I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds.
The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It is a very dated hotel but we like the grounds to walk the dog and the easy parking whichis free. Breakfast is always good and they even have decaf coffee.

Overall, it was a good stay. The only bad point was that at 8am, the cleaning staff was already making noise and vacuum. Moreover, it’s like 35 degrees in summer: a fridge and AC would be nice :-)

Lovely grounds for dog walking
Relaxing grounds. Room with balcony which is nice. Good inclusive breakfast. Free parking. Have to pay extra for a dog. Carpet in room which I personally dislike. Clean fresh linen. Exterior of building needs renovating as do some details in rooms but overall I like the hotel for its feeling of space. Would definitely use again if I can get a good deal.

Staff ok but twenty minutes after we arrrived got in the shower the reception staff gave our room to someone else and they just walked in !!! Not good. Towels left for cleaning not replaced. No AC just a fan which we had to ask for. Good location. Breakfast good.

Really decent hotel, shame no air con!
Could only really fault the lack of air con, which in sweltering temperatures did not make for a comfortable two-night stay. Staff sympathetic but unable to help. They didn't have enough fans but arranged one for us on second day. Fabulous room with clean and organised shower area (though cubicle a tad small). Nice pool. Overall the hotel is bright and fresh in appearance and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was decent with everything you could want 'continental', even figs. Tea and coffee facilities are one kettle in the foyer which is stocked until 10pm! Nothing in your room. Hold tight to your cuppa in the lift cos it's a jerky ride!

Séjour très agréable avec des chambres décorée avec goût. Un petit déjeuner excellent. Seul bémol pour le spa à l’hôtel Mercure à côté, eau trop froide, moment raccourci par cette problématique. Très belle piscine mais personne n’y va car l’eau n’est pas à une température agréable.

Hotel vraiment très bien, c'est notre 2ème séjour
Nous somme habitué car nius avons déjà passé un séjour de 4 nuit pour le réveillon de 31 décembre 2023.
Nous avons mêm fait le réveillon au restaurant le FLO qui est celui de l'hotel MERCURE mais la même chaine que l'hotel IBIS Styles.
Pettit déjeuner commpris avec un buffet excelent avec tellement de choix, c'est super.
Nous adorons Aix les Bains et depuis l'hotel nous allons chaque jour à pied au centre ville d'Aix les Bains qui n'est pas ytrop lojn à pied, environ 1,5km aller et 1,5km retour plus le tour de la ville soit environ 5km maximum au toaly par jour.
En plus la marche c'est très très bon pour la santé.

Depuis longtemps je voulais aller à Marlioz... Mais entre hotel vieillot (et cela se voit malgré les efforts de remodeling) et l'impossibilité d'accéder aux piscines le soir après 19h (sauf l'extérieure (je ne suis pas frileux mais ma compagne oui!!))
Le restaurant aurait pu sauver la soirée, mais le serveur devait être débutant ou troublé par moi ou ma compagne..., le plat avec des pommes de terre à peine cuites et le dessert avec un ananas dur à couper à la cuillère... Non vraiment j'ai été déçu... Et pour finir la soirée, on demande où sont les sachets de Thé alors qu'il y a de l'eau chaude dans le contenant dans l'entrée de l'hotel et réponse laconique \"on en met le matin là il n'y en a plus\"... ALORS ENLEVEZ L'EAU!!!

Photos trompeuses, puisque qu’une photo d’un SPA (piscine intérieur, hammam, sauna) sous titrée « équipement de l’hôtel » se strove sur le site alors qu’il n’est pas dans cette hôtel. De plus, aucun avantage dans l’hôtel Mercure où se trouve se SPA, 15.- euros la demi journée ! De plus l’hôtel affiche 4* et n’a ni machine à café, ni bouilloire, aucune boisson, ni peignoirs, ni même des mouchoirs dans la chambre

l'hotel est très bien mais une chambre juste derrière l'ascenseur au prix fort, ce n'est pas correct. Première fois que cela m'arrive , heureusement que j'ai de très bonnes boules quies...et encore, si vous êtes sensible aux bruits, ne comptez pas dormir avant 1H et après 6H...
L'accueil devrait prévenir au minimum pour laisser le choix au client d'accepter ou non la chambre et d'aller voir ailleurs si pas le choix...

J'ai réservé ce service sur votre site Vous proposé le séjour avec la piscine quelle surprise en arrivant d'avoir la piscine en supplément si j'avais su je ne serais pas venu dans cet hôtel et pas forcément passer par votre site de plus ce sont les mêmes prix qu'un Novotel sans les prestations de qualité

Établissement plus proche du deux étoiles que du trois étoiles des points positifs et des points négatifs l’équipement de la salle de bain est totalement vétuste par contre la literie est bonne la chambre est spacieuse mais fait un peu vétuste. Par contre excellent petit déjeuner en buffet à recommander globalement cela mérite 7 sur 10
