The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed for one night when driving through. Was ok for that. The floor and rooms were suuuuuuper hot!! Thermostat read 27 C! Had to keep sliding door to balcony (nice balcony!) wide open all night to maintain a survivable temperature. Cleanliness of bathroom could have been better, between the rails of the towel rack was very dusty.

Was a very average stay. No food available during the afternoon. I had to look around local for restaurant, it was a struggle and I found a local McDonald. In the evening I went to the city for dinner as the hotel could not cater. Morning breakfast was average. I was glad I only stayed a night.

Very nice stay!

I had a great stay, it is located near the lake there is a path to walk down to the lake beautiful view of the mountains. Few minutes from restaurants, about 5mns drive to the train station. Every in the hotel reception was very nice. The breakfast was simple, tasty and fresh. I did not try the restaurant Kubix. The room was comfortable just what was needed. Quiet, clean and peaceful, large enough for a French hotel :). Will definitely go back again.

Nice hotel

The hotel is located near by the lake which is relaxed and popular holiday destination. My room was clean and reasonablely new everything for comfortable stay. Not so impressed for access to dining area where serves breakfast, easy to confusing.

Par contre pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, il y a quand même des choses a revoir dans certaines chambres, le support serviette qui tient par miracle, la robinetterie de la douche qui ne tient pas... J'ai été très surpris au petit déjeuner d'avoir un miel de chez Metro ou autre mais surtout pas français et à la composition douteuse, rien de local c'est très dommage

Nice location, bad experience

Check-in with the guy was good. The room was not good; airconditioning did not work while we were on the top floor and it was 31 degrees outside! Toilet kept flushing, it was very annoying. The door key did not work, so for 2 days in a row we had several issues. Some ligths were not working properly. Patricia from the reception was very nice and helpful.
However I would not recommend this hotel

Parfait. Taille de la chambre spacieuse avec balcon au calme. Belle vue sur une partie du Lac. Petit bemol au niveau de la clim qui avait du mal à refroidir et sur la porte d'entrée pas du tout insonorisée. On entend parler les clients qui passent dans le couloir.

Or nous avons été doublement déçus :
Premièrement par la qualité assez moyenne de la suite (éclairage défaillant, cuvette trop petite, chasse d'eau qui coule en permanence, finitions, hôtes indésirables, ...)
Deuxièmement par le petit dej, complètement déplorable pour 15€, à 8h30 tout était vide, les tables utilisées non dressées, pas de nouvelle vaisselle pour se servir, un choix de base hyper limité, cela dit ça aurait été passable/acceptable s'il avait coûté 3-5€ grand max
En plus de cela, un parking toujours plein
Bref, des prestations dignes d'un 2* ou moins, loin des prestations habituelles des Best Western

Excellent séjour pour un week-end détente en couple.
Très bon accueil du personnel.
Hôtel agréable et bien équipé (bar, salon, billard, jeux vidéo, piscine, jacuzzi...) tous les équipements sont fonctionnels et parfaitement accessibles.
Les petits déjeuners pris au restaurant de l'hôtel sont bons et complets. La vue terrasse du restaurant sur le lac est très agréable.
Si vous venez en train veillez à anticiper un trajet d'environ 30 mn à pied (les bus ne circulent pas le week-end) ou 10 mn en taxis.

Magnifique moments dès l'accueil. Superbe.

Accueil fantastique de la part de la responsable qui m'a recue ce soir là. Tout en douceur et bienveillance. On entre dans un petite cocon à l'atmosphère apaisante. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à 100m des berges enchanteresses du lac. Balade, course à pied, seance de Yoga tout edt possible dans ce si bel environnement.

Très bien situé à deux pas du lac, cet hôtel ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles. Miettes sur la moquette de la chambre á notre arrivée, la climatisation en panne, de petits oiseaux volent librement á l'intérieur du restaurant laissant leur saletés sur les chaises et se servant du buffet ...

Jolie découverte

Malgré un sèche cheveux défectueux et un pommeau de douche qui aurait mérité un petit passage à l'anti calcaire mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Accueil pro et sympathique, restauration de bonne qualité ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Chambre calme et confortable. Je recommande.

Quelques soucis dans l'entretien des chambres. Porte-fenêtre qui ne fonctionne pas. Quelques problèmes avec la chasse d'eau. Je suis une fan des best western mais là j'ai été quelque peu déçue

Merci à Marjorie pour le merveilleux accueil et les conseils ! Chambre 206 du 29 au 3/01/24. Chambre très confortable. Grande terrasse. Vue sur le lac. Jacuzzi et piscine à bonnes températures et accessibles jusqu'à 21h00. Parfait ! Salle de sport, billard, bar...! Petit déjeuner copieux dans un très joli cadre, en terrasse (l'été). Attention toutefois au choix de la chambre en période estivale... Très beau parc aquatique...très accessible de l'hôtel... Donc proche....Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre très bon travail.

