The only member of staff that we would rate as outstanding was Marion. She was extremely polite and willing to help with our requests. Others less so...to the point when my wife asked about could she have the meat removed from a dish she was considering (she’s vegetarian), the waitress said no because they are complete meals that go in the microwave :(

For a one night stop, this is an ideal, off motorway, location. Rooms are basic but adequate with good bathrooms. There is no restaurant - although menus in room give the impression there is - food is \"snacking meals\" which means the receptionist will put something in the microwave for you. Plenty of local eateries though. But breakfast is excellent, plentiful and varied.

L'enseigne Ibis rouge laisse penser qu'elle est meilleure que l'enseigne bleu (ibis budget) en confort or il n'en est rien, les chambres sont plus petites qu'en ibis budget.
La seule chose qui change ce sont ces horribles moquettes bariolées et quelques petits chichi par ci par là.
De la mise ne scène pour du fric, sans caractère humain.
La France dans ce domaine est une honte....

Nous sommes arrivés très facilement à IBIS CHAMBERY situé à proximité de la voie rapide. Néanmoins, l'hôtel étant très bien insonorisé nous n'avons pas du tout été incommodés par le bruit.
La literie en excellent état nous a permis de faire une nuit récupératrice.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner offrait par ailleurs un choix qui a mis en appétit et d'excellente humeur pour commencer la visite de Chambéry, très animée le samedi matin.

Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und freundlich, die Zimmer klein und etwas abgenutzt, die Betten aber gut und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überaus reichhaltig und lecker, z.B. mit frisch gebackenen Madeleines und Pfannkuchen.

Chambre correcte, j'ai déjà séjourner dans cette hôtel par le passé, SDB salle ( poil sur l'évier ), toilette non nettoyer ( je passes les détails ), aucunes pression d'eau, qui varie chaque minutes de brulant a très froid!!!
