer...). Les tables et bancs extérieurs n'existent plus, dommage !