Le jour le plus chaud du mois, la climatisation n'a pas pu être allumée, car elle n'est activée qu'en juin ; chambre super chaude, ma file d'attente depuis 4 mois transpirant et pleurant dans la chaleur, nous ne pouvons pas dormir même avec la porte du balcon ouverte, car c’était pleine de moustiques.
Le toilette de la chambre sentait les égouts, la moquette sentait la moisissure et les chaises de la chambre avaient des toiles d'araignées.
Le frigo n'était pas assez froid et cela a gâché nos sushis.
La piscine était bien, mais il n'y a aucun moyen de l'utiliser en famille car il n'y a pas de place pour s'asseoir ou un placard pour laisser un sac de bébé par exemple.
Le restaurant et le service de restauration étaient les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel.

Le personnel était sympathique.

La chambre était confortable MAIS poussiéreuse au niveau des tables de chevet, du téléphone, de la table.

Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas.

L'eau du jakuzi était très (trop ?) chlorée.

Le petit déjeuner était trop cher. Il devrait y avoir 2
formules : une à volonté à 14 € et une basique autour de 7/8 euros.
Lors du ménage, on ne nous a pas remis de café, ni de sucre, ni de lait pour le second: jour dans notre chambre..

Pas de lumière miroir salle de bain et pas non plus au dessus du miroir dans l'entrée de la chambre. J'en ai onformé ka réception dès mon arrivéeais personne n'est intervenu et spot qui pendouille, fil combiné téléphone pas relié au téléphone. Personnel très agréable.
Hôtel sympa et bien situé. Piscine fantastique et température parfaite.
Petit bémol sur le restaurant: pour le petit déjeuner, machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas, le buffet est débarrassé alors qu'il reste du monde et n'est plus alimenté lorsqu'on approche la fin du service (il faut demander et on sent bien qu'on dérange. Pour un dimanche matin et bien qu'on soit arrivé dans les temps, on se sent poussé vers la sortie). Le personnel reste cependant très agréable.

An der Rezeption ist teilweise die Sprachbarriere gross - nur Französisch - ist für die Rezeption in einem Hotel ein NoGo.

J’ai payé la chambre 210 euros la nuit pour un 3 étoiles. A la rigueur j’avais choisi ce tarif. Mais à ce prix là le confort et le service doivent être irréprochables. Sofa indigne d’une chambre d’hôtel. Pas mis en place à notre arrivée. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre. Il n’y avait qu’une serviette que nous nous sommes partagés le premier jour.
Salle de sport vendu comme bien équipé mais matériel vieillissant, qui pour la plupart ne fonctionne pas.
Je finis par du positif quand même, espace piscine et jacuzzi excellent et fidèle à ce qui est annoncé. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Petit déjeuner avec vue sur le lac excellent.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

L'emplacement est très agréable (plus que l'hôtesse d'accueil à qui j'ai eu à faire), les chambres sont jolies (toutefois, la salle de bain était pas nickelle nickelle, le porte-savon qui ne tient pas sur son support).
En plus, pas de chance, j'y suis allée un jour de St Valentin et menu unique pour 2 St Valentin à 70€, donc obligée de me faire livrer par ubereat pour manger... J'aurais juste appréciée être au courant avant pour m'organiser autrement.
En revanche la salle de sport et le coin piscine sont sympas...
Ce sont des petits détails qui ne sont sans doute pas très importants. Toutefois, j'y retournerai quand même si l'occasion se représente.

Petit séjour à Aix-les-Bains pour rendre visite à la famille qui est sur place. L’hôtel est impeccable, très bien situé à proximité immédiate du lac, la salle de restaurant offre une vue fort sympathique et le personnel est au top.

Séjour de 3j- 2 units - en couple

Séjour de 3jours (2 nuitées) sympa. Literie au top, et aménagement des chambres tres bien. Localisation au bord du lac, vue lac agréable. Attention le centre ville est à 15mn à pieds de l’hôtel.
Néanmoins la maintenance des équipements reste à revoir (sèche serviette qui ne fonctionne pas du séjour… malgré l’avoir dis à l’agent d’accueil… chasse d’eau défectueuse…)
L’accès illimité au spa est un plus, piscine intérieure/jaccuzi et sauna.
Par ailleurs l’hygiène n’est pas trop au RDV (je n’ai pas vu le personnel venir nettoyer ou ranger ce lieu- dommage.)
Dans l’ensemble bon hôtel et bonne prestation, bémol : personnel peut soigneux
